Description

Bactericidal composition containing metconazole and pyraclostrobin and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural bactericides, and particularly relates to a bactericidal composition containing metconazole and pyraclostrobin, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Metconazole, also known as metconazole, is a novel, broad-spectrum systemic fungicide. The metconazole has excellent effect on the crop diseases of the crops such as septoria, neurospora and puccinia by field application, and the action mechanism of the metconazole is a C-14 demethylase inhibitor in the ergosterol biosynthesis. Although the action mechanism is the same as that of other triazole bactericides, the difference of the activity spectrum is large. Compared with the traditional bactericide, the bactericide has extremely low dosage and wide range of preventing and treating cereal plant diseases. As a result, metconazole is commonly used to control septoria tritici, fusarium graminearum, leaf rust, stripe rust, powdery mildew, glume blight; barley dwarf rust, powdery mildew, coracoid; rhynchosporium, leaf rust of rye; crown rust of oats, leaf rust of triticale (a cross of wheat and rye), septoria, etc. However, the bactericidal spectrum of the single-bacterium metconazole is narrow, and the control effect on wheat scab is weak.
Pyraclostrobin, chemical name is N- [2- [ [1- (4-chlorophenyl) pyrazol-3-yl ] oxymethyl ] phenyl ] -N-methoxy carbamic acid methyl ester, and chemical formula is C19H18N3O4 Cl. The bactericide is a novel broad-spectrum methoxy acrylic acid snore bactericide, finally leads to cell death by inhibiting the respiration of mitochondria, has the functions of protection, treatment and leaf penetration and conduction, is mainly used for preventing and treating various diseases caused by fungi on crops, and has better prevention and treatment effects on wheat powdery mildew and gibberellic disease by pyraclostrobin.
But the single-dose pyraclostrobin has a relatively wide bactericidal spectrum, and has excellent control effects on wheat scab and powdery mildew, but weak control effects on wheat leaf rust and stripe rust.
Therefore, when crops are sterilized, the effect of the single use of the metconazole or the pyraclostrobin is not ideal, the sterilizing effect needs to be improved, and at present, no relevant report on whether the metconazole and the pyraclostrobin can be used together or how to use the metconazole and the pyraclostrobin together is found.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the existing crop bactericide has poor single use effect, and antagonism is possibly generated among different bactericides when in combination, so that the bactericide does not necessarily play a role in synergy.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems comprises the following steps: provides a sterilization composition containing metconazole and pyraclostrobin.

Further, in the auxiliary materials, purified water: emulsifier: xanthan gum: the weight ratio of sodium benzoate is 30-80: 6-10: 0.5-1: 0.5-1. Further, the emulsifier is at least one of OP-10, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate or protein.
Further, the sterilization composition containing metconazole and pyraclostrobin is a dispersible oil suspending agent, and the auxiliary materials comprise: methyl esterified vegetable oil, emulsifier and organic bentonite.
Further, in the auxiliary materials, methyl esterified vegetable oil: emulsifier: the weight ratio of the organic bentonite is 30-80: 10-15: 1-2. Further, the emulsifier is at least one of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, fatty amine salt or ethanol ammonium salt.
Wherein, in the bactericidal composition containing metconazole and pyraclostrobin, the particle size of the raw materials is 2-5 um.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the bactericidal composition containing metconazole and pyraclostrobin, which comprises the following steps:
adding purified water, emulsifier, xanthan gum and sodium benzoate into metconazole and pyraclostrobin, dispersing, shearing, adding into a grinding machine, and grinding until the particle size is 2-5 um;
or adding methyl esterified vegetable oil, emulsifier and organic bentonite into metconazole and pyraclostrobin, dispersing, shearing, adding into a grinding machine, and grinding until the particle diameter is 2-5 um.
Wherein, in the preparation method, the temperature during grinding is less than 40 ℃.
The invention also provides application of the bactericidal composition containing metconazole and pyraclostrobin to prevention and treatment of powdery mildew, head blight, net blotch, root rot, brown spot, brown wheel spot, gray mold, leaf spot and tea cake disease of cereal plants, melons and fruits or vegetables.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention can play a remarkable role in synergy when the metconazole and the pyraclostrobin which are screened out by tests are mixed according to a certain proportion for use. Under the combined condition, the pesticide resistance of germs is overcome and delayed, the sterilization speed is high, the duration is long, the application cost is reduced, and the control effect is obviously better than that of a single agent. The bactericidal composition can be used for preventing and treating fungal diseases on crops, particularly can be used for preventing and treating the fungal diseases such as gibberellic disease, powdery mildew, net blotch, root rot, brown spot, brown wheel spot, gray mold, leaf spot, tea cake disease and the like on cereals, melons and fruits or vegetable crops, and has better effect than that of single agent.
Detailed Description
The metconazole achieves the purpose of preventing and treating diseases by stem and leaf treatment, and cannot permeate from stem and leaf parts to grain parts. It has wide bactericidal spectrum and has the functions of systemic absorption, protection and treatment. Although the action mechanism of the bactericidal composition is the same as that of other triazole bactericides, the difference of the activity spectrum is large, and the lasting period is 5-6 weeks. Although metconazole has a strong bactericidal effect, the control capability of wheat scab and the like is weak when the metconazole is used alone, and the metconazole needs to be improved.
At present, various combinations of metconazole and other bactericides are provided to improve the application range and the bactericidal effect of metconazole, but no bactericidal combination used together with pyraclostrobin is provided.
After a large number of screening experiments, the pyraclostrobin is combined with the acrylic acid snorkel bactericide, so that the bactericidal effect of the pyraclostrobin can be improved, the bactericidal spectrum is expanded, the using amount is reduced, and the labor cost and the mechanical cost of repeated administration are reduced. Particularly, when 1-30 parts of metconazole, 1-30 parts of pyraclostrobin and 20-98 parts of auxiliary materials, the combined bactericide has the best sterilization effect.
The metconazole and the pyraclostrobin have different action mechanisms, pathogenic bacteria are not easy to generate resistance, the metconazole and the pyraclostrobin are compounded according to a certain proportion, the activity and the sterilization effect of the metconazole and the pyraclostrobin are not simple superposition of the activities of all components, and the metconazole and the pyraclostrobin have obvious synergistic effect on fungal diseases such as wheat scab, powdery mildew, net blotch, root rot, brown blotch, brown wheel blotch, gray mold, leaf blotch, tea cake disease and the like, can reduce the dosage of each single agent, reduce the pesticide cost, have good safety to crops, and meet the safety requirement of pesticide preparations.
