The express delivery collecting terminal 200 may have a function of scanning an express delivery receipt to obtain information, and in addition, a manual storage function and an automatic storage function are provided during storage, and manual storage requires that express delivery collecting personnel manually fill in first-storage express delivery information such as a recipient mobile phone number, an express delivery company, and a courier after identifying a delivery order number through infrared scanning and transmit the first-storage express delivery information to the server 100. The automatic warehousing function is that the invoice number is identified through infrared scanning and transmitted into the server 100, the server 100 automatically analyzes and matches the invoice number to a corresponding express company, and sends a request to the express company to acquire first warehousing express information such as a cell phone number of a receiver, the express company, a courier and the like to execute automatic warehousing service.
Step S130, a pickup inquiry notice is generated by the express delivery collecting terminal and sent to the server, wherein the pickup inquiry notice comprises recipient information or waybill information.
Step S140, the server determines a corresponding second target express according to the recipient information or the waybill information in the pickup inquiry notice, and sends second warehousing express information corresponding to the second target express to the express collecting terminal.
And S150, the express receiving terminal sends a pickup confirmation notice to the server based on the received second warehousing express information.
Step S160, the server marks the second target express as being out of the warehouse according to the pickup confirmation notification.
In this embodiment, the delivery module of the server 100 and the express delivery receiving terminal 200 cooperate to realize an express delivery taking-out function.
Based on the design, when the express is collected, the first warehousing express information aiming at the first target express is obtained through the express collecting terminal and is sent to the server for recording, and the express taking prompt information is sent. And when the express delivery is taken, the express delivery collecting terminal generates a pickup inquiry notice and sends the pickup inquiry notice to the server, and the server marks the second target express delivery as being taken out of the warehouse. So, can conveniently take the place of the information of receiving the express delivery through the cooperation of terminal and server is received in the express delivery, prevent that the express delivery mistake from getting and the express delivery is lost.
Optionally, in some possible implementation manners, before the step of, in step S120, after the server passes the checking according to the first in-store express information, recording the first in-store express information, and acquiring the recipient information of the first target express and sending a pickup prompt message to a corresponding recipient, the method further includes:
step S210, checking whether a recipient user is a blacklist user according to the recipient information, and/or checking whether the first target express is repeatedly put in a warehouse according to the waybill information;
and step S210, if the receiving user is a blacklist user or the first target express is repeatedly put in storage, judging that the detection is not passed.
Optionally, in some possible implementation manners, before the step of, in step S120, after the server passes the checking according to the first in-store express information, recording the first in-store express information, and acquiring the recipient information of the first target express and sending a pickup prompt message to a corresponding recipient, the method further includes:
step S310, determining the collection service cost of the first target express according to the waybill information;
step S410, obtaining the pre-stored balance of the collection service of the express company or the courier aiming at the first target express according to the waybill information;
step S510, if the pre-stored balance is less than the collection service cost, judging that the check is not passed;
step S610, if the pre-stored balance is not less than the collection service cost, the verification is judged to be passed, and the collection service cost is deducted from the pre-stored balance.
In some possible implementations, the ex-warehouse process can be divided into normal ex-warehouse and abnormal ex-warehouse, where the abnormal ex-warehouse is that the express needs to be ex-warehouse after being marked as an abnormal piece, and an abnormal ex-warehouse mode must be adopted (the abnormal piece is, for example, the customer must be delivered on the home, the customer cannot be connected, the contact way is wrong, the recipient address is wrong, the bill falls off, the bill is swiped, and the like), and the abnormal ex-warehouse mode also needs to select a corresponding processing mode (for example, returning to the courier, delivering on the home, compensating, and the like).
Specifically, the method provided by the embodiment further includes:
step S410, generating an abnormal delivery notification for a third target express through the express receiving terminal, and sending the abnormal delivery notification to the server;

and step S540, the server determines a recommended storage position for the first target express according to the historical express receiving record, the weight size information of the first target express, the collecting warehouse layout information and the stock express information, and pushes the recommended storage position to the express collecting terminal.
Specifically, the server may determine storage areas of the collecting storehouses with different pickup frequency levels according to the collecting storehouse arrangement information, and predict pickup waiting time of the recipient user according to the historical recipient records of the recipient user. And then determining a target storage area in the storage areas with different pickup frequent levels according to the pickup waiting time. And determining a corresponding storage shelf in the target storage area as the recommended warehousing position according to the first target express delivery weight size information.
For example, the server may determine, according to the historical receiving record of the receiving user, whether the receiving user belongs to a user who always receives the express from the receiving point in time, or belongs to a user who always receives the express from the receiving point after a delay. Based on this, for a user who always receives express from a pickup point in time, the server can recommend to store the express at a position with a higher pickup frequency level (for example, a position closer to the pickup position of the user in a pickup warehouse), so that a pickup person can conveniently take out of the warehouse; for a user who will always take a courier from a pickup point with a delay, the server may store his courier recommendation in a location with a lower pickup frequency (e.g., a location in the pickup store that is farther from the pickup location of the user).
In addition, the express checking module of the server 100 and the express delivery collecting terminal 200 are matched to realize the function of inquiring express delivery according to the mobile phone number, the waybill number and the pickup code, wherein the express delivery can be marked with abnormal express delivery in the module. The current express summary mainly provides a statistical function, current time is transmitted into the server, and the server takes express warehousing time and the current time as media, so that all warehoused express quantity and warehouse-out express quantity of nodes at the current time are counted.
In summary, according to the express delivery collecting method and system provided by the application, when the express delivery is collected, the first warehousing express delivery information aiming at the first target express delivery is obtained through the express delivery collecting terminal and is sent to the server for recording, and the pickup prompt information is sent. And when the express delivery is taken, the express delivery collecting terminal generates a pickup inquiry notice and sends the pickup inquiry notice to the server, and the server marks the second target express delivery as being taken out of the warehouse.
