Test examples
The performance of the grease for corrugated board wire bearings of examples 1 to 10 was measured, and the results are shown in table 1.
Table 1: corrugated board line bearing grease performance detection result
As can be seen from table 1, the dropping point of the grease for corrugated board linear bearings of the present invention is not lower than 332 ℃, the highest dropping point can reach 395 ℃, the steel mesh oil of the grease for corrugated board linear bearings of the present invention is not more than 0.46%, and the minimum dropping point can reach 0.27%, the evaporation loss of the grease for corrugated board linear bearings of the present invention is not more than 0.39%, and the minimum dropping point can reach 0.19%, the water spray loss of the grease for corrugated board linear bearings of the present invention is not more than 0.65%, and the minimum dropping point can reach 0.32%.
The analysis proves that the lubricating grease for the corrugated board line bearing has stronger high temperature resistance, is not easy to coke and run off, can meet the working condition requirements of high temperature, high load and steam pollution of the existing corrugated board line, can play a role in lubricating the corrugated board line bearing with long service life, and ensures the production efficiency of the corrugated board line.
Meanwhile, as can be seen from the comparison between example 3 and examples 4 to 5, the polyester and trimellitate in the grease for corrugated board linear bearings were adjusted so that the mass ratio of the polyester to the trimellitate was not (1-2): when the lubricating grease is in the range of (1-3), the abrasion resistance of the lubricating grease is obviously reduced, and the water spray loss of the lubricating grease is also obviously increased, which shows that the polyester and the trimellitate in a specific proportion in the lubricating grease for the corrugated board line bearing of the invention play a synergistic effect on the abrasion resistance of the lubricating grease and the reduction of the water spray loss.
In comparative example 3 and examples 6 to 7, it is known that, under the condition that other components, proportions and preparation methods are not changed, the mass ratio of the 12-hydroxy lithium stearate to the white carbon black in the corrugated board line bearing grease is adjusted to be not (3-9): and (7) in the range of (11), the dropping point of the lubricating grease is obviously reduced, and the oil distribution amount of the steel mesh oil distribution and the loss amount of evaporation loss of the lubricating grease are also obviously increased, which shows that the lithium 12-hydroxystearate and the white carbon black in a specific proportion in the lubricating grease for corrugated board linear bearing can synergistically reduce the loss of the lubricating grease in the using process and prolong the service life of the lubricating grease.
As can be seen from comparative example 3 and examples 8 to 9, octyl-butyldiphenylamine and dialkyldiphenylamine in the bearing grease for corrugated board lines were adjusted so that the mass ratio was not (1-3) without changing the other components, ratios, and preparation methods: in the range of (1-5), the oxidation stability of the grease is obviously deteriorated, which shows that octyl-butyldiphenylamine and dialkyldiphenylamine in a specific proportion in the corrugated board line bearing grease of the present invention have a synergistic effect on the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the grease.
It can be seen from comparison between example 3 and example 10 that, when the polyalphaolefin having a viscosity of 396cSt at 40 ℃ is replaced with the polyalphaolefin having a viscosity of 390cSt at 40 ℃ without changing other components, ratios and preparation methods, the dropping point of the grease is significantly reduced, which indicates that when the polyalphaolefin having a viscosity of 396cSt at 40 ℃ is used as the base oil in the grease, the finally prepared grease has a higher dropping point and better lubrication performance.
In addition, in the actual operation, when the operator uses the grease of the corrugated board wire bearing of example 3 of the present invention on the corrugated board wire bearing having a width of 2.2 to 2.8m and a speed of 180 to 280m/min (the average running time per day of the corrugated board wire is 16 hours), the grease-adding period can reach 30 days, while the grease of the other conventional greases that are commercially available and whose base oil is polyalphaolefin is only 7 days when used on the corrugated board wire bearing of the same condition.
Meanwhile, operators find that when the corrugated board line bearing lubricating grease disclosed by the embodiment 3 of the invention is used on a bearing under the working condition of 200 ℃, the inside of the bearing is not coked and carbon deposition is not generated.
In conclusion, the corrugated board line bearing lubricating grease disclosed by the invention has the advantages of better comprehensive performance, strong bearing capacity, high oil film strength, good high-temperature lubricating performance, oxidation stability, extremely long high-temperature service life, excellent extrusion performance, mechanical stability, water resistance and abrasion resistance, and can provide excellent lubricating effect for corrugated roller, preheating cylinder and pressure roller bearings of corrugated board lines.
