The invention discloses a cosmetic packaging bottle which comprises a bottle inner blank, an electroplated layer and a bottle outer shell, wherein the electroplated layer is electroplated outside the bottle inner blank, the bottle outer shell is injection-molded outside the electroplated layer, the thickness of the bottom of the bottle outer shell is larger than that of the edge of the bottom, and an injection-molded shrinkage port is arranged in the center of the bottom of the bottle outer shell. 2. The invention effectively adds the electroplated layer into the side surface and the bottom surface of the cosmetic bottle to form an integral effect which cannot be achieved by the prior art.
3. Under the conventional processing mode, black spots are formed at the bottom of the bottle after the secondary injection molding. The invention effectively avoids the injection molding defect by thickening the bottom of the bottle and performing secondary injection molding and pressurization.

The bottle inner blank 1 of the application needs to be put into a mold together for secondary injection molding, so the bottle inner blank 1 cannot use ABS, PVC, PP and other materials, and the bottle inner blank 1 may deform, melt and wrinkle in the secondary injection molding process; meanwhile, the cosmetic contains alcohol and other substances, and the material of the bottle blank 1 is required to be non-reactive or non-reactive after treatment.
For example, the outer layer is made of acrylic, the inner layer is made of PC (polycarbonate), and the PC of the inner layer is made of food-grade materials and cannot react with alcohol. The PC of the inner layer is injected into a bottle inner blank 1 through an injection mold, and an electroplated layer 2 is electroplated outside the bottle inner blank 1 by a vacuum coating or sputtering coating method; placing the bottle blank 1 with the charged coating layer 2 into a secondary injection mold, setting the mold temperature at 65 ℃, melting the acrylic raw material, and injecting at a medium speed under the pressure of 1000 bar; after the secondary injection molding is finished, the cosmetic bottle with the inner layer of the electroplated layer 2 and the outer layer of the transparent acrylic can be obtained.
