Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oil exploitation equipment, and particularly relates to an oil-water well packer.
Background
The packer is connected to the downhole pipe column and used for packing and isolating the oil pipe and the oil and gas well casing or the downhole tool of the open hole well wall annular space, and the packer has the action mechanism: packers are important tools for isolating oil in a casing. Its main element is a rubber tube, and under the action of hydraulic power or machinery the rubber tube can be expanded to seal oil and annular space of casing tube, and can separate upper and lower oil layers to attain a certain construction goal, and said invented packer also can be used for packer.
Currently, packers are divided into: the self-sealing packer realizes sealing by interference of the outer diameter of the sealing part and the inner diameter of the casing and working pressure difference; the compression packer compresses the packing part by axial force to increase the outer diameter of the packing part to realize sealing; the expanding packer expands the outer diameter of the packing part to realize sealing by radial force and hydraulic pressure of the inner cavity of the packing part; the underground pipe column of the petroleum well is a pipeline for conveying petroleum, solidified petroleum inevitably adheres to the surface of the underground pipe column in the petroleum conveying process, so that a bulge with non-uniform specification is formed, and after the packer enters the interior of the underground pipe column and reaches a position needing packing, if the inner wall of the underground pipe column has the bulge, the packing effect cannot be achieved.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a packer for oil and water wells to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an oil-water well packer to solve the problems set forth in the background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an oil-water well packer comprises a packer body, wherein a well wall cleaning device is arranged at the bottom of the packer body;
the well wall cleaning device comprises an object cylinder, wherein the object cylinder is cylindrical, the opening of the object cylinder faces downwards, T-shaped insertion rods are fixedly connected to the top of the object cylinder close to two sides, a stepping motor, a storage battery and two electric telescopic rods are arranged in the object cylinder, the output end of the stepping motor is in transmission connection with a transmission shaft, the interior of the transmission shaft is hollow, an adapter rod is movably inserted into the transmission shaft, and the same pushing disc is arranged at one end of the adapter rod and one end of each electric telescopic rod;
a plurality of first spouts have evenly been seted up all around to push away a set bottom, first spout internal connection has first horizontal slide bar, first spring and first slider have been cup jointed on first horizontal slide bar surface, first slider surface is provided with scrapes the wall piece, the longitudinal section shape of scraping the wall piece is trapezoidal setting, and the bottom shape of scraping the wall piece is fan-shaped setting, a plurality of it is circular to scrape the bottom surface of wall piece and form a jointly, article section of thick bamboo diapire inside is fixed and is provided with the whetstone ring, and the internal diameter equals with article section of thick bamboo internal diameter.
Furthermore, a fixed inserting device is arranged between the T-shaped inserting rod and the bottom of the packer body, connecting devices are arranged between the pushing disc and the electric telescopic rod as well as between the pushing disc and the switching rod, and a fastening device is arranged between the first sliding block and the wall scraping block.
Further, step motor and electric telescopic handle are all through external switch and storage battery electric connection, two for establishing ties the setting between the electric telescopic handle, for parallelly connected setting between electric telescopic handle and the storage battery.
Furthermore, the surface of the adapter rod is uniformly provided with a sun gear ring, two gears which are respectively engaged with the sun gear ring left and right are arranged inside the transmission shaft, and the gears can slide up and down relative to the sun gear ring.

The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:
1. according to the invention, the wall-cleaning device is arranged, and the wall-scraping block on the surface of the push disc scrapes off the petroleum protrusion on the surface of the inner wall of the underground pipe column, so that the solidified petroleum protrusion on the surface of the underground pipe column is effectively prevented, and the packing effect of the packer body on the underground pipe column is influenced.
2. The fixed inserting device is arranged, so that the well wall cleaning device is convenient to mount and dismount, when solidified petroleum bulges exist on the inner wall of the underground pipe column, the well wall cleaning device is mounted, when the underground pipe column does not need to be cleaned, the well wall cleaning device is dismounted, and therefore the packer body is convenient to use.
3. The wall scraping block is favorably detached from the push disc through the fastening device and the connecting device, and the push disc is pulled to enable one ends of the switching rod and the electric telescopic rod to be separated from the inside of the connecting groove of the connecting plate, so that the push disc is taken out, the parts inside the object cylinder are convenient to detach, and the well wall cleaning device is convenient to maintain.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an oil-water well packer, which comprises a packer body 1, wherein a well wall cleaning device is arranged at the bottom of the packer body 1;
the well wall cleaning device comprises an object barrel 2, wherein the object barrel 2 is cylindrical, the opening of the object barrel faces downwards, T-shaped insertion rods 3 are fixedly connected to the top of the object barrel 2 close to two sides, a stepping motor 4, a storage battery pack 5 and two electric telescopic rods 6 are arranged inside the object barrel 2, the stepping motor 4 and the electric telescopic rods 6 are electrically connected with the storage battery pack 5 through external switches, the two electric telescopic rods 6 are arranged in series, the electric telescopic rods 6 and the storage battery pack 5 are arranged in parallel, a transmission shaft 7 is connected to the output end of the stepping motor 4 in a transmission manner, the transmission shaft 7 is hollow and movably inserted with an adapter rod 8, sun gear rings are uniformly arranged on the surfaces of the adapter rod 8, two gears which are respectively meshed with the sun gear rings left and right are arranged inside the transmission shaft 7, and the gears can slide up and down relative to the sun gear rings, one end of the adapter rod 8 and one end of the electric telescopic rod 6 are both provided with the same push disc 9, wherein the position of the electric telescopic rod 6 for pushing the push disc 9 does not protrude out of the object barrel 2, and the length of the adapter rod 8 positioned in the transmission shaft 7 is greater than the maximum moving distance of the push disc 9;
a plurality of first sliding grooves are uniformly formed in the periphery of the bottom of the push disc 9, first horizontal sliding rods are connected inside the first sliding grooves, a first spring and a first sliding block 10 are sleeved on the surface of each first horizontal sliding rod, a wall scraping block 11 is arranged on the surface of each first sliding block 10, the longitudinal section of each wall scraping block 11 is in a trapezoid shape, the bottom of each wall scraping block 11 is in a fan-shaped shape, the bottom surfaces of the wall scraping blocks 11 form a circle together, a knife sharpening stone ring 12 is fixedly arranged inside the bottom wall of the object cylinder 2, and the inner diameter of the knife sharpening stone ring is equal to the inner diameter of the object cylinder 2;
when the inner wall of the underground pipe column needs to be cleaned after the packer body 1 enters the underground pipe column, an electric telescopic rod 6 of the well wall cleaning device is started, the electric telescopic rod 6 pushes a push disc 9 to move, so that a wall scraping block 11 on the surface of the push disc 9 is pushed out from the inside of an object cylinder 2, after the wall scraping block 11 is pushed out from the inside of the object cylinder 2, the wall scraping block moves to the edge of the push disc 9 under the action of a first spring and is contacted with the inner wall of the underground pipe column, then a stepping motor 4 is started, the stepping motor 4 drives a transmission shaft 7 to rotate, a switching rod 8 drives the push disc 9 to rotate, so that the wall scraping block 11 on the surface of the push disc 9 scrapes off the petroleum bulge on the surface of the inner wall of the underground pipe column, after the scraping is finished, the stepping motor 4 is stopped, the electric telescopic rod 6 is started, the push disc 9 is pulled back, the wall scraping block 11 is contracted into the inside of the object cylinder 2 and passes through a plurality of wall scraping blocks 11, the bottom of the object cylinder 2 is sealed, and the edge part of the wall scraping block 11 is ground by rubbing with the knife sharpening stone ring 12 in the process that the wall scraping block 11 enters the object cylinder 2;
according to the invention, the wall-cleaning device is arranged, and the petroleum bulge on the inner wall surface of the underground pipe column is scraped by the wall-scraping block 11 on the surface of the push disc 9, so that the solidified petroleum bulge on the surface of the underground pipe column is effectively prevented, and the packing effect of the packer body 1 on the underground pipe column is influenced.
As shown in fig. 2-4, a fixed inserting device is arranged between the T-shaped inserting rod 3 and the bottom of the packer body, connecting devices are arranged between the push disc 9 and the electric telescopic rod 6 and the adapting rod 8, and a fastening device is arranged between the first sliding block 10 and the wall scraping block 11; the fixed inserting device comprises an inserting groove 13 matched with one section of the top of the T-shaped inserting rod 3, a first limiting block 14 is movably inserted into one end, located inside the inserting groove 13, of the T-shaped inserting rod 3, a second spring is connected inside the first limiting block 14 and the T-shaped inserting rod 3, a through hole communicated with the outside is formed in the position, located inside the first limiting block 14, of the inner wall of the inserting groove 13, a pressing block 15 is arranged inside the through hole, a second sliding block 16 is arranged between the upper side and the lower side of the pressing block 15 and the inner wall of the through hole, a second sliding groove matched with the second sliding block 16 is formed in the inner wall of the through hole, a second horizontal sliding rod is arranged inside the second sliding groove, and a third spring is sleeved on the surface of the second horizontal sliding rod; a sealing plate 17 is movably arranged in the slot 13, a sealing spring is connected between the sealing plate 17 and the inner top wall of the slot 13, positioning blocks 18 are fixedly connected to both sides of the sealing plate 17, and a positioning groove 19 matched with the positioning blocks 18 is formed in the inner wall of the slot 13;
when the shaft wall cleaning device is installed, the shaft wall cleaning device is installed through the fixed inserting device, the T-shaped inserting rod 3 is inserted into the inserting groove 13 during installation, the first limiting block 14 is retracted into the T-shaped inserting rod 3 and then reaches the position of the through hole, the first limiting block 14 is ejected out to enter the through hole, the shaft wall cleaning device is fixed, when the shaft wall cleaning device needs to be disassembled, the pressing block 15 in the through hole is pressed, the first limiting block 14 is pushed into the T-shaped inserting rod 3, the shaft wall cleaning device is pulled to be disassembled, and after the shaft wall cleaning device is disassembled, the pressing block 15 seals the through hole under the action of the second sliding block 16 and the third spring, and the sealing plate 17 seals the inserting groove 13 under the action of the sealing spring, so that the smoothness of the bottom of the packer body 1 is guaranteed;
the fixed inserting device is arranged, so that the well wall cleaning device is convenient to mount and dismount, when solidified petroleum bulges exist on the inner wall of the underground pipe column, the well wall cleaning device is mounted, when the underground pipe column does not need to be cleaned, the well wall cleaning device is dismounted, and therefore the packer body 1 is convenient to use.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5-9, the connecting device includes a connecting plate 20, the connecting plate 20 at the lower end of the adapter rod 8 is fixedly connected with the push disc 9, two convex blocks 21 are arranged between the connecting plate 20 at the lower end of the electric telescopic handle 6 and the push disc 9, a convex annular chute 22 matched with the convex blocks 21 is arranged on the surface of the push disc 9, the convex blocks 21 and the convex annular chute 22 are arranged in a sliding manner, a connecting groove 23 matched with the adapter rod 8 and one end of the electric telescopic handle 6 is arranged on the surface of the connecting plate 20, second limiting blocks 24 are movably inserted into inner walls of two sides of the connecting groove 23, one end of each second limiting block 24 is connected with a fourth spring, and a butt joint groove 25 is arranged at one end of the adapter rod 8 and one end of the electric telescopic handle 6.
The two ends of the butt joint groove 25 are mutually communicated, the inner part of the butt joint groove 25 is close to the two ends and is connected with the push blocks 26 in a sliding mode, one ends of the two adjacent push blocks 26 are arranged in a slope mode, a third sliding block 27 is arranged between the push blocks 26 and the butt joint groove 25, the inner wall of the butt joint groove 25 is provided with a third sliding groove matched with the third sliding block 27, a third horizontal sliding rod is connected to the inner part of the third sliding groove, the surface of the third horizontal sliding rod is sleeved with a fifth spring, the position, between the two convex annular sliding grooves 22, of the push disc 9 is movably inserted with a T-shaped push rod 28 in a penetrating mode, one end of the T-shaped push rod 28 is connected with a push pin 29 in a threaded mode, the surface of the push disc 9 is provided with a push groove matched with the T-shaped push rod 28, one end, located inside the push groove, of the T-shaped push rod 28 is sleeved with a sixth spring, and pin holes 30 matched with the push pin 29 are formed in the positions of the connecting groove 23 and the butt joint groove 25.
Fastener includes hexagon socket head cap screw 31 and countersunk head nut 32, countersunk head nut 32 and first slider 10 fixed connection, and scrape 11 tops of wall piece and offer with countersunk head cap nut 32 assorted groove, hexagon socket head cap screw 31 runs through and scrapes 11 bottoms of wall piece and countersunk head cap nut 32 threaded connection, and scrapes 11 bottoms of wall piece and offer with hexagon socket head cap screw 31 assorted recess.
When the components in the object cylinder 2 are disassembled, firstly the wall scraping block 11 is disassembled through the fastening device, when the wall scraping block 11 is disassembled, the hexagon socket head cap screw 31 is rotated by using a hexagon wrench, the hexagon socket head cap screw 31 is separated from the countersunk screw cap 32, then the wall scraping block 11 is disassembled from the push disc 9, then the T-shaped push rod 28 of the connecting device is pushed, the push pin 29 at one end of the T-shaped push rod 28 enters the connecting groove 23 and the pin hole 30 of the butt joint groove 25 and is contacted with the push block 26, the push block 26 is pushed, so that the second limit blocks 24 at two ends of the butt joint groove 25 are pushed out from the inside of the butt joint groove 25, then the push disc 9 is pulled, the adapter rod 8 and one end of the electric telescopic rod 6 are separated from the inside of the connecting groove 23 of the connecting plate 20, so that the push disc 9 is taken out, and the components in the object cylinder 2 are convenient to disassemble;
the wall scraping block 11 is favorably detached from the push disc 9 by arranging the fastening device and the connecting device, and the push disc 9 is pulled to separate one end of the adapter rod 8 and one end of the electric telescopic rod 6 from the connecting groove 23 of the connecting plate 20, so that the push disc 9 is taken out, the components in the object barrel 2 are conveniently detached, and the well wall cleaning device is conveniently maintained.
