As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the plug-in unit 10 includes: a plug connector contact 20 and a plug connector plug 30. The plug connector stub 20 and the plug connector plug 30 are capable of mating with each other to achieve fluid communication. The fluid medium may be, for example, water, a liquid such as ethylene glycol, or an air-conditioning hot/cold gas.
The plug connector joint 20 includes: a joint valve core 21, a joint valve plug 22, a joint valve shell 23 and a joint elastic piece 25.
One end of the connector valve housing 23 is an open end 231, the open end 231 being adapted to receive a plug connector.
The joint valve spool 21 is fixedly disposed inside the joint valve housing 23, and forms a fluid medium passage 232 between the open end 231 and the joint valve housing 23. In the present embodiment, the joint valve body 21 is fixed to the inside of the joint valve housing 23 by screwing. The tip of the joint valve body 21 is provided with an external thread, and the inside of the joint valve housing 23 is provided with a threaded hole into which the joint valve body 21 is screwed. In other embodiments, the joint valve core may be fixed inside the joint valve housing by welding, bonding, or the like.
The joint valve plug 22 is disposed around the joint spool 21 and is capable of reciprocating between an open position that opens the fluid medium passage 232 and a closed position that closes the fluid medium passage 232.
The joint resilient member 25 biases the joint valve plug 22 in a direction that moves the joint valve plug 22 toward the closed position.
In this embodiment, the joint elastic member 25 is a spring, and in other embodiments, other suitable elastic members may be selected.
A first passage opening 24 is provided in the connector valve housing 23, and the coolant enters or exits the interior of the connector valve housing 23 through the first passage opening 24.
The plug-in unit plug 30 includes: plug valve core 31, plug valve shell 32, plug elastic member 33.
The insertion end 321 of the plug valve housing 32 is open.
The plug valve spool 31 is provided inside the plug valve housing 32 and is capable of reciprocating between a first position that opens the opening of the insertion end 321 and a second position that closes the opening of the insertion end 321.
The plug spring 33 biases the plug spool 31 in a direction to move the plug spool 31 toward the second position.
The insertion end 321 is for insertion into the open end 231.
In this embodiment, the plug elastic member 33 is a spring, and in other embodiments, other suitable elastic members may be selected.
An insertion hole is provided in the plug valve housing 32, the plug spool 31 is slidably inserted into the insertion hole, and a spring is fitted over the plug spool 31 and abuts between the plug valve housing 32 and the plug spool 31.
A second passage 323 is provided in the plug valve housing 32, and the coolant enters or exits the interior of the plug valve housing 32 through the second passage 323.
As shown in fig. 11, when the plug 10 is normally connected, the plug 30 is inserted into the plug connector 20, the insertion end 321 of the plug valve housing 32 of the plug 30 abuts against the plug valve stopper 22 of the plug connector 20, so that the plug valve stopper 22 moves toward the open position against the elastic force of the joint elastic member 25, the fluid medium passage 232 is opened, and at the same time, the plug spool 21 of the plug connector 20 abuts against the plug spool 31 of the plug 30, so that the plug spool 31 moves toward the first position to open the opening of the insertion end 321. Thus, the opening of the insertion end 321 and the fluid medium passage 232 are simultaneously opened, and the plug connector tap 20 and the plug connector plug 30 communicate with each other, so that the cooling liquid flows out of or into the battery pack through the plug connector 10.
The plug-in connector 10 realizes fluid communication through bidirectional extrusion, realizes that the plug-in connector respectively has a self-locking function but can automatically communicate when being connected, but does not drip when being detached.
The plug connector 20 also includes a first seal 26, the first seal 26 being disposed between the outer periphery of the connector valve plug 22 and the inner wall of the connector valve housing 23.
By providing the first seal member 26 between the outer periphery of the joint valve plug 22 and the inner wall of the joint valve housing 23, the sealability between the joint valve plug 22 and the inner wall of the joint valve housing 23 is enhanced.
The inner wall of the union valve housing 23 is provided with a groove in which a first sealing member 26 is provided.
The first seal 26 is an O-ring.
The end face of the end of the plug 22 facing the open end 231 is provided with a second seal 27.
By providing the second seal member 27 on the end surface of the plug 22 facing the open end 231, the sealing between the connector plug 30 and the connector fitting 20 is enhanced when they are engaged.
The second seal 27 extends toward the inner circumferential surface of the joint valve plug 22 for sealing a gap between the joint valve plug 22 and the joint valve core 21.
Thus, the second sealing member 27 not only strengthens the sealing member between the plug connector 20 and the plug connector 30, but also strengthens the sealing property between the plug connector 21 and the plug connector 22.
The second sealing member 27 is disposed around an end of the plug 22 facing the open end 231. The second seal 27 is provided in the form of a kit for ease of installation.
The second seal 27 has an annular structure and is provided with an insertion groove 271 and a seal protruding ring 272, an insertion portion for engaging with the insertion groove 271 is provided at one end of the joint valve plug 22 facing the open end 231, and the seal protruding ring 272 is provided on the opposite side of the insertion groove 271.
The second seal 27 is provided with at least two sealing beads 272. The two sealing rings 272 provide two seals to ensure that the connector 20 and the connector plug 30 are sealed when they are engaged.
One end of the joint spool 21 toward the open end 231 is of a tapered structure and tapers toward the interior of the joint valve housing 23. Thus, the joint spool 21 and the joint valve housing 23 form therebetween an outwardly tapered fluid medium passage 232, so that the joint valve plug 22 easily closes the fluid medium passage 232.
The interior of the coupling valve housing 23 is provided with a stepped surface 233, the stepped surface 233 serving to limit the distance the coupling valve plug 22 moves toward the open position.
As shown in FIG. 12, the plug 30 has been inserted to the limit of the plug connector 20 and the connector plug 22 abuts the stepped surface 233.
The plug valve housing 32 of the plug connector 30 of the present embodiment is further provided with a limiting surface 322 on the outer surface thereof, and the limiting surface 322 abuts against the end of the connector valve housing 23 to prevent the plug connector 30 from being excessively inserted.
The inner circumferential surface of the open end 231 of the joint valve housing 23 is provided with an inclined guide surface.
The outer peripheral surface of the insertion end 321 is provided with an inclined guide structure, and the inclined guide structure is matched with the inclined guide surface.
Thus, the plug connector 30 is easily and accurately inserted into the plug connector contact 20.
As an embodiment, the battery box 500 further includes an electrical connector 40, and the electrical connector 40 and the pipe joint 60 are disposed on the same sidewall of the battery box 500.
In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 13, line connector 60 is provided on electrical connector 40. This embodiment facilitates simultaneous connection of the circuit of the battery box 500 and the conduit 52. Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, the electrical connector 40 includes an electrical connection portion 41 and a connection portion 42, and the connection portion 42 includes the plug-in unit 10 as described above.
The electrical connector 40 includes an electrical connector plug 43 and an electrical connector joint 44, one of the plug connector plug 30 and the plug connector joint 20 is provided in the electrical connector plug 43, and the other of the plug connector plug 30 and the plug connector joint 20 is provided in the electrical connector joint 44.
The electrical connector 40 can improve the liquid-tightness by using the connector 10, and prevent the electrical connector 40 from short-circuiting or leaking electricity due to the leakage of liquid.
In other embodiments, the battery box 500 of the present embodiment may also be used in an electric vehicle. This embodiment is favorable to improving battery box 500's security, is favorable to reducing the risk of battery box 500 short circuit, is favorable to improving electric automobile's security.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that this is by way of example only, and that the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (13)

1. The battery box is characterized by comprising a box body, wherein a pipeline is embedded in at least one side wall of the box body, or a pipeline is arranged on the inner side or the outer side of the at least one side wall of the box body, and fluid media flow in the pipeline after the pipeline is communicated with an external pipeline.
2. The battery box according to claim 1, wherein a receiving space is formed in a side wall of the box body, and the duct is disposed in the receiving space.
3. The battery box of claim 2, wherein the duct in the side wall of the box body is integrally formed with the side wall by casting.
4. The battery box according to claim 1, wherein the outer side of the side wall of the box body is provided with a convex part which protrudes outwards, and an accommodating space is formed in the convex part;
or the inner side surface of the side wall of the box body is provided with a convex part which protrudes outwards, and an accommodating space is formed in the convex part;
the pipeline is arranged in the accommodating space.
5. The battery box according to claim 1, wherein the pipe is embedded inside the lower sidewall of the box body, or the pipe is provided inside or outside the lower sidewall of the box body.
6. The battery box according to claim 1, wherein the battery box further comprises a pipeline joint, the pipeline joint is disposed on a side wall of the battery box body, the pipeline joint is connected to two ends of the pipeline respectively, and the pipeline is communicated with the external pipeline through the pipeline joint.
7. The battery box of claim 6, wherein the conduit connector includes an on-off valve that can be opened or closed to allow the conduit to be connected or disconnected from the external conduit.
8. The battery box of claim 7, wherein the open/close valve is one of a plug connector joint or a plug connector plug, one plug connector joint and a correspondingly arranged plug connector plug form a plug connector, and the plug connector joint and the plug connector plug can be mutually matched to realize the connection or disconnection of the fluid medium.
9. The battery box of claim 8, wherein the on-off valve is a plug connector comprising: the joint comprises a joint valve core, a joint valve plug, a joint valve shell and a joint elastic piece;
one end of the connector valve shell is an open end, and the open end is used for receiving an inserting plug;
the joint valve core is fixedly arranged in the joint valve shell, and a fluid medium channel is formed between the opening end and the joint valve shell;
the joint valve plug is disposed around the joint valve spool and is capable of reciprocating between an open position that opens the fluid medium passage and a closed position that closes the fluid medium passage;
the coupling elastomeric member biasing the coupling valve plug in a direction that moves the coupling valve plug toward the closed position;
or;
the logical stop valve is the plug connector plug, the plug connector plug includes: the plug valve core, the plug valve shell and the plug elastic piece;
an insertion end opening of the plug valve housing;
the plug valve core is arranged in the plug valve shell and can reciprocate between a first position for opening the opening of the insertion end and a second position for closing the opening of the insertion end;
the plug spring biases the plug valve spool in a direction to move the plug valve spool toward the second position;
the insertion end is used for being inserted into the opening end.
10. The battery box according to any one of claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the pipe joint is further provided with a guide member, which is a convex member or a concave member.
11. The battery box of claim 6, further comprising an electrical connector disposed on the same side wall of the battery box as the pipe joint.
12. The battery box of claim 11, wherein the conduit connector is disposed on the electrical connector.
13. An electric vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a battery box according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
