150 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin; 50 parts of amino resin; 15 parts of carbon nanofiber powder; 20 parts of nano montmorillonite; 20 parts of quartz powder; 3 parts of a defoaming agent; 2 parts of a leveling agent; 5 parts of a dispersing agent; 5 parts of an anti-settling agent; 8 parts of a diatomite dispersion liquid; 40 parts of color nano resin powder; 100 parts of a curing agent;
wherein the color nano resin powder is prepared from 12 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin; 5 parts of a hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion; 8 parts of a curing agent; 5 parts of acrylic resin; 5 parts of polyamide; 2 parts of potassium hydroxide; 0.5 part of wetting agent; 0.3 part of defoaming agent; 2 parts of pigment and 2 parts of calcium chloride are mixed and gelatinized, and then granulation and grinding are carried out to obtain nano-powder.
The particle size of the quartz powder is 120 meshes, and the particle size of the nano montmorillonite is 200 meshes.
The defoaming agent is polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether. The leveling agent is polyether modified polysiloxane. The dispersant is polyacrylate dispersant. The anti-settling agent is polyamide wax. The curing agent is an epoxy curing agent. The ultraviolet absorbent is benzotriazole. The wetting agent is polyoxyethylene alkyl ether.
The hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersoid is an aqueous hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersoid modified by polycaprolactone polyol, and the number average molecular weight of the polycaprolactone polyol is Mn 2200.
The preparation method of the polyurethane colored finish paint comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing color nano resin powder: firstly, putting the waterborne polyurethane resin, the hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersoid, the acrylic resin, the polyamide, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the pigment into a stirring disperser for high-speed dispersion at the rotating speed of 1500rpm, then sequentially adding the potassium hydroxide and the curing agent, uniformly stirring, then adding the calcium chloride, granulating after forming a high-elasticity gel, and grinding into powder of 12 nanometers;
(2) preparing finish paint: proportionally placing waterborne polyurethane resin, amino resin, carbon nanofiber powder, nano montmorillonite, quartz powder, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a dispersing agent, an anti-settling agent and a diatomite dispersion liquid into a stirring dispersion machine for low-speed dispersion at the rotating speed of 500rpm, then adding color nano resin powder, uniformly stirring, and finally adding a curing agent to obtain the polyurethane colored finish paint.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The polyurethane colored finish paint is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass:
80-150 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin; 20-50 parts of amino resin; 10-15 parts of carbon nanofiber powder; 10-20 parts of nano montmorillonite; 15-20 parts of quartz powder; 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent; 1-2 parts of a leveling agent; 2-5 parts of a dispersing agent; 1-5 parts of an anti-settling agent; 2-8 parts of a diatomite dispersion liquid; 20-40 parts of color nano resin powder; 80-100 parts of a curing agent;
wherein the color nano resin powder is prepared from 10-12 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin; 2-5 parts of a hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersion; 6-8 parts of a curing agent; 1-5 parts of acrylic resin; 1-5 parts of polyamide; 1-2 parts of potassium hydroxide; 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent; 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent; 0.5-2 parts of pigment and 1-2 parts of calcium chloride are mixed and gelatinized, and then granulation and grinding are carried out to obtain nano-powder.
2. The polyurethane colored topcoat paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quartz powder has a particle size of 100-120 mesh, and the nano-montmorillonite has a particle size of 150-200 mesh.
3. The polyurethane colored topcoat of claim 1, wherein the defoamer is a phenethyl alcohol oleate, polydimethylsiloxane, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether or polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether.
4. The polyurethane colored topcoat according to claim 1, wherein the leveling agent is a polyether-modified polysiloxane.
5. The polyurethane colored topcoat of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is a polyacrylate dispersant, a polyoxyethylene ether dispersant, or a silicate dispersant.
6. The polyurethane colored topcoat of claim 1, wherein the anti-settling agent is a polyamide wax, a modified polyurea N-methylpyrrolidone, or an amide modified castor oil.
7. The polyurethane colored topcoat of claim 1, wherein the curing agent is an epoxy curing agent, a polyamide curing agent, or an aqueous amine curing agent.
8. The polyurethane color topcoat of claim 1, wherein the wetting agent is a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether.
9. The polyurethane colored topcoat paint of claim 1, wherein the hydroxyl acrylic dispersion is an aqueous hydroxyl acrylic dispersion modified by polycaprolactone polyol, and the number average molecular weight of the polycaprolactone polyol is Mn 1000-2500.
10. A method for preparing a polyurethane colored topcoat paint according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing color nano resin powder: firstly putting the waterborne polyurethane resin, the hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersoid, the acrylic resin, the polyamide, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the pigment into a stirring disperser for high-speed dispersion at the rotating speed of 1000-2000 rpm, then sequentially adding the potassium hydroxide and the curing agent, uniformly stirring, then adding the calcium chloride, granulating after forming a high-elasticity gel, and grinding into powder of 10-20 nanometers;
(2) preparing finish paint: proportionally placing waterborne polyurethane resin, amino resin, carbon nanofiber powder, nano montmorillonite, quartz powder, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a dispersing agent, an anti-settling agent and a diatomite dispersion liquid into a stirring dispersion machine for low-speed dispersion at the rotating speed of 500-600 rpm, then adding color nano resin powder, uniformly stirring, and finally adding a curing agent to obtain the polyurethane colored finish.
