Abstract
The invention discloses a pesticide composition, and a preparation and application thereof. The active ingredients of the pesticide composition comprise chlorantraniliprole, metalaxyl-M and fluopyram, wherein the weight ratio of the chlorantraniliprole to the metalaxyl-M to the fluopyram is 1: (0.1-5): (0.1-5). Compared with a single pesticide active component, the pesticide composition has an obvious synergistic effect, can prevent and treat various different plant insect pests which are generated in a mixed mode, reduces the dosage, saves the cost and improves the safety to the environment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to a pesticide composition, a preparation and an application thereof, and particularly relates to a composition containing chlorantraniliprole, metalaxyl-M and fluopyram, a preparation and an application thereof.
Background
In the agricultural production process of China, long-term continuous cropping is a conventional production mode, and pests in soil are seriously accumulated. The existing commonly used pesticides have the main disadvantages of high toxicity and prominent resistance and residue problems.
Fluopyram is the British name for Fluopyram and N- [2- [ 3-chloro-5- (trifluoromethyl) -2-pyridine as the chemical name]Ethyl radical]-2- (trifluoromethyl) benzamide of the formula C16H11ClF6N2O, relative molecular weight 396.715, CAS No.: 658066-35-4, the structural formula is as follows:
fluopyram is a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor (SDHI) type sterilization nematicide developed by Bayer crop science, is used for preventing and controlling alternaria leaf spot, gray mold, powdery mildew, sclerotinia, early blight and the like on vegetables such as grapes, pear trees, bananas, apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, field crops and the like, can be registered on various crops for preventing and controlling various nematodes, and is a high-efficiency, green and low-toxicity nematicide.
Common english name of chlorantraniliprole: chlorantraniliprole, chemical name: 3-bromo-N- [ 4-chloro-2-methyl-6- (methylcarbamoyl) benzene]-1- (3-chloropyridin-2-yl) -1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide of formula C18H14BrCl2N5O2Relative molecular weight: 483.15, CAS number 500008-45-7, which has the following structural formula:
the chlorantraniliprole is an o-formamido benzamide pesticide, is mainly used for controlling lepidoptera pests of various crops, has good control effect on noctuidae, snout moth family, moth-eating family, leaf-curling family, pink moth family, plutella xylostella family and the like of lepidoptera, and can also control various non-lepidoptera pests of coleoptera, curculidae, bimaculata family, bemisia tabaci and the like;

(1) reagent to be tested:
chlorantraniliprole (purchased from Shandong Weifang Runfeng chemical Co., Ltd.)
Fluopyram (from Bayer AG)
metalaxyl-M (from Emodao Maihuifeng GmbH)
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: the corn roots which are artificially inoculated with the root-rot nematodes are picked and mashed by a tissue masher, are sequentially screened by nematode standard sieves of 200 meshes, 300 meshes and 500 meshes, and eggs on the nematode sieve of 500 meshes are washed by sterile water to prepare an egg suspension (10 eggs/mL). And (3) hatching another part of eggs in sterile water, taking larvae (larvae of 2 years old) hatched in the next day for testing, and testing the toxicity of chlorantraniliprole, fluopyram and metalaxyl-M with different proportions to nematode larvae or egg suspension (10 nematodes/mL or 10 eggs/mL, the relative humidity is 80-90%, the culture is carried out at the temperature of 23-26 ℃, clear water is used as a control, and the process is repeated for three times per treatment).
(3) Data analysis
The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) of various compound agents is determined by adopting an indoor toxicity determination method (according to the Sun Yunpei method) and through indoor toxicity determination, and the synergy of the agents is judged according to the CTC value. CTC is remarkably greater than 100, is synergistic, remarkably less than 100, is antagonistic, and is close to 100, is additive. However, in the actual production process, once thought, the synergistic effect is achieved when the CTC is more than or equal to 120, the antagonistic effect is achieved when the CTC is less than or equal to 80, the additive effect is achieved when the CTC is more than 80 and less than 120, and the obvious synergistic effect is achieved when the CTC is more than or equal to 200.
