Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner.
Background
An outdoor unit of an air conditioner generally includes an axial flow fan and a heat exchanger, wherein the axial flow fan is disposed at the front and the heat exchanger is disposed at the rear. Therefore, certain space is required to be reserved around the outdoor unit of the air conditioner during installation so as to ensure that enough fresh air at normal temperature can pass through the heat exchanger and exchange heat with the heat exchanger. For example, chinese patent document (CN 201611257279.7) discloses an outdoor unit of a multi-split air conditioner, which adopts a back-side air inlet mode and a front-side air outlet mode, and in order to ensure normal operation, the back side of the outdoor unit cannot be attached to a wall, and a certain space needs to be reserved.
However, it is found that newly developed building sets have less and less installation space for outdoor units of central air conditioners by studying the architectural features of our country in recent years, and thus, most of the existing outdoor units of air conditioners are more and more difficult to adapt.
In order to overcome the above problems, chinese patent document (CN 201811296479.2) discloses an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, which includes a casing, a cavity is disposed in the casing, an air outlet is disposed on the front surface of the casing, and an air inlet is disposed on the side surface of the casing. The air conditioner outdoor unit changes the existing back air inlet and front air outlet modes into the left and right side air inlet and front air outlet modes, thereby solving the problem that the air inlet is influenced by the fact that the back is attached to the wall because the installation space is reduced.
However, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is installed, a certain space still needs to be reserved at two sides, and the three remaining sides except the front side cannot be tightly attached to the wall, so that the required installation space is still large, and the installation requirements of newly developed buildings cannot be fundamentally met.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the heat exchanger 2 is disposed behind and covers the air inlet, so as to ensure that fresh air sucked from the air inlet can immediately pass through the heat exchanger 2, thereby enhancing the heat exchange effect; the cross flow fan 3 is arranged behind the air outlet, so that air flowing through the heat exchanger 2 can be conveniently blown out of the air outlet.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the air inlet and the air outlet are vertically arranged, the air inlet is disposed below the air outlet, the air inlet direction of the air inlet is horizontal, and the air outlet direction of the air outlet is inclined upward; the cross flow fan 3 is transversely arranged behind the air outlet and falls on the cross beam, and a motor 33 of the cross flow fan is integrated at one end of the volute 31; the system component 4 and the electrical box 5 are arranged below the cross flow fan 3 and staggered with the heat exchanger 2 in the front-back direction, wherein the electrical box 5 is arranged above the system component 4.
On the basis, when the system component 4 or the electrical box 5 needs to be overhauled, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner does not need to be moved, and only the front shell plate needs to be detached from the front surface, so that the operation is simpler and more convenient, and the overhauling difficulty is greatly reduced; when the cross flow fan 3 needs to be overhauled, the volute 31, the impeller 32 and the motor 33 are integrated, so that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner only needs to be slightly moved, the left shell plate or the right shell plate is detached, and then the whole cross flow fan 3 is pulled out, and the problem that the cross flow fan 3 is difficult to detach when being applied to an outdoor unit is ingeniously solved.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that an air inlet and an air outlet are transversely arranged, an air inlet direction of the air inlet is perpendicular to a front surface of a housing 1, and an air outlet direction of the air outlet is deviated to a side away from the air inlet; the cross-flow fan 3 is vertically arranged behind the air outlet and falls on the bottom shell plate of the shell 1, and the motor 33 of the cross-flow fan is arranged at the top end of the volute 31 and is connected with the shell 1 through the bracket 6; the system component 4 and the electrical box 5 are arranged behind the heat exchanger 2, and the electrical box 5 is arranged above the system component 4.
Based on the structure, when the electric appliance box 5, the system component 4 or the cross-flow fan 3 needs to be overhauled, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner only needs to be slightly moved, and then the left shell plate or the right shell plate is detached, so that the operation is simple and convenient.

Compared with the prior art, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner has the following beneficial effects:
on the first hand, because of adopting the front air inlet and front air outlet modes, the other three sides except the front can be tightly attached to the wall when in installation, the required installation space is small, and the installation requirements of newly developed building plates can be met;
in the second aspect, the air duct inlet faces the air inlet, and the air duct outlet faces the air outlet, so that the wind resistance is smaller, and the energy consumption is lower;
in a third aspect, because the shell 1 comprises the detachable shell plates, the parts in the cavity can be conveniently overhauled;
in the fourth aspect, because the included angle between the air inlet direction of the air inlet and the air outlet direction of the air outlet is 180 degrees or an obtuse angle, the air blown out of the air outlet can be prevented from being sucked again by the air inlet to influence the heat exchange efficiency;
in the fifth aspect, because the heat exchanger 2 covers the air inlet, the new air sucked by the air inlet can be ensured to immediately pass through the heat exchanger 2, and the heat exchange effect is enhanced;
in the sixth aspect, because the air inlet and the air outlet are vertically arranged, the cross-flow fan 3 is transversely arranged behind the air outlet, and the system component 4 and the electrical box 5 are arranged below the cross-flow fan 3 and are mutually staggered with the heat exchanger 2 in the front-rear direction, the electrical box 5 and the system component 4 can be overhauled only by detaching the front shell plate from the front side, and the cross-flow fan 3 can be integrally drawn out only by detaching the left shell plate or the right shell plate, so that the maintenance is convenient;
in the seventh aspect, since the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged horizontally, the cross flow fan 3 is vertically arranged behind the air outlet, and the system component 4 and the electrical box 5 are arranged behind the heat exchanger 2, the electrical box 5, the system component 4 or the cross flow fan 3 can be overhauled only by detaching the left shell plate or the right shell plate, and the maintenance is also convenient.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
