Abstract
The invention discloses a method for repairing an eccentric sleeve hole of a roller box of a high-speed wire sizing mill, which aims at solving the problem that the eccentric sleeve hole of the roller box of a reducing sizing mill is repaired and the roller box is not deformed due to burning loss of an oil film bearing. The deformed eccentric sleeve hole of the roller box is expanded by a machine tool according to the maximum deformation, and the difference between the expanded hole diameter and the hole diameter required by a design drawing is the size to be repaired. And (3) according to the size of the eccentric sleeve hole and the material of the roller box to be repaired, selecting a steel sheet with the thickness meeting the requirement, and welding the steel sheet onto the eccentric sleeve hole of the roller box by adopting a cold welding technology. The repairing scheme is adopted to repair the eccentric trepanning of the roller box, smaller repairing work is adopted for the eccentric trepanning of the roller box, the using function of the whole roller box is recovered, a conventional repair welding method is not adopted, the scrapping of the roller box with high value due to deformation is avoided, and the cost of purchasing a new roller box is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a repairing method of steel rolling equipment, in particular to a repairing method of an eccentric sleeve hole of a roller box of a high-speed wire sizing mill.
Background
The reducing mill is a final stand for high-speed wire production, the rolling mill is a four-stand roll box mill train, the first two stands are reducing mills, and the second two stands are sizing mills (see figure 1, wherein 1 is a sizing mill inlet roll box and 2 is a sizing mill outlet roll box). Because the sizing mill is a wire rod finished product stand, the last two stand sizing mills adopt a non-guide rolling design, the distance between two roller box rolling mills is smaller, the volume of the roller box is also small, but the rolling speed can reach 112m/s.
The reducing sizing mill is mainly characterized in that precision and low-temperature rolling of high-speed wires is realized, and in the actual production process, the steel temperature is lower than the lowest rolling temperature which can be born by the reducing sizing mill due to deviation of control of a front water cooling box of the reducing sizing mill, so that oil film bearings of a roller box of the sizing mill are burnt. The oil film bearing burns and damages to generate high temperature to cause the deformation of the roller box, and the deformation of the roller box is mainly represented by that the size of an eccentric sleeve hole of the roller box becomes elliptical. The roll box has higher value and needs to be reused after repair, but the wall thickness between the two eccentric sleeve holes of the roll box is only 6mm, if a conventional repair welding method is adopted, the roll box with high value can be scrapped due to deformation, and in addition, the wall thickness of the two eccentric sleeve holes is too thin and cannot be repaired by a inlay sleeve method.

The invention aims to: aiming at the technical problems that the eccentric sleeve hole of the sizing mill roller box is burnt and deformed due to oil film bearings and the repair cannot be realized in the prior art, the invention provides a method for repairing the eccentric sleeve hole of the high-speed wire sizing mill roller box.
The technical scheme is as follows: the invention relates to a method for repairing an eccentric trepanning of a roller box of a high-speed wire sizing mill, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Disassembling a sizing mill roller box with oil film bearings burnt;
(2) Measuring two eccentric sleeve holes of a sizing mill roller box to obtain the maximum deformation size of each hole;
(3) Reaming according to the maximum deformation size of each hole, and calculating the repair size of each hole;
(4) Selecting steel sheets with consistent thickness and surface roughness according to the required repair size of each hole and the material of the roller box, and manufacturing an annular repair part of each hole;
(5) And respectively welding the annular repair parts to the corresponding eccentric sleeve holes by adopting a cold welding technology.
In the step (1), after the roll box is disassembled, the roll box body needs to be cleaned. So as to ensure the smooth proceeding of the subsequent measuring, reaming and welding operations.
In the step (3), verticality between the eccentric sleeve hole and the roller box surface of the sizing mill, cylindricity of the eccentric sleeve hole and parallelism of the two eccentric sleeve holes are guaranteed during reaming. Thereby further guaranteeing the accuracy of subsequent repair.
Specifically, three-coordinate precise numerical control machine tool is adopted for reaming.
In the step (3), the repair size is the difference between the size after reaming and the design aperture of the eccentric sleeve hole.
Further, the method also comprises the step of measuring the bore diameter of the repaired eccentric sleeve bore by using a micrometer after welding so as to verify the repair result.
The beneficial effects are that: the invention provides a method for solving the problem that the eccentric sleeve hole of a roller box of a reducing sizing mill is repaired and the roller box is not deformed by burning loss and deformation of an oil film bearing. The deformed eccentric sleeve hole of the roller box is expanded by a machine tool according to the maximum deformation, and the difference between the expanded hole diameter and the hole diameter required by a design drawing is the size to be repaired. And (3) according to the size of the eccentric sleeve hole and the material of the roller box to be repaired, selecting a steel sheet with the thickness meeting the requirement, and welding the steel sheet onto the eccentric sleeve hole of the roller box by adopting a cold welding technology. The repairing scheme is adopted to repair the eccentric trepanning of the roller box, smaller repairing work is adopted for the eccentric trepanning of the roller box, the using function of the whole roller box is recovered, a conventional repair welding method is not adopted, the scrapping of the roller box with high value due to deformation is avoided, and the cost of purchasing a new roller box is reduced. The repairing method has the advantages of simple process, low repairing cost and good effect, and can be implemented by adopting conventional machining.

Detailed Description
The embodiment is a repairing example of a high-speed wire mill where the inventor is located, and the oil film bearing of the sizing mill roller box of the mill is burnt out due to the deviation of the control of the water cooling box in front of the reducing sizing mill, so that the eccentric sleeve hole of the sizing mill roller box is repaired according to the method.

firstly, the sizing mill roller box 3 with the oil film bearing burnt is disassembled, the sizing mill roller box 3 is thoroughly cleaned, and oil stains are removed.
Then, the two eccentric sleeve holes 5 of the sizing mill roller box 3 are measured, and the maximum deformation size of the two eccentric sleeve holes is obtained through multiple measurement and comparison, and it is to be noted that the maximum deformation size is the aperture of the maximum deformation position of the deformed eccentric sleeve hole, and in this embodiment, the aperture is 144mm.
Reaming is carried out according to the maximum deformation size, and in order to ensure the perpendicularity of the eccentric sleeve holes 5 and the surface of the sizing mill roller box 3, the cylindricity of the eccentric sleeve holes 5 and the parallelism of the two eccentric sleeve holes 5, the eccentric sleeve holes 5 are required to be enlarged to the maximum deformation size by a three-coordinate precise numerical control machine tool.
And measuring the difference between the aperture of the enlarged eccentric sleeve hole 5 and the aperture of the eccentric sleeve hole 5 required by the original equipment design drawing, namely the size needing to be repaired.
And then repairing the size of the eccentric sleeve hole and the material of the sizing mill roller box 3 box body according to the requirement, selecting steel sheets with the thickness, the length and the width and the surface roughness meeting the requirements, and manufacturing the annular repairing part 4.
The annular repair part 4 is welded to the eccentric sleeve hole 5 of the roll case by cold welding technology, and the repaired aperture is measured by a micrometer. After the scheme is adopted to repair the eccentric sleeve hole of the sizing mill roller box, the size of the eccentric sleeve hole restores the technical level of the original sizing mill roller box, and the use function of the whole sizing mill roller box is restored by adopting smaller repair action.
From 9 months in 2020, the south steel wire mill adopts the cold welding technology to repair the eccentric sleeve holes of the roller box of the 4 sizing mill, wherein 2 of the eccentric sleeve holes are used for 6 months after being on line, the fixed repair period of the roller box for 6 months is reached, the eccentric sleeve holes are still intact after the off line inspection, and the eccentric sleeve holes can be continuously used after other vulnerable parts are replaced. Other 2 repair roller boxes are used on line, and the current use is normal.

1. The method for repairing the eccentric trepanning of the roller box of the high-speed wire sizing mill is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Disassembling a sizing mill roller box with oil film bearings burnt;
(2) Measuring two eccentric sleeve holes of a sizing mill roller box to obtain the maximum deformation size of each hole;
(3) Reaming according to the maximum deformation size of each hole, and calculating the repair size of each hole;
(4) Selecting steel sheets with consistent thickness and surface roughness according to the required repair size of each hole and the material of the roller box, and manufacturing an annular repair part of each hole;
(5) Respectively welding the annular repair parts to the corresponding eccentric sleeve holes by adopting a cold welding technology;
in the step (3), the repair size is the difference between the size after reaming and the design aperture of the eccentric sleeve hole.
