2. and (4) checking whether the whole set of products have places with relatively dark or uneven wood colors, wherein the places with the wood colors need to be bleached for several times, and the whole set of products have basically consistent colors after being bleached and cannot be bleached. If sand-through occurs, the person in charge can repair the sand-through by himself. The direction of the product is adjusted in time during airing so as to avoid damage and deformation caused by severe moisture;
3. and (4) after bleaching, putting the product into a curing room, wherein the curing time is not less than 24 hours.
Second, grind 180# abrasive paper
1. Before treatment, self-checking is carried out, the problems left by other procedures such as carpentry, carving, scraping and grinding are checked, and whether products such as doors, pattern plates, disassembly and assembly, products and the like are matched or not is checked;
2. the method comprises the steps of grinding a plane place thoroughly and flatly by a sand paper machine, and then grinding other parts such as the flower holes, the bottom plate, the flower plates and the like smoothly and thoroughly, and grinding more than 50% of burrs.
Thirdly, making a first-pass water-based primer
1. After the 180# abrasive paper is qualified, the first-pass water-based primer can be made;
2. before the water-based primer is made, the white side is drawn when the white side is found, the color of the drawn white side is basically consistent with the color of the periphery, and obvious joint printing cannot be caused if the white side is too black;
3. preparing a water-based primer: the proportion of the primer is 5:1 (water paint: curing agent), and all parts, bottom, corners, flower holes and the like of the prepared primer are made in place (under the condition that the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, the primer needs to enter a baking room);
4. the flower roots and lines cannot be accumulated with primer so as to avoid whitening;
5. ash supplement: the color of the ash needs to be adjusted reasonably (the blending of the ash is putty powder, gypsum powder and the color), the color cannot be too light, and the color is close to that of wood. Cracks, gun nail holes, wormholes and scars are required to be repaired in place, and 502 glue is required to be used for repairing missed, nicked and damaged scars.

Fifthly, making a second water-based primer
1. After the 180# abrasive paper is ground and qualified by main and discretion inspection, the second-pass water-based paint can be made;
2. after the preparation, the spray is completely sprayed once, and the bottom, the corners and the flower holes are all sprayed in place (note: when the weather temperature is lower than 10 ℃, the roasting room is needed) basically until 70 percent of pores are blocked.
Sixthly, grinding 240# abrasive paper
1. Grinding 240# abrasive paper after the water-based primer is completely dried, grinding the plane part thoroughly and flatly by using a paper sander, and manually or smoothly polishing the flower holes, the flower bottoms, the flower plates and other parts;
2. after the No. 240 abrasive paper is ground, the No. 320 abrasive paper is used for a whole time, and the panel can not have obvious sand paths.
Seventh, coloring and color correction
1. The method is characterized in that the wood is divided according to the color depth of the wood, the wood is required to be uniform without obvious joints, the color of the flower holes is required to be drawn in, whether the wood is uniform and deep is checked firstly when the wood is colored, and white leakage points are in place at corners, corners and flower holes;
2. when the color is darker during color correction, reworking is firstly carried out and then correction is carried out;
3. the blending proportion of the color concentrates is strictly executed according to the company regulation;
4. the color of the whole set of product is basically consistent with that of the color plate, the bottom, the top, the bottom plate of the drawer and the flower root need to be repaired in place, and the line joint corner cannot be deeply repaired. The finished white edge is consistent with the whole product.
Spray finishing coat
1. Whether the color correction has quality problems is checked, and if the color correction has quality problems, the operation is carried out after the reworking is qualified. The finish paint must be strictly proportioned according to the requirements (5: solid: 1 water: 1);
2. the whole set of products is required to be sprayed in place. No sagging, no bubbles, no whitening and no wrinkling are required.
Nine-step grinding finish paint
1. After the finish paint is completely dried, the panel is completely ground by 400# abrasive paper, the panel is required to be flat, free of particles and sand marks, the pattern plate is firstly completely ground by the old 400# abrasive paper and then is beaten by a 400# flower ball;
2. finally, the whole set of product is printed once by using fine dry sand, the product has brightness and glossiness, and lines, pattern plates and corners can not be whitened;
3. the white part is firstly repaired, the finish paint is sprayed, and after the finish paint is dried completely, the part is ground to be smooth and then the next procedure is carried out.
Ten, applying lacquer and applying vegetable wax
1. Blowing dust with an air gun to clean the whole set of products
2. Water-based lacquer for wiping large-area plane and backrest
3. After the water-based lacquer is completely dried, waxing can be carried out
4. Waxing the whole set of product, and putting each place in place
5. And finally, completely wiping the wax on the bottom, the pattern plate, the plane and the flower hole by using clean cotton yarn without omission.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.
