Fig. 2 to 5 are schematic diagrams of the implementation process of the method for structured identification entry of medical information according to the invention. As shown in fig. 2, a medical information data table 31 is preset in the server 3, a plurality of medical information names are pre-stored in the medical information data table 31, each medical information name corresponds to at least one medical information parameter, each medical information name in the medical information data table 31 has at least one alternative name, and the initial value of the medical information parameter is null.
As shown in fig. 3, an image of a paper report 11 recorded with at least one text pattern is photographed by the mobile terminal 2. And carrying out text recognition on the image to obtain text information of each text pattern on the paper report 11 and position and location information of the text information distributed on the paper report 11.
As shown in fig. 4, it is determined whether the text information hits at least one medical information name or alternative name in the medical information data table 31 one by one, in this embodiment, the text information 12"ID", "AAA", "BBB" and "CCC" hits the medical information names in the medical information data table 31, and then the text information 13 of the text pattern of another missed medical information name or alternative name having the shortest distance in which each text information 12 is distributed in the paper report 11 is filled in the medical information parameter bits corresponding to the hit medical information name, that is, the first center position of the text pattern corresponding to the text information 12"ID" and the second center position of each text pattern of the missed medical information name are calculated, and the distances from the first center position to each second center position are sorted from small to large, so as to obtain the text information 13"eee" corresponding to the missed text pattern closest to the "ID". The EEE closest to the ID is filled with the medical information parameter bit corresponding to the medical information name ID. Similarly, "xxx" closest to "AAA" is filled in the medical information parameter digits corresponding to the medical information name "AAA" in the medical information data table 31. The medical information parameter bits corresponding to the medical information name "BBB" in the medical information data table 31 are filled with "yyyy" nearest to "BBB". As shown in fig. 5, if both the text information "DDD"14 and the text information "www"15 miss a preset medical information name or an alternative name, an information confirmation box 16 including whether the missed text information "DDD" belongs to the medical information name is displayed around the text pattern of the missed text information "DDD"14 displayed by the mobile terminal 2; an information confirmation box 17 including whether the missed text information "www" belongs to the medical information name is displayed around the text pattern of the missed text information "www"15 displayed by the mobile terminal 2, and both the information confirmation box 16 and the information confirmation box 17 can be confirmed by receiving a click operation. In the preset time interval, the user is accepted to click on the confirmation operation in the confirmation box displayed on the mobile terminal 2, and in this embodiment, the user confirms the information confirmation box 16 by clicking (the user confirms that the missed text information "DDD" belongs to the medical information name). A medical information name and corresponding medical information parameter bit are newly added to the medical information data table 31 based on the confirmed missed text information "DDD". Returning to the previous step of determining whether the text message hits at least one medical message name or an alternative name in the medical message data table 31, at this time, since "DDD" can be hit by the newly added medical message name, the medical message parameter corresponding to the medical message name "DDD" in the medical message data table 31 is filled in by referring to the confirmation flow of other text messages before, "www" closest to "DDD", so that other terminals (for example, the computer 4) can access the medical message data table 31 to obtain the structured medical message. The personalized data form can be generated based on the data format required by other medical requirements (such as operation or rehabilitation training), so that the cross-industry use of medical data is facilitated, the automatic input and structuring of medical information are realized, the manpower workload is greatly reduced, errors in the manual input process are avoided, and the efficiency and convenience of medical information are improved.
