Technical Field

Background
The composite filter element scientifically integrates one or more filter elements with independent functions on one filter element according to the needs, plays the role at the same time, has high filtering efficiency, and has complementary advantages of different filtering functions, so that the composite filter element is applicable to wider environments and is particularly suitable for liquid with complex water quality environments.
However, the filtering structure inside the existing composite filter element is compact and compact in the use process, the contact area between the filtering structure and water in the filter element is relatively small, the water quantity for filtering and discharging the water in unit time of the composite filter element is small, a user needs to wait for a period of time when using the water easily, and the use experience of the user is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up the deficiency of the prior art, the invention provides a composite filter element and an ultrafiltration water purifier using the same, which have the advantages of good filtering effect, long service life, high filtering efficiency and high water outlet speed, so that a user can rapidly receive enough water when using water, and the waiting time of the user is reduced.

the side surface of the base, facing the shell, is fixedly provided with a mounting plate, and the projection of the mounting plate on the base is spiral; the clamping plate is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate in an interference fit mode; the cross section of the clamping plate is U-shaped; a filter layer is fixedly arranged between the clamping plate and the mounting plate; through holes are uniformly formed in the side surface, contacted with the filter layer, of the clamping plate; the collecting cavity is formed in the mounting plate, and meshes are uniformly formed in the side wall, close to the filter layer, of the collecting cavity; a centralized cavity is formed in the base; the centralized cavity and the collecting cavity are communicated with each other through a communication hole; a water inlet and a water outlet are fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the base far away from the shell; the water inlet penetrates through the centralized cavity and is communicated to the inner space of the shell; the water outlet is communicated into the centralized cavity; a fixing plate is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the fixing block; after the shell is installed, the fixing plate contacts and presses one end of the clamping plate far away from the base;
the filter layer consists of a PP cotton layer I, a coconut shell pickling activated carbon layer, a silver-loaded activated carbon layer, a non-woven fabric layer and a PP cotton layer II which are sequentially arranged and are mutually clung; the PP cotton layer is positioned at a position close to the mounting plate in the filter layer; an ultrafiltration membrane layer is arranged in the middle of the non-woven fabric layer;
when in work, tap water to be filtered is introduced into the composite filter element from the water inlet, then purified water after the filtration in the filter element is discharged from the water outlet on the filter element for daily use by a user, meanwhile, the composite filter element can be applied to the prepositive filtration of kitchen water purifiers, direct drinking water purifiers, RO water purifiers and the like, meanwhile, the tap water to be filtered enters into the composite filter element from the water inlet, directly enters into the space in the shell through the water inlet passing through the base, then the tap water to be filtered in the shell sequentially passes through the through holes on the clamping plate, the filter layer and the mesh holes on the mounting plate to enter into the collecting cavity in the mounting plate under the action of external pressure, the filtered purified water entering into the collecting cavity enters into the concentrated cavity in the base through the communication hole, finally discharged to the outside of the composite filter element from the water outlet communicated to the centralized cavity for users, meanwhile, in the process of filtering tap water to be filtered, as the projection of the mounting plate on the base is spiral, the surface area of the mounting plate is relatively large, the surface area of the filter layer is large, the volume of water which is contacted and passed by the filter layer in unit time is large, the filtering speed of the composite filter element is effectively improved, the water outlet speed of the water purifier provided with the composite filter element is accelerated, the waiting time of users in the use process is reduced, meanwhile, the PP cotton layer in the filter layer firstly contacts with large-volume impurities in the tap water in the process of filtering the tap water to be filtered, the impurities are intercepted, the possibility of blocking the filter screen is reduced, meanwhile, germs in the tap water can be effectively eliminated through the silver loaded active carbon layer, the germ content in the discharged purified water is prevented from being too large, the physical health of a user is affected, meanwhile, the ultra-filtration membrane layer is used in the filter layer, fine impurities in the water can be further filtered, and the quality of the discharged purified water is improved.
Preferably, the side surface of the base facing the inside of the shell is fixedly provided with a rubber block, and the rubber block is spiral; the rubber block is positioned in a spiral space on the mounting plate; after the clamping plate is clamped on the mounting plate, one end, close to the base, of the clamping plate contacts and extrudes the rubber block;

Preferably, an expansion cavity is formed in the rubber block; the water inlet is communicated into the expansion cavity; the thickness of the side wall of the expansion cavity, which is close to the filter layer, is smaller than that of the side wall of the expansion cavity, which is far away from the filter layer; micropores communicated into the expansion cavity are uniformly formed in the side surface, far away from the base, of the rubber block; when no pressure exists in the expansion cavity, the micropores are kept closed under the action of the rubber block and the extrusion of the clamping plate;
during operation, when no pressure exists in the expansion cavity, the micropores are kept in a closed state, therefore, after the tap water to be filtered enters the expansion cavity in the rubber block through the water inlet, the expansion cavity is filled with the tap water to be filtered, the expansion cavity is expanded, then, the pressure in the expansion cavity is increased to the extent that the micropores are opened, the tap water in the expansion cavity flows out of the micropores into the shell, filtration starts to be carried out, meanwhile, the expansion cavity is subjected to the action of the tap water to be filtered entering the expansion cavity, after expansion occurs, the thickness of the side wall of the expansion cavity, which is close to the filter layer, is thinner, and therefore, after the expansion cavity expands, the part, which faces the filter layer, of the rubber block is firstly expanded, further contacts and extrudes the clamping plate, secondary limitation and fixation are carried out on the clamping plate, loosening is avoided after the clamping plate is installed on the mounting plate, the clamping plate is influenced on the tight contact between the filter layer and the mounting plate, gaps are formed between the filter layer and the mounting plate, unfiltered tap water is caused to enter the collecting cavity, the final filtering effect is influenced, simultaneously, limitation and fixation of the rubber block on the clamping plate is carried out through expansion, the expansion and after expansion, the expansion and the expansion cavity is further avoided, the influence on the filtering effect of the tap water to be influenced by the water entering the filter core is caused by the filter core, and the filter effect is further influenced by the water entering the filter core, which is influenced by the filter effect is caused by the fact that the water is influenced by the closing the filter effect is caused by the closing the filter core.

Preferably, the side surface of the fixed column is provided with a micro groove, and the length direction of the micro groove is the same as the length direction of the fixed column; the micro grooves are distributed uniformly around the central line of the fixed column; the fixed column is magnetic, and is a permanent magnet;

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. according to the composite filter element and the ultrafiltration water purifier using the same, the mounting plate, the collecting cavity, the clamping plate and the filter layer are arranged, so that the relative area of the area capable of filtering water in unit time in the filter element is effectively increased when the composite filter element is used, the filtering speed of the composite filter element is effectively improved, the situation that a user needs to wait for a period of time to hold enough water in the use process is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
2. According to the composite filter element and the ultrafiltration water purifier using the same, when the composite filter element is used, the rubber block and the expansion cavity are arranged, external water to be filtered is firstly input into the expansion cavity to push the expansion cavity to expand, the rubber block after expansion extrudes and fixes one end of the clamping plate, which is close to the base, so that the filter layer between the clamping plate and the mounting plate can be tightly attached to the mounting plate, gaps between the filter layer and the mounting plate are avoided, and unfiltered water enters the collection cavity from the gaps, so that the filtering effect and the filtering quality of the composite filter element are affected.

during operation, tap water to be filtered is introduced into the composite filter element from the water inlet 14, and then purified water after filtration in the filter element is discharged from the water outlet 13 on the filter element for daily use by a user, meanwhile, the composite filter element can be applied to the prepositive filtration of kitchen water purifiers, direct drinking water purifiers, RO water purifiers and the like, meanwhile, after the tap water to be filtered enters the composite filter element from the water inlet 14, the tap water directly enters the space in the shell 3 through the water inlet 14 passing through the base 1, then the tap water to be filtered in the shell 3 sequentially passes through the through holes on the clamping plate 5, the filter layer 6 and the mesh 41 on the mounting plate 4 to enter the collecting cavity 42 in the mounting plate 4 under the action of external pressure, the filtration process is completed, and then the filtered purified water entering the collecting cavity 42 enters the concentration cavity 11 in the base 1 through the communication hole 12, finally discharged to the outside of the composite filter element from the water outlet 13 communicated to the centralized cavity 11 for users, meanwhile, in the process of filtering tap water to be filtered, as the projection of the mounting plate 4 on the base 1 is spiral, the surface area of the mounting plate 4 is relatively larger, so that the surface area of the filter layer 6 is larger, the volume of water contacted and passed by the filter layer 6 in unit time is larger, the filtering speed of the composite filter element is effectively improved, the water outlet speed of the water purifier provided with the composite filter element is accelerated, the waiting time of users in the use process is reduced, meanwhile, in the process of filtering tap water to be filtered, the PP cotton layer 61 in the filter layer 6 is firstly contacted with a large volume of impurities in tap water, and intercepts the impurities, thereby reducing the possibility of blocking the filter screen, meanwhile, bacteria in tap water can be effectively eliminated through the silver-loaded activated carbon layer 63, the situation that the content of bacteria in discharged purified water is too large, and the physical health of a user is affected is avoided, meanwhile, fine impurities in water can be further filtered through the ultrafiltration membrane layer 65 in the filter layer 6, and the quality of the discharged purified water is improved.
As an embodiment of the invention, the side surface of the base 1 facing the inside of the shell 3 is fixedly provided with a rubber block 7, and the rubber block 7 is spiral; the rubber block 7 is positioned in a spiral space on the mounting plate 4; after the clamping plate 5 is clamped on the mounting plate 4, one end, close to the base 1, of the clamping plate 5 contacts and presses the rubber block 7;

during operation, as the fixed column 2 has magnetism, the metal particles contained in tap water to be filtered entering the composite filter element are influenced by the magnetic force of the fixed column 2 and are adsorbed to the fixed column 2 to be fixed, the possibility that external metal particles still move and are attached to the filter layer 6 after entering the composite filter element is reduced, the filtering effect of the filter layer 6 is improved, meanwhile, the metal particles existing in the space in the composite filter element are prevented from diffusing everywhere, the filtering effect and the service life of the filter layer 6 are influenced, and meanwhile, the micro grooves 21 formed in the surface of the fixed column 2 can effectively increase the surface area of the fixed column 2, the metal particles adsorbed by the fixed column 2 are stored in the micro grooves 21, and the possibility that the metal particles are dissociated again is reduced.
A composite filter element ultrafiltration water purifier, wherein the composite filter element in the ultrafiltration water purifier is one of the composite filter elements.
The specific working procedure is as follows:
during operation, tap water to be filtered is introduced into the composite filter element from the water inlet 14, then purified water after filtration in the filter element is discharged from the water outlet 13 on the filter element, meanwhile, tap water to be filtered enters the composite filter element from the water inlet 14, then directly enters the space in the shell 3 through the water inlet 14 passing through the base 1, then sequentially passes through the through holes on the clamping plate 5, the filter layer 6 and the mesh 41 on the mounting plate 4 under the action of external pressure to enter the collecting cavity 42 in the mounting plate 4, filtration is completed, then, filtered purified water entering the collecting cavity 42 enters the collecting cavity 11 in the base 1 through the communication hole 12, finally, discharged from the water outlet 13 communicated to the collecting cavity 11, and meanwhile, the projection of the mounting plate 4 on the base 1 is spiral, so that the surface area of the mounting plate 4 is relatively large, the surface area of the filter layer 6 is further larger, the volume of water passing through which is contacted and contacted in unit time of the filter layer 6 is larger, the filtration speed of the composite filter element is improved, meanwhile, the filtered tap water in the PP cotton layer 61 in the filter layer is firstly contacted with the large volume of the filter layer 6, and the active carbon layer is simultaneously removed by the filter layer 63, and the active carbon is simultaneously, and the impurities in the filter layer is further removed; after the clamping plate 5 is mounted on the mounting plate 4, one end, close to the base 1, of the clamping plate 5 contacts and presses the rubber block 7, and an opening, close to the base 1, of the clamping plate 5 is fixed through the rubber block 7; after the tap water to be filtered enters the expansion cavity 71 in the rubber block 7 through the water inlet 14, the tap water to be filtered fills the expansion cavity 71 first, the expansion cavity 71 is expanded, then the pressure in the expansion cavity 71 is increased to the extent that the micropores are opened, the tap water in the expansion cavity 71 flows out of the micropores into the shell 3 to start filtering, meanwhile, after the expansion cavity 71 is expanded under the action of the tap water to be filtered entering the expansion cavity, the expansion cavity 71 is thinner near the side wall of the filter layer 6, so that after the expansion cavity 71 is expanded, the part of the rubber block 7 facing the filter layer 6 is expanded first, and further contacts and presses the clamping plate 5 to secondarily limit and fix the clamping plate 5; the mounting plate 4 is made of stainless steel materials, so that the mounting plate 4 is guaranteed to have good strength; because the fixed column 2 has magnetism, the metal particles contained in the tap water to be filtered entering the composite filter element are influenced by the magnetic force of the fixed column 2 and adsorbed on the fixed column 2 for fixing, and meanwhile, the micro-groove 21 arranged on the surface of the fixed column 2 can effectively increase the surface area of the fixed column 2, and the metal particles adsorbed by the fixed column 2 are stored in the micro-groove 21.
