And two sets of supporting members 340 are respectively disposed above and below the supporting cross plate 320, and one end of each supporting member 340 is in contact with the beam connecting fixing seat 20. The supporting member 340 includes a threaded guide rod 341 and an adjusting knob 342, the threaded guide rod 341 movably penetrates through the supporting vertical plate 330, the adjusting knob 342 is disposed on one side of the supporting vertical plate 330 far away from the supporting horizontal plate 320, and the adjusting knob 342 is threadedly disposed outside the threaded guide rod 341. The ball 345 can be used to reduce the friction between the screw 341 and the fixed seat 20, and the annular groove 210 has a good limit function for the ball 345.

Referring to fig. 7, the duckbill spray head system further comprises a water outlet opening adjusting mechanism 40, wherein the water outlet opening adjusting mechanism 40 comprises a driving assembly 410, a rotating shaft 420, a driving gear 430, an arc-shaped rack 440, a first supporting bar 450, a second supporting bar 460, a cover plate assembly 470 and a sliding guide rod 480. The shaft 420 is rotatably disposed at one side of the duckbill injector 110, the driving gear 430 is fixedly secured to the outside of the shaft 420, the driving assembly 410 is mounted at one side of the duckbill injector 110, and the driving assembly 410 drives the shaft 420 to rotate. The first and second support bars 450 and 460 are disposed on two sides of the duckbill nozzle 110, and the cover plate assembly 470 is connected to the first and second support bars 450 and 460, respectively. The arc-shaped rack 440 is mounted on one side of the first supporting bar 450, and the arc-shaped rack 440 and the first supporting bar 450 are fixed by welding; and the arc-shaped rack 440 is engaged with the pinion gear 430. One ends of the two sliding guide rods 480 are respectively connected to the opposite sides of the first supporting bar 450 and the second supporting bar 460, and the sliding guide rods 480 are respectively welded and fixed with the first supporting bar 450 and the second supporting bar 460; both sides of the duckbilled nozzle 110 are provided with bar-shaped chutes 111, and one end of the sliding guide rod 480 is slidably arranged inside the bar-shaped chutes 111. The driving assembly 410 includes a second reduction motor 411, a fourth gear 412, and a fifth gear 413. The fifth gear 413 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft 420, the second speed reduction motor 411 is installed on one side of the duckbill sprayer 110, the fourth gear 412 is fixedly sleeved outside the output shaft end of the second speed reduction motor 411, and the fifth gear 413 is meshed with the fourth gear 412.
When working condition areas such as yellow lines in the middle of a road are cleaned, the use of a water source can be saved by adjusting the aperture of the duckbill nozzle 110. That is, the second reduction motor 411 in the driving assembly 410 drives the fourth gear 412 to rotate, the fourth gear 412 and the fifth gear 413 are matched to drive the rotating shaft 420 and the driving gear 430 to rotate, and then the driving gear 430 and the arc-shaped rack 440 are matched to drive the arc-shaped rack 440 and the first supporting bar 450 to move, the moving first supporting bar 450 drives the cover plate assembly 470 and the second supporting bar 460 to move, that is, the cover plate assembly 470 moves at the port of the duckbilled nozzle 110 to seal and adjust the caliber size of the port of the duckbilled nozzle 110; the aperture of the port of the duckbill nozzle 110 can be adjusted to be small, namely the spraying range of the port of the duckbill nozzle 110 is adjusted; the spraying cleaning device is used for spraying and cleaning working condition areas such as yellow lines in the middle of roads, and the use and cost of water sources are effectively saved. When the cover plate assembly 470 is adjusted in a moving way, the sliding guide rod 480 at the opposite side of the first and second support bars 450 and 460 moves along the strip-shaped sliding groove 111 at the side of the duckbill sprayer 110, i.e. the stability of the cover plate assembly 470 in moving is increased.
It should be noted that the specific model specification of the second reduction motor 411 needs to be determined by model selection according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific model selection calculation method adopts the prior art in the field, so detailed description is omitted. The second reduction motor 411 is preferably powered by a mobile power source. The power supply of the second reduction motor 411 and the principle thereof will be apparent to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Above-mentioned duckbilled shower nozzle system can realize the regulation of duckbilled shower nozzle 110 angle of pitch and the bore size of port, but can not adjust the water spray clearance of the spout department of duckbilled shower nozzle 110 for duckbilled shower nozzle 110 is in more excellent watering regulative mode.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 8, the cover plate assembly 470 includes a first cover plate 471, a second cover plate 472, a connecting bar 473, a first baffle 475, a second baffle 476, a first power push rod 477, and a second power push rod 478. The first cover plate 471 and the second cover plate 472 are respectively connected to the first supporting bar 450 and the second supporting bar 460, and the first cover plate 471 and the second cover plate 472 are respectively fixed with the first supporting bar 450 and the second supporting bar 460 by bolts; the two connecting cross bars 473 are respectively fixedly connected to two ends of the first cover plate 471 and the second cover plate 472, and the connecting cross bars 473 and the first cover plate 471 and the second cover plate 472 are respectively fixed by welding; and the connecting cross bar 473, the first cover plate 471 and the second cover plate 472 form a water outlet 474. The first blocking plate 475 and the second blocking plate 476 are respectively arranged on the side of the first cover plate 471 and the second cover plate 472 far away from the duckbilled sprayer 110, the first electric push rod 477 and the second electric push rod 478 are respectively arranged on the side of the first cover plate 471 and the second cover plate 472 far away from the duckbilled sprayer 110, and the output rod ends of the first electric push rod 477 and the second electric push rod 478 are respectively connected with the first blocking plate 475 and the second blocking plate 476.
The first cover plate 471 and the second cover plate 472 contact with one side of the spout of the duckbill spray head 110, the first cover plate 471 and the second cover plate 472 can completely seal the spout of the duckbill spray head 110, and water in the duckbill spray head 110 can be sprayed out through the water outlet 474. When the gap between the ports of the duckbill sprayer 110 needs to be adjusted for some working conditions, the first electric push rod 477 and the second electric push rod 478 are driven, the output rod ends of the first electric push rod 477 and the second electric push rod 478 push the first baffle 475 and the second baffle 476 to move, so that the gap between the first baffle 475 and the second baffle 476 is adjusted, and water sprayed from the water outlet 474 is sprayed out through the adjusted gap between the first baffle 475 and the second baffle 476, and can be used for increasing the water spraying pressure of the duckbill sprayer 110; namely, under the condition that the pressure of the pressure control valve 140 is inconvenient, the water spraying pressure of the duckbill spray head 110 can be adjusted, so that the sprayed water can be sprayed farther under a wider width, and the duckbill spray head is suitable for more working conditions; the duckbill spray head 110 is provided with the water outlet opening adjusting mechanism 40 which can be adjusted according to the requirement, thereby achieving the best operation state, greatly improving the operation quality and simultaneously further improving the work efficiency.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 8, the first barrier 475 and the second barrier 476 are provided with inclined notches on opposite sides thereof, and the inclined notches are used for reducing impact between water discharged from the nozzle of the duckbill nozzle 110 and the first barrier 475 and the second barrier 476, and have a guiding function. Both ends of the first baffle 475 and the second baffle 476 are provided with a limiting rod 479 which is movably penetrated, and both ends of the limiting rod 479 are provided with limiting blocks. The limiting rod 479 is used for limiting the first baffle 475 and the second baffle 476 to move stably when adjusted, and the limiting block is used for limiting the end part of the limiting rod 479.
It should be noted that the specific model specifications of the first electric push rod 477 and the second electric push rod 478 need to be determined according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific model selection calculation method adopts the prior art, so detailed descriptions are omitted. The first and second powered rams 477, 478 are preferably powered by a portable power source. the water spraying mechanism (10) comprises a duckbill spray head (110), a rotating combined body (120), a connecting hose (130) and a pressure control valve (140), wherein the duckbill spray head (110) is communicated with an output port at the bottom end of the rotating combined body (120), one end of the connecting hose (130) is communicated with an input port at the top end of the rotating combined body (120), and the pressure control valve (140) is installed outside the connecting hose (130);
the beam connecting fixing seat (20) is arranged on one side of the rotating assembly (120);
the pitch angle adjusting mechanism (30) comprises a first speed reducing motor (310), a supporting transverse plate (320) and a supporting vertical plate (330), the supporting transverse plate (320) is fixedly sleeved outside the rotating assembly (120), the supporting vertical plate (330) is fixedly arranged on one side of the supporting transverse plate (320), the first speed reducing motor (310) is installed on one side of the beam connecting fixing seat (20) far away from the rotating assembly (120), the output shaft end of the first speed reducing motor (310) movably penetrates through the beam connecting fixing seat (20), and the output shaft end of the first speed reducing motor (310) is connected with the supporting vertical plate (330).

A duckbill sprayer system according to claim 1, wherein said rotating assembly (120) comprises a first connector head (121), a second connector head (122), a first rotatably adjustable tube member (123), a second rotatably adjustable tube member (124) and a third rotatably adjustable tube member (125), the bottom end of the first connector head (121) is communicated with the top end of the first rotating adjusting pipe fitting (123), the top end of the first connector head (121) is communicated with one end of the connecting hose (130), the top end of the second connector head (122) is communicated with the bottom end of the third rotary adjusting pipe fitting (125), the second connector head (122) with duckbilled shower nozzle (110) dock, second rotate adjust pipe fitting (124) both ends respectively with first rotation is adjusted pipe fitting (123) and third rotation is adjusted pipe fitting (125) dock.
3. A duckbill sprayer system according to claim 2, wherein said first rotary regulating tube member (123) comprises a first driving motor (1231), a first gear (1232) and a first gear ring (1233), said first driving motor (1231) is installed on the outer wall of said first connector head (121), said first gear (1232) is fixedly sleeved on the output shaft end of said first driving motor (1231), said first gear ring (1233) is fixedly sleeved on the outside of said second rotary regulating tube member (124).

A duckbill injector system according to claim 3, wherein the second rotatable adjusting tube member (124) comprises a first connecting sleeve (1241), a second driving motor (1242), a second gear (1243) and a second gear ring (1244), the first gear ring (1233) is fixedly sleeved on the top end of the first connecting sleeve (1241), and the first gear ring (1233) is engaged with the first gear ring (1232), the second driving motor (1242) is installed outside the first connecting sleeve (1241), the second gear (1243) is fixedly sleeved on the output shaft end of the second driving motor (1242), the second gear ring (1244) is fixedly sleeved on the outside of the third rotatable adjusting tube member (125), and the top end of the first connecting sleeve (1241) is movably connected to the bottom end of the first connector head (121).
5. A duckbill injector system according to claim 4, wherein said third rotary adjustment member (125) comprises a second connection sleeve (1251), a third driving motor (1252), a third gear (1253) and a third toothed ring (1254), said second toothed ring (1244) is fixedly sleeved on the outside of said second connection sleeve (1251), said second toothed ring (1244) is engaged with said second gear (1243), said third driving motor (1252) is mounted on the outside of said second connection sleeve (1251), said third gear (1253) is fixedly sleeved on the output shaft end of said third driving motor (1252), said third toothed ring (1254) is fixedly sleeved on the top end of said second connector head (122), and said third toothed ring (1254) is engaged with said third gear (1253), the top end of said second connector head (122) is movably connected with the bottom end of said second connection sleeve (1251), the top end of the second connecting sleeve (1251) is movably connected with the bottom end of the first connecting sleeve (1241).

A duckbill sprayer system according to claim 1, wherein the supporting vertical plate (330) is provided with a supporting member (340) near one side of the supporting horizontal plate (320), and two sets of supporting members (340) are respectively disposed above and below the supporting horizontal plate (320), and one end of each supporting member (340) is in contact with the beam connecting fixing seat (20).

A duckbill sprayer system according to claim 6, wherein the supporting member (340) comprises a threaded guide rod (341) and an adjusting knob (342), the threaded guide rod (341) movably penetrates through the supporting vertical plate (330), the adjusting knob (342) is disposed on one side of the supporting vertical plate (330) far away from the supporting horizontal plate (320), and the adjusting knob (342) is threadedly disposed outside the threaded guide rod (341).

A duckbilled sprayer system according to claim 7, wherein a spring (343) is sleeved outside an end of the threaded guide rod (341) far away from the vehicle beam connecting fixing seat (20), and a limit end cap (344) is fixedly arranged at an end of the threaded guide rod (341) far away from the vehicle beam connecting fixing seat (20).
9. A duckbill sprayer system according to claim 7, wherein said threaded guide (341) is provided with a ball (345) rolling near one end of said beam connecting holder (20), said ball (345) contacting said beam connecting holder (20).
10. A duckbill sprayer system according to claim 9, wherein said beam connecting holder (20) is provided with an annular groove (210) on a side thereof adjacent to said supporting riser (330), and said balls (345) roll in said annular groove (210).
