Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent real-time monitoring system for a digital twin regulating valve, and relates to the technical field of digital twin regulating valves. The intelligent real-time monitoring system for the digital twin regulating valve comprises a distribution query module, an intelligent control module, a data storage module, a real-time monitoring module, an automatic alarm module and an intelligent prediction module; the distribution query module comprises specific working positions of the regulating valves 1-n; the intelligent control module comprises a manual control unit, an automatic control unit and a preset control unit; the data storage module comprises a real-time data query unit, a past data query unit and a fault maintenance data query unit. By designing the distribution query module, the intelligent control module, the data storage module, the real-time monitoring module, the automatic alarm module and the intelligent prediction module, the operation of the medium-large multi-valve-body equipment can be intensively controlled, and the current state of the valve body is accurately displayed by using a computer system, so that the integral working efficiency is greatly improved.

therefore, a new intelligent real-time monitoring system of the digital twin regulating valve is developed.

The real-time monitoring module is used for monitoring the operation of the whole regulating valve system in real time by taking the real-time monitoring data of the data storage module as a basis, and transmitting the real-time monitoring data to the automatic alarm module for comparison.
