Abstract
本发明公开了一种适用于稳态压力测量的双组分压力敏感涂料及其数据处理方法,用于解决稳态压力敏感涂料测量中的温度修正问题。该涂料的配方组分按质量体积比为,压敏探针:参考探针:粘结剂:溶剂=25mg:0.5g:12g:100ml。其中压敏探针为PtTFPP(CAS:109781‑47‑7);参考探针为(BaSr)2SiO4:Eu2+。该配方参考探针性质稳定,温度敏感度线性度好,光降解弱;参考探针与压敏探针的交叉干扰弱,同厚度下相比其他配方的涂层荧光强度更高;涂料成膜性好,表面粗糙度低。该专用数据处理方法为压敏通道和参考通道荧光强度的补偿幂次修正二次求比,对于该配方,补偿系数为0.370。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于空气动力学试验领域,具体涉及一种适用于稳态压力测量的双组分压力敏感涂料及其数据处理方法。
背景技术
压力敏感涂料技术是一种非接触式光学表面测压技术,用于风洞试验中模型表面压力测量。压力敏感涂料的原理是:具有氧猝灭效应的压敏探针分子在一定波长的激发光照射下发出荧光,其荧光强度与压敏探针分子周围的氧含量即气压呈反比。压力敏感涂料通常由压敏探针、粘结剂、填料和溶剂组成。相比于传统的在模型表面开测压孔的接触式表面测压技术,压力敏感涂料具有非接触、高空间分辨率、易加工和低成本等优点。
由于压敏探针分子也具有热猝灭效应,即探针的荧光强度也与探针的温度呈反比,因此在实际压力测量中会出现模型温度不均导致的测量误差,称为温度效应,因此需要一种新型压力敏感涂料。
发明内容
基于以上不足之处,本发明提供一种适用于稳态压力测量的双组分压力敏感涂料,用于解决稳态压力敏感涂料测量中的温度修正问题。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用下述的技术方案:一种适用于稳态压力测量的双组分压力敏感涂料,该配方各组分按质量体积比为:压敏探针:参考探针:粘结剂:溶剂=25mg:0.5g:12g:100ml。
本发明还具有如下技术特征:
1、所述的压敏探针为PtTFPP(CAS:109781-47-7)。
2、所述的参考探针为(BaSr)2SiO4:Eu2+。
3、所述的粘结剂为含氟丙烯酸树脂,填料为TiO2,溶剂为三氟甲苯。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种应用于上述的双组分压力敏感涂料的数据处理方法,其基于探针受热猝灭效应影响的光致发光强度在一定温度范围内遵循Arrhenius关系而推导得出,用于修正试验数据,消除由压敏探针温度敏感性导致的温度效应。
该方法为压敏通道和参考通道荧光强度的补偿幂次修正二次比,具体公式为:
式中Irr为二次比,IR和IG分别为压敏通道和参考通道的荧光强度,p和p0分别为实验和参考时的压力,t和t0分别为实验和参考时的温度,kT为补偿系数。对于本涂料,kT为0.370。
本发明的优点及有益效果:本发明的原理是添加温度敏感系数与压敏探针一致的参考探针,其激发波长与荧光探针一致,发射的荧光波长与压敏探针具有区别。通过相机分别采集压敏探针和参考探针的荧光并求比,可修正温度效应的影响。参考探针性质稳定,温度敏感度线性度好,光降解弱;参考探针与压敏探针的交叉干扰弱,同厚度下相比其他配方的涂层荧光强度更高。同时具有涂料成膜性好,表面粗糙度低的优点。本发明的数据处理方法公式中的补偿系数kT仅与热猝灭过程活化能有关,在一定温度范围内具备普适性。

具体实施方式
结合发明内容概述和附图,详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例1
一种适用于稳态压力测量的双组分压力敏感涂料,该涂料的配方各组分按质量体积比为,压敏探针:参考探针:粘结剂:溶剂=25mg:0.5g:12g:100ml。其中压敏探针为PtTFPP(CAS:109781-47-7);参考探针为(BaSr)2SiO4:Eu2+;粘结剂为含氟丙烯酸树脂;填料为TiO2;溶剂为三氟甲苯。
涂料的配制和施用方法如下:
步骤一:按25mg:0.5g:12g:100ml的质量体积比称量压敏探针、参考探针、粘结剂和溶剂,并置于球磨机专用器皿内;
步骤二:将原料在球磨机中高速球磨约40分钟;
步骤三:在球磨结束30分钟内,使用空气喷枪在预先喷涂底漆的模型上进行均匀喷涂,涂层厚度控制在20~30μm;
步骤四:待溶剂挥发后,将模型放入烤箱,以65℃烘烤两小时后,自然冷却。
实施例2
一种适用于稳态压力测量的双组分压力敏感涂料的数据处理方法,该方法为压敏通道和参考通道荧光强度的补偿幂次修正二次求比,基于探针受热猝灭效应影响的光致发光强度在一定温度范围内遵循Arrhenius关系而推导得出。具体公式为:
式中Irr为二次比,IR和IG分别为压敏通道和参考通道的荧光强度,p和p0分别为实验和参考时的压力,t和t0分别为实验和参考时的温度,kT为补偿系数。对于本涂料,kT为0.370。
使用激励光源照射模型表面的涂层,涂层发出荧光。使用彩色相机CCD/CMOS相机采集荧光,如图2所示。由于本配方的压敏探针发射峰位于650nm,发出红光;参考探针发射峰位于525nm,发出绿光,因此相机红通道与绿通道光强数据可分别对应压敏通道荧光强度IR和参考通道荧光强度IG。
风洞试验前应进行涂料标定,根据式(1)得出的IR和IG对应关系可计算模型表面的压力分布。以下介绍涂料样品标定过程。
测试流程如下:
步骤一:将涂料样品放置于恒温恒湿气密舱中,以一定序列改变舱内的压力和温度,待舱内稳定时,使用激励光源照射样品涂层,使用彩色相机CCD/CMOS相机采集荧光。以图3所示为例,标定压力范围为0.4~1.4大气压,温度范围为10~40℃。
步骤二:分别提取相机数据的IR和IG,以1个大气压、20℃状态为参考状态,即(p0,t0)。得到IR(p0,t0)和IG(p0,t0)。
步骤三:将每个压力温度点处采集的IR(p,t)和IG(p,t)代入式(1)中,计算Irr(p,t)。将Irr(p,t)与压力温度的关系绘制曲线,如图3所示。可见,压力与Irr(p,t)为正相关,Irr(p,t)对温度不敏感。

1.一种适用于稳态压力测量的双组分压力敏感涂料,其特征在于,该配方各组分按质量体积比为:压敏探针:参考探针:粘结剂:溶剂=25mg:0.5g:12g:100ml;所述的压敏探针为PtTFPP(CAS:109781-47-7);所述的参考探针为(BaSr)2SiO4:Eu2+;所述的粘结剂为含氟丙烯酸树脂,溶剂为三氟甲苯。
