When the backflow is impacted onto the baffle plate 14, some sediment in water flow can impact onto the spring piece 15 on the baffle plate 14, and the contact angle between the spring piece 15 and the backflow is increased along with the increase of the backflow, so that sediment wrapped in the backflow is prevented from being impacted into the centrifugal pump 5 again by the water flow, the damage of the sediment to the centrifugal pump 5 is further reduced, the device is further protected, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
Working principle: in the operation process of the device, water flows into the centrifugal pump 5 through the water inlet pipe 6, long-strip substances such as weeds and the like wrapped in the water flow can be blocked by the inclined part 701 and can be impacted downwards by the water flow, and the lower horizontal part 702 can also prevent the impurities from entering the centrifugal pump 5, so that the influence of the impurities such as the weeds on the impeller blades in the centrifugal pump 5 caused by the impurities in the operation process of the device is reduced, the high-speed operation blades are protected from being impacted and wound by the weeds, the damage condition of the blades is further reduced, and the cavitation phenomenon in the centrifugal pump 5 is reduced.
In the running process of the centrifugal pump 5, the water flow impacts the blades or the inner wall of the impact device to generate a reflux, so that a large amount of bubbles are generated, the bubbles are impacted on the blades by the water flow to form cavitation erosion, the reflux water impacts the baffle plate 14 when the reflux is generated, so that the reflux flow rate is reduced, if the reflux flow rate is increased, the spring piece 15 in the baffle plate 14 is lifted upwards to increase the contact angle between the reflux and the baffle plate 14, the reflux speed reducing effect is improved, and when the water flow normally flows into the centrifugal pump 5, the baffle plate 14 has smaller influence on the water flow, so that the dynamic reflux preventing phenomenon is realized, the cavitation erosion phenomenon is further reduced at the source, the blades are further protected from cavitation erosion, the working state of the centrifugal pump 5 is maintained, the service life of the centrifugal pump 5 is prolonged, and when the front end of the thicker water inlet pipe 6 enters the thinner constriction 601, the speed of water flow can be increased, so that the water absorption effect of the device is improved to a certain extent, meanwhile, the resistance generated by the baffle plate 14 can be offset, when the backflow is impacted on the baffle plate 14, some sediment in the water flow can be impacted on the spring piece 15 on the baffle plate 14, the contact angle between the spring piece 15 and the backflow is increased along with the increase of the backflow, the sediment wrapped in the backflow can not be impacted into the centrifugal pump 5 again by the water flow, the damage of the sediment in the centrifugal pump 5 caused by the sediment is further reduced, the device is further protected, the service life of the device is prolonged, when the water flow is wrapped with substances such as weeds, the weeds attached on the surface of the filter tube 7 can be flushed down, and the weeds near the horizontal part 702 can enter the water outlet pipe 8 along the edge of the collecting part 801, so that weeds can smoothly flow out of the water inlet pipe 6, and a user can open and close the flow limiting valve 9 in a sentence, thereby reducing the influence of the weeds and the outflow water flow on the normal operation of the device.
The electric elements are all connected with an external main controller and 220V mains supply through a transformer, and the main controller can be conventional known equipment for controlling a computer and the like.
