Abstract
本发明涉及一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,包括转动架,转动架上开设有弧形转动槽,弧形转动槽内设有转动座,转动架上设有切割组件、打磨组件,转动架的下端中部设有转动电机,转动电机与转动座通过推杆连接,转动座包括座体、支撑板、装夹气缸,装夹气缸连接有装夹套,支撑板下端设有接料组件,转动架中间设有清洁装置,通过清洁装置与接料组件配合,在原石切割、打磨产生的灰尘和碎末,进行收集和吸取,最后过滤再利用;通过转动电机驱动转动座在弧形转动槽内依次转动到切割组件、打磨组件,进行相应的切割、打磨操作,由于转动座与弧形转动槽配合可根据得到不用形状金刚石的需要进行转动调节,从而整体使用方便,切割、打磨质量高。

技术领域
本发明涉及金刚石加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统。
背景技术
金刚石,俗称“金刚钻”,它是一种由碳元素组成的矿物,是石墨的同素异形体,化学式为C,也是常见的钻石的原身。金刚石是自然界中天然存在的最坚硬的物质。石墨可以在高温、高压下形成人造金刚石。金刚石在进行加工时,需要切割原石、打磨形状和尺寸等操作,在进行打磨时,由于需要打磨的面多、形状尺寸不一以及不规则面的打磨,所以在打磨过程会产生较多灰尘或碎末等,现有技术中清洁设备,在使用过程中需要浪费大量的能源,并存在清洁效果不太好,不方便使用的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,其能自动对灰尘和碎末合理彻底的清除,整体使用方便,切割、打磨质量高的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,包括转动架,所述转动架上开设有弧形转动槽,弧形转动槽内设有用于金刚石原石放置的转动座,所述转动架上对应所述弧形转动槽的两侧均匀设有切割组件、打磨组件,所述转动架的下端中部设有转动电机,所述转动电机的输出端与所述转动座通过推杆连接,所述转动座包括座体,所述座体上端两侧对称设有两支撑板,支撑板上设有装夹气缸,所述装夹气缸的输出端连接有用于装夹原石的装夹套,所述支撑板下端设有接料组件,所述转动架中间设有清洁装置。
优选的,所述清洁装置包括开设于所述转动架中间的清洁腔,所述清洁腔内设有至少两层过滤腔,上层过滤腔内设有吸尘器,下层过滤腔内设有振动器,所述转动架上端开设有与所述接料组件相连的吸料槽,吸料槽内设有与吸尘器连接的吸料管,所述下层过滤腔下端设有出料口。
进一步优选的,所述接料组件包括开设于所述支撑板上且对应金刚石原石下方的接料盘,所述接料盘与所述吸料槽相通,所述吸料管接入接料盘与吸料槽相交处。
进一步优选的,所述转动座底端外部开设有由浅逐渐变深的弧形调节孔,所述推杆上设有垫板,所述垫板设有设有升降气缸,所述升降气缸的活塞杆与弧形调节孔之间通过调节杆连接,所述调节杆设于弧形调节孔的内端设有调节头。
进一步优选的,所述弧形转动槽内设有转动导杆,所述座体穿在该转动导杆上,所述座体为半球形。
进一步优选的,所述弧形转动槽的截面为球形,所述座体设于弧形转动槽的上部或下部,所述转动导杆设于弧形转动槽的中间。

下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1、2所示,一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,包括转动架1,所述转动架1上开设有弧形转动槽2,弧形转动槽2内设有用于金刚石原石放置的转动座3,所述转动架1上对应所述弧形转动槽2的两侧均匀设有切割组件4、打磨组件5,所述转动架1的下端中部设有转动电机6,所述转动电机6的输出端与所述转动座3通过推杆连接,所述转动座3包括座体,所述座体上端两侧对称设有两支撑板,支撑板上设有装夹气缸7,所述装夹气缸7的输出端连接有用于装夹原石的装夹套8,所述支撑板下端设有接料组件,所述转动架1中间设有清洁装置,本发明通过清洁装置与接料组件配合,在原石切割、打磨产生的灰尘和碎末,进行收集和吸取,最后过滤再利用;通过转动电机6驱动转动座3在弧形转动槽2内依次转动到切割组件4、打磨组件5,进行相应的切割、打磨操作,由于转动座3与弧形转动槽2配合可根据得到不用形状金刚石的需要进行转动调节,从而整体使用方便,切割、打磨质量高。
本实施例中,所述清洁装置包括开设于所述转动架1中间的清洁腔,所述清洁腔内设有至少两层过滤腔,上层过滤腔9内设有吸尘器10,下层过滤腔11内设有振动器12,所述转动架1上端开设有与所述接料组件相连的吸料槽13,吸料槽13内设有与吸尘器10连接的吸料管,所述下层过滤腔11下端设有出料口14,所述接料组件包括开设于所述支撑板上且对应金刚石原石下方的接料盘15,所述接料盘15与所述吸料槽13相通,所述吸料管接入接料盘15与吸料槽13相交处,使用时,通过吸尘器10经吸料管将落入到接料盘15内的金刚石原石的灰尘和碎末,吸入到上层过滤腔9内,进行初次过滤,将碎末过滤后,将灰尘落到下层过滤腔11中进行过滤,将过滤后碎末和有用灰尘颗粒分别取出,便于再利用。
本实施例中,所述转动座3底端外部开设有由浅逐渐变深的弧形调节孔16,所述推杆上设有垫板,所述垫板设有设有升降气缸17,所述升降气缸17的活塞杆与弧形调节孔16之间通过调节杆连接,所述调节杆设于弧形调节孔16的内端设有调节头18,所述弧形转动槽2内设有转动导杆19,所述座体穿在该转动导杆19上,所述座体为半球形,所述弧形转动槽2的截面为球形,所述座体设于弧形转动槽2的上部或下部,所述转动导杆19设于弧形转动槽2的中间,使用时,先将金刚石原石放置在座体上,通过装夹气缸7驱动两装夹套8将精钢石原石固定在转动座3上,之后通过转动电机6驱动转动座3及金刚石原石在弧形转动槽2内依次转动到切割组件4、打磨组件5,进行相应的切割、打磨操作,由于切割、打磨的原石后,在不同的面得到的形状不同,所以需要转动座3进行摆动调节,而本实施例通过升降气缸17驱动调节杆上调节头18,升降的同时随着弧形调节孔16转动,从而实现针对转动座3上原石摆动后的切割、打磨、抛光加工,这样便可使切割、打磨、抛光更精密,效率和质量更高。

1.一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,其特征在于:包括转动架,所述转动架上开设有弧形转动槽,弧形转动槽内设有用于金刚石原石放置的转动座,所述转动架上对应所述弧形转动槽的两侧均匀设有切割组件、打磨组件,所述转动架的下端中部设有转动电机,所述转动电机的输出端与所述转动座通过推杆连接,所述转动座包括座体,所述座体上端两侧对称设有两支撑板,支撑板上设有装夹气缸,所述装夹气缸的输出端连接有用于装夹原石的装夹套,所述支撑板下端设有接料组件,所述转动架中间设有清洁装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,其特征在于:所述清洁装置包括开设于所述转动架中间的清洁腔,所述清洁腔内设有至少两层过滤腔,上层过滤腔内设有吸尘器,下层过滤腔内设有振动器,所述转动架上端开设有与所述接料组件相连的吸料槽,吸料槽内设有与吸尘器连接的吸料管,所述下层过滤腔下端设有出料口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,其特征在于:所述接料组件包括开设于所述支撑板上且对应金刚石原石下方的接料盘,所述接料盘与所述吸料槽相通,所述吸料管接入接料盘与吸料槽相交处。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,其特征在于:所述转动座底端外部开设有由浅逐渐变深的弧形调节孔,所述推杆上设有垫板,所述垫板设有设有升降气缸,所述升降气缸的活塞杆与弧形调节孔之间通过调节杆连接,所述调节杆设于弧形调节孔的内端设有调节头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,其特征在于:所述弧形转动槽内设有转动导杆,所述座体穿在该转动导杆上,所述座体为半球形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种金刚石切割、打磨清洁系统,其特征在于:所述弧形转动槽的截面为球形,所述座体设于弧形转动槽的上部或下部,所述转动导杆设于弧形转动槽的中间。
