Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a surface cleaning floor brush 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is illustrated, which comprises a brush head portion 1 and a pole portion 2. The lower part of the vertical rod part 2 is rotatably connected to the brush head part 1, and the vertical rod part 2 has an upright stop position and a backward inclined use position. For purposes of describing the invention in connection with the drawings, the terms "upper", "lower", "right", "left", "rear", "front", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer" and derivatives thereof shall relate to the invention as shown in FIG. 1. From the user's perspective, the user stands on the rear side of the surface cleaning floor brush 100 while using the surface cleaning floor brush 100.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the brush head portion 1 is adapted to be moved over a surface to be cleaned, in particular a floor surface; it comprises a housing 11 having a front side 111, a rear side 112, a left side 113, a right side 114, an upper side 115 and a lower side 116. The suction duct 12 receives and guides the dirty liquid mixed fluid sucked by suction, and the opening 13 is located at the intersection of the suction duct 12 and the lower side 116 of the housing 11. The housing 11 and its components may have other shapes and configurations in other embodiments. A cleaning liquid discharge passage (not shown) for discharging cleaning liquid, such as water stored in a cleaning liquid tank 22 mentioned below, an aqueous solution containing a detergent and/or a bactericide, or the like, to the outside to wet the surface to be cleaned is provided in the housing 11. The cleaning liquid discharge channel has drip openings 17 on the lower side 116 of the housing 11, by means of which drip openings 17 the cleaning liquid can be continuously supplied to the cleaning tool or the surface to be cleaned on the lower side 116 of the housing 11.
A pair of large moving wheels 118 are provided on the rear side 112 of the housing 11, the pair of moving wheels 118 being capable of driving the brush head 10 across the surface to be cleaned. The lower side 116 of the housing 11 is also provided with a pair of support wheels 117 at an intermediate position. A pair of support wheels 117 can facilitate better movement of the housing 11 by the user.
A flexible suction nozzle 14 is also provided on the lower side 116 of the surface cleaning brush 100. In this example, a flexible suction nozzle 14 is arranged at the opening 13. The flexible suction nozzle 14 includes: a front flexible scraping lip strip 141 and a rear flexible scraping lip strip 142 which are arranged in a front-rear opposite mode. The front flexible scraping lip strip 141 and the rear flexible scraping lip strip 142 both extend in the left-right direction and are arranged at the edges of the front side and the rear side of the opening 13, and a dirty liquid suction channel 143 communicated with the suction channel 12 is formed between the front flexible scraping lip strip 141 and the rear flexible scraping lip strip 142.
In this example, the front flexible lip strip 141 and the rear flexible lip strip 142 are provided with protrusions 1411 and 1421 on the sides facing away from the dirty liquid suction path 143, respectively. The opening 13 is provided with a plurality of ribs 131 dividing the opening 13 into a plurality of small openings in the left and right direction. As shown in fig. 5, when the brush head portion 1 is pushed forward to move forward along the surface to be cleaned, the protrusion 1411 of the front flexible lip strip 141 lifts the front flexible lip strip 141, so that a front gap 144 communicating with the dirty liquid suction passage 143 is left between the front flexible lip strip 141 and the surface to be cleaned, and fine dust and dirty liquid in front of the flexible suction nozzle 14 can be continuously sucked into the dirty liquid suction passage 143 from the front gap 44; at this time, the rear flexible lip scraping strip 142 is tightly attached to the surface to be cleaned, and the liquid drops behind the rear flexible lip scraping strip 142 are isolated from the suction nozzle 14.
As shown in fig. 6, when the brush head portion 1 is pulled backward so as to move backward along the surface to be cleaned, the protrusion 1421 of the rear flexible lip scraping bar 142 lifts up the rear flexible lip scraping bar 142, so that a rear slit 145 communicating with the stain liquid suction passage 143 is formed between the rear flexible lip scraping bar 141 and the surface to be cleaned; at this time, the front flexible lip strip 141 is tightly attached to the surface to be cleaned, and the front area of the front flexible lip strip 141 and the dirt-breaking liquid suction passage 143 are separated.
As further shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lower side portion 116 of the housing 11 has a recess 1161 at the rear side of the flexible suction nozzle 14, the recess 1161 is provided with the base plate 19, the front portion of the base plate 19 is integrated with the brush 15, and the brush 15 is a plate brush with a plurality of rows of bristles 151. A plurality of drip ports 17 are integrated at a central position of the substrate 19, and the brush 15 and the drip ports 17 are disposed in close proximity. A flexible wiping strip 18 is mounted on the rear portion of the substrate 19, the flexible wiping strip 18 in this example extends in the left-right direction, and the flexible wiping strip 18 can achieve wiping of the surface to be cleaned on the one hand by contact with the surface to be cleaned and also can effectively prevent the cleaning liquid dropping from the dropping port 17 from flowing to the rear portion of the flexible wiping strip 18 beyond the flexible wiping strip 18 on the other hand. The rear side surface of the flexible wiping strip 18 is provided with a plurality of concave pits 181. These dimples 181 increase the flexibility of the flexible wiper strip 18 and also improve the wiping properties of the flexible wiper strip 18.
In order to enable the floor brush 100 of the present example to accommodate a wide variety of surfaces to be cleaned; in this example, the base plate 19 is rotatably mounted in the recess 1161 of the housing 11 back and forth, i.e., about an axis extending in the left-right direction. By means of the oscillating substrate 19, the brush 15 obtains a first state with contact with the surface to be cleaned and a second state away from the surface to be cleaned. By the arrangement, a user can conveniently perform cleaning work on the surfaces to be cleaned made of different materials; as in the first state, the user can simultaneously contact the surface to be cleaned by means of the flexible suction nozzle 14, the brush 15 and the flexible wiper strip 18 to clean the surface to be cleaned; whereas in the second state the brush 15 is away from the surface to be cleaned, the user can only clean the surface to be cleaned by means of the flexible suction nozzle 14 and the flexible wiper strip 18. However, in either condition, the flexible wiping strip 18 is always in close proximity to the surface to be cleaned.
Continuing with fig. 1, the pole part 2 comprises a pole 20, the lower part of which is pivotally connected to the housing 11, the pole 20 being provided with an interface 21 for detachable connection to a vacuum cleaner. A removable cleaning liquid tank 22 and a waste tank 23 are also arranged on the upright 20. The cleaning liquid tank 22 and the sewage tank 23 are arranged one above the other and are located on the front side of the upright 20. After the dirty liquid tank 23 is mounted to the upright 20, the dirty liquid tank 23 will be in communication with the suction pipe 12 and the interface 21 at the same time, so that the suction pipe 12, the dirty liquid tank 23 and the interface 21 are in fluid communication in sequence. 2. A surface cleaning floor brush as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a brush (15), said brush (15) being mounted on the lower side (116) of said housing (11) between said rear flexible wiping lip strip (142) and said flexible wiping liquid strip (18).

A surface cleaning floor brush according to claim 2, characterized in that the brush (15) is arranged on the lower side (116) of the housing (11) in a way that it can be lifted up and down, so that the brush (15) has a first state in which it contacts the surface to be cleaned and a second state in which it is distanced from the surface to be cleaned.
4. A surface cleaning floor brush according to claim 2, characterized in that the drip opening (17) is adjacent to the brush (15) or inside the brush (15).
5. A surface cleaning floor brush according to claim 2, characterized in that the brush (15) is a scrubber comprising at least one row of bristles (151) extending in a side-to-side direction.
6. A surface cleaning floor brush according to claim 5, characterized in that the housing (11) has a recess (1161) in the lower side (116), a base plate (19) being provided in the recess (1161), the brush (15) and the drip opening (17) being integrated in the base plate (19).
7. A surface cleaning floor brush according to claim 6, characterized in that the flexible wiping strip (18) is mounted at the rear of the base plate (19).
8. A surface cleaning brush according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one rib (131) extending in a front-to-back direction is provided at the opening (13).
9. A surface cleaning floor brush as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an upright (20) pivotally connected at a lower portion to the housing (11), the upright (20) being provided with an interface (21) for detachable connection to the vacuum cleaner; when the vacuum cleaner is connected to the interface (21), the vacuum cleaner generates a negative pressure that extends to the interface (21).
10. A surface cleaning floor brush as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a cleaning fluid tank (22), said cleaning fluid tank (22) being removably mounted on said pole (20) and being in fluid communication with said cleaning fluid outlet passage (16).
11. A surface cleaning brush as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that the cleaning liquid outlet channel (16) is provided with a mechanical valve.
12. A surface-cleaning floor brush as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a waste tank (23), said waste tank (23) being removably mounted on said upright (20), said suction conduit (12), said waste tank (23) and said interface (21) being in fluid communication in sequence.

A surface-cleaning floor brush as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the front flexible scraping lip strip (141) and the rear flexible scraping lip strip (142) are provided with a protrusion (1411,1421) on the side facing away from the dirty liquid suction channel (143); when the shell (11) moves forwards along the surface to be cleaned, the bulge (1411) of the front flexible scraping lip strip (141) jacks up the front flexible scraping lip strip (141), so that a front gap (144) communicated with the dirty liquid suction channel (143) is reserved between the front flexible scraping lip strip (141) and the surface to be cleaned; when the shell (11) moves backwards along the surface to be cleaned, the bulge (1421) of the rear flexible lip scraping strip (142) jacks up the rear flexible lip scraping strip (142), so that a rear gap (145) communicated with the dirty liquid suction channel (143) is formed between the rear flexible lip scraping strip (141) and the surface to be cleaned.
14. A surface cleaning floor brush according to claim 1, characterized in that the flexible wiping strip (18) has a rear side surface, which is provided with a number of recesses (181).
15. A vacuum cleaner comprising:
a surface cleaning floor brush (100) according to any one of claims 1-14;
a handheld vacuum device (200), said handheld vacuum device (200) removably coupled to said surface cleaning floor brush (100).
