The eggshell processing module comprises: the second screening module is used for dividing the eggshells into a first type of eggshells and a second type of eggshells according to the proportion result of the eggshell components; the second drying module is used for respectively drying the first type of eggshells and the second type of eggshells; and a second grinding module for respectively grinding the first type of eggshell and the second type of eggshell to form a feed raw material and a fertilizer raw material. The first type of eggshell refers to an eggshell with a high proportion of trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, iron and selenium in the eggshell, and the second type of eggshell refers to an eggshell with a low proportion of trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, iron and selenium in the eggshell.
The feed processing module and the environment processing module respectively utilize feed raw materials and fertilizer raw materials to optimize feed and environment.

Claims (6)
1. A chicken farm recycling system is characterized by comprising:
an acquisition module comprising: the system comprises a camera, a feces collection module, an environment collection module, an eggshell collection module and a feed collection module, wherein the camera, the feces collection module, the environment collection module, the eggshell collection module and the feed collection module are respectively used for collecting images of chicken feathers, chicken feces samples, soil and water samples, eggshell samples and feed samples;
an analysis module comprising: the image analysis module is used for analyzing the length, color and gloss information of the chicken feather to form a chicken feather analysis result; the excrement analysis module is used for analyzing the shape and color of the chicken manure and the proportion of chemical components contained in the chicken manure to form a chicken manure analysis result; the environment analysis module is used for analyzing the soil and water quality information to form an environment analysis result; the eggshell analysis module analyzes chemical components contained in the eggshells and the proportion thereof to form an eggshell analysis result; the feed analysis module is used for analyzing the composition, chemical components and proportion of the feed to form a feed analysis result;
a processing module, comprising: the chicken feather processing module is used for classifying the chicken feathers according to the chicken feather analysis result; the excrement treatment module is used for classifying the chicken manure according to the analysis result of the chicken manure; the eggshell processing module is used for classifying the eggshells according to the eggshell analysis result; the environment processing module is used for optimizing the environment by utilizing the processed chicken manure and the eggshell according to the environment analysis result; the feed processing module is used for optimizing the feed by using the processed chicken manure and eggshell according to the feed analysis result;
the excrement analysis module is used for analyzing the proportion of crude protein in the chicken manure;
the excrement treatment module is used for judging the body state of the raised chickens according to the shapes and colors of the chicken manure in the chicken manure analysis result, dividing the chicken manure into first type chicken manure and second type chicken manure according to the proportion of crude protein in the chicken manure, wherein the first type chicken manure is used as a raw material of a feed after being treated, and the second type chicken manure is used as a raw material of a fertilizer after being treated;
the eggshell processing module comprises:
the second screening module is used for dividing the eggshells into a first type of eggshells and a second type of eggshells according to the proportion result of the eggshell components;
the second drying module is used for drying the first type of eggshells and the second type of eggshells respectively;
a second grinding module for respectively grinding the first type of eggshell and the second type of eggshell to form a feed raw material and a fertilizer raw material;
the chicken feather processing module divides the chicken feather into feather, flake feather and big feather according to the analysis result of the chicken feather and respectively recovers the feather.
2. The chicken farm recycling ecological system of claim 1, wherein the manure treatment module comprises:
the first screening module is used for dividing the chicken manure into first type chicken manure and second type chicken manure by using the proportion of crude protein in the chicken manure;
the extraction module is used for extracting crude protein in the first type of chicken manure to form an extract;
the mixing module is used for mixing the rest substances of the first type of chicken manure with the second type of chicken manure to form a biological fertilizer raw material;
the first drying module is used for drying the raw material of the biological fertilizer;
the first grinding module is used for grinding the raw material of the biological fertilizer into powder.
3. The chicken farm recycling ecological system of claim 1, wherein the environmental analysis module analyzes the water and organic matter content of the soil, the turbidity of the water and the total number of bacteria.
4. The recycling ecological system of claim 2, wherein the eggshell analysis module analyzes the proportion of calcium carbonate in the eggshell and the trace elements zinc, copper, manganese, iron and selenium to form an eggshell component proportion result.
5. The recycling ecological system for chicken farms of claim 1, wherein the feed analysis module analyzes the ratio of artificial feed to plant feed and the ratio of calcium, vitamin D and phosphorus in the feed in the composition of the feed.
6. The chicken farm recycling ecological system according to claim 5, wherein the feed treatment module and the environmental treatment module optimize feed and environment with the feed raw material and the fertilizer raw material, respectively.
