Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dust treatment, in particular to dust treatment equipment and a dust treatment system with the same.
Background
With the continuous development of modern industrial technology, the industrial production is developed on a large scale. In the industrial production process, due to the mechanical crushing and grinding of solid materials, dust is generated in various links such as mixing, screening, packaging and transportation of powdery materials, material combustion and the like, and if the dust is not processed in time, the dust can be sucked into human bodies and animals to cause harm to human bodies and animal bodies. Therefore, industrial dust processing equipment is required to process the dust. A dust processing device is characterized by comprising a dust collecting component and a dust filtering component, wherein the dust collecting component comprises a shell and a dust collecting cover, the bottom of the shell is provided with a connecting port, the side part of the shell is provided with an air inlet, the top of the shell is provided with an electric wire inlet and an air outlet, the interior of the shell is provided with a dust collecting chamber, the dust collecting cover is buckled in the dust collecting chamber reversely, the dust collecting cover comprises a fixing ring and a cover body arranged on the fixing ring, the fixing ring is fixed in the dust collecting chamber, which is higher than the air inlet, the cover body comprises a top cover, a plurality of dust removing devices and a plurality of sections, the dust removing device comprises a first connecting ring, a second connecting ring, a slip ring, a first motor, a transmission case, a friction wheel and a dust removing brush, the lower surface of the first connecting ring is provided with a first sliding chute, the upper surface of the second connecting ring is provided with a second sliding chute, the upper edge of the slip ring is inserted into the first sliding groove, the lower edge of the slip ring is inserted into the second sliding groove, the transmission case is arranged on the slip ring, the first motor is arranged on the transmission case, the friction wheel is arranged on the transmission case and driven to rotate by the transmission case, the periphery of the dust removing brush is tightly attached to the side surface of the first connecting ring or the side surface of the second connecting ring, the dust removing brush transversely penetrates through the slip ring, and is connected with the transmission case, the plurality of sections are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, one dust removing device is arranged between every two adjacent sections, and in every two adjacent sections, the lower edge of the upper section is connected with the first connecting ring, the upper edge of the lower section is connected with the second connecting ring, the top cover is covered on the section which is positioned at the uppermost position in the plurality of sections, and the dust filter assembly is connected to the connecting port; the dust removing brush comprises a brush rod and brush bristles, the brush bristles are arranged at one end of the brush rod, are positioned in the dust collection cover and contact with the side wall of the dust collection cover, and the other end of the brush rod penetrates through the slip ring and then is connected with the transmission case to receive power transmitted by the transmission case; the sections comprise a metal mesh supporting layer and a filter cloth layer, and the filter cloth layer is adhered to the inner wall of the metal mesh supporting layer.

The dust processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein a first limiting groove is formed on a side surface of the first sliding groove, a second limiting groove is formed on a side surface of the second sliding groove, a first limiting ring and a second limiting ring are arranged on a side surface of the slip ring, the first limiting ring is limited in the first limiting groove, and the second limiting ring is limited in the second limiting groove.

A dust disposal apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said transmission case includes a case body, a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, a driving shaft of said first motor is connected to said brush rod, said first bevel gear is mounted on a driving shaft of said first motor, said second bevel gear is mounted on a wheel axle of said friction wheel, and said first bevel gear and said second bevel gear are engaged.

The dust processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the dust removing device further comprises a friction ring, the friction ring is disposed around the first connecting ring or the second connecting ring, a circumference of the friction wheel is tightly attached to the friction ring, and the friction ring is made of rubber material.

The dust disposal apparatus of claim 1, wherein the dust collection assembly further comprises a water pipe, the water pipe comprises a main pipe and a plurality of branch pipes, the branch pipes are arranged corresponding to the dust removal devices one by one, the branch pipes are connected with the main pipe, a water inlet is arranged at the top of the housing, the main pipe enters the dust collection chamber after passing through the water inlet, the dust removal device further comprises a nozzle, a mounting hole is arranged on the slip ring, the nozzle is mounted on the slip ring after passing through the mounting hole, and the nozzle is connected with one branch pipe.

The dust processing apparatus of claim 5, wherein the dust filter assembly comprises a dust filter box, a second motor, a delivery impeller, a guide plate and a filter plate, the dust filter box has a dust filter chamber therein, the dust filter chamber has an annular flow area and a settling area, the settling area is disposed below the annular flow area, the guide plate is horizontally disposed in the annular flow area so that the annular flow area is divided into an upper part and a lower part which are connected at two sides, the filter plate is vertically disposed in the annular flow area so that the part of the annular flow area below the guide plate is divided into a left part and a right part, the impeller is disposed in the annular flow area and below the guide plate and connected with the second motor, the impeller and the settling area are respectively disposed at two sides of the filter plate, the bottom of the annular flow area is provided with a water outlet, and the bottom of the settling area is provided with a slag outlet.
7. A dust handling system comprising the dust handling apparatus of any of claims 1 to 6.
