Abstract
本发明属于中草药技术领域,公开了一种提升能量的组合物及其制备方法。该组合物是以肉苁蓉为君药,补肾助阳、润肠生津;灵芝补气安神,净化血液,保护肝功能;山茱萸补益肝肾,收敛固涩,固体强身;当归补血调经、保护肾脏、抗氧化;人参大补元气,补脾益肺,上述为臣药,以性温入肝经之效,补肾固阳,补血亏提气;佐以沙棘提高免疫力;砂仁温中行气;高良姜散寒止痛,贯引全方;茯苓和黑芝麻健脾宁心,补益精血,富含大量氨基酸和多种维生素,促进营养成分的吸收能力。该制备方法利用植物油短时加热温度与各中草药原料进行混合,将所有原料粉碎后再次融入油剂中,保证了成品药效,无任何毒副作用,成品符合有效成分含有量低于小鼠灌胃LD50标准量。

背景技术
现代人们由于工作压力大,生活压力大,工作和生活中随时需要精力旺盛来解决很多事情。然而随着节奏加快,人们机体均出现了各种各样的问题。
由于肾虚引起精力下降是现有生活中最为普遍的现象。肾虚指肾脏精气阴阳不足。肾虚的种类有很多,其中最常见的是肾阴虚,肾阳虚。肾虚的症状:肾阳虚的症状为腰酸、四肢发冷、畏寒,甚至还有水肿,为“寒”的症状,性功能不好也会导致肾阳虚;肾阴虚的症状为“热”,主要有腰酸、燥热、盗汗、虚汗、头晕、耳鸣等。现代科学证明,当人发生肾虚时,无论肾阴虚还是肾阳虚,都会导致人的免疫能力的降低,有更多的证据表明,肾虚发生时,肾脏的免疫能力降低,而肾脏的微循环系统亦会发生阻塞,肾络呈现不通。所以对于肾虚的治疗应防治结合。
肾虚的症状在脑力方面表现为:记忆力下降记忆力减退,注意力不集中,精力不足,工作效率降低。肾虚的症状在情志方面表现为:情绪不佳情绪常难以自控,头晕,易怒,烦躁,焦虑,抑郁等。肾虚的症状在意志方面表现为:缺乏自信信心不足,缺乏自信,工作没热情,生活没激情,没有目标和方向。
目前,市场上用于补肾、提升能量的药物或是保健品有很多,但是大多数药物的效果并不是很好,并且大多数药物的副作用较多,会对人体健康造成伤害,保健品虽有一定的效果,但是其价格高昂,并且对于使用者来说吸收率不够。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种提升能量的组合物及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种提升能量的组合物,所述组合物主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
肉苁蓉10-15份,灵芝6-12份,山茱萸5-10份,当归6-12份,人参3-10份,沙棘3-9份,砂仁3-6份,高良姜3-6份,茯苓10-15份和黑芝麻9-15份。
肉苁蓉,中药名。为列当科肉苁蓉属植物肉苁蓉Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma带鳞叶的肉质茎。具有补肾助阳,润肠通便的功效。主治肾阳亏虚,精血不足,阳痿早泄,宫冷不育,腰膝酸痛,痿软无力,肠燥津枯便秘。味甘、咸,性温;归肾、大肠经。
灵芝,中药名。为多孔菌科灵芝属真菌赤芝Ganoderma lucidum(Leyss.ex Fr.)Karst.或紫芝Ganoderma sinense Zhao,Xu et Zhang的干燥子实体。具有补气安神,止咳平喘的功效。主治心神不宁,失眠,惊悸,咳喘痰多,虚劳证等。味甘,性平;归心、肺、肝、肾经。化学成分本品含多糖、核苷类、呋喃类、甾醇类、生物碱、三萜类、油脂类、多种氨基酸及蛋白质类、酶类、有机锗及多种微量元素等。药理作用灵芝多糖具有免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、抗衰老及抗肿瘤作用;三萜类化合物能净化血液,保护肝功能;灵芝多种制剂分别具有镇静、抗惊厥、强心、抗心律失常、降压、镇咳平喘作用;此外,灵芝还有抗凝血、抑制血小板聚集及抗过敏作用。毒理作用灵芝毒性较小,小鼠腹腔注射赤芝渗漉液LD50为38.3±1.04g/kg,赤芝热醇提取液腹腔注射,小鼠的LD50为6.75g/kg,灌胃的MLD为165g/kg,冷醇提取液毒性更小,每日给大鼠灌胃1.2g/kg及12g/kg,共30天,对生长发育、肝功能、心电图等均无中毒表现。
山茱萸,中药名。为山茱萸科山茱萸属植物山茱萸Cornus officinalis Sieb.etZucc.的干燥成熟果肉。具有补益肝肾,收敛固涩的功效。主治腰膝酸软,头晕耳鸣,阳痿,遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,崩漏,月经过多,大汗不止,体虚欲脱。味酸、涩,性微温;归肝、肾经。化学成分:果实含山茱萸苷、乌索酸、莫罗忍冬苷、7-0-甲基莫罗忍冬苷、獐牙菜苷、番木鳖苷。此外,还有没食子酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、原维生素A,以及皂苷、鞣质等。药理作用:1、抗病原微生物作用:山茱萸煎剂在体外能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌生长,从鲜果肉中得到的酸味液体对伤寒、痢疾杄菌有抑制作用,水浸剂在试管内对堇色毛癣菌有不同程度的抑制作用。2、对免疫系统的影响:不同剂量山茱萸均能显著升高小鼠血清IgG的含量。并对DNCB所致的接触性皮炎表现出明显的抑制作用。3、对物质代谢的影响:山茱萸有明显的对抗肾上腺素性高血糖的作用,能升高肝糖原。从山茱萸乙醚提取剂中分离制得的乌索酸可以明显地降低血糖和尿糖。4、对心血管系统的影响:动物实验证明,山茱萸可使休克动物血压回升,心搏波振幅增大,具有抗休克作用。5、对血液系统的影响:山茱萸能降低高血糖大鼠的全血比黏度。并能抑制血小板聚集。6、此外,山茱萸尚有一定的利尿、抗炎、抗癌、抗氧化、抗衰老等作用。毒理作用:毒性不大,对兔胃粘膜能引起轻度充血。
当归,中药名。为伞形科当归属植物当归Angelica sinensis(Oliv)Diels.的根。具有补血调经,活血止痛,润肠通便的功效。主治血虚萎黄,月经不调,经闭痛经,血虚、血滞、血寒诸痛,跌打损伤,风湿痹痛,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘等。味甘、辛,性温;归肝、心、脾经。化学成分:当归中含β-蒎烯、α-蒎烯、莰烯等中性油成分。含对-甲基苯甲醇、5-甲氧基-2,3-二甲苯酚等酸性油成分、有机酸、糖类、维生素、氨基酸等。药理作用:1、对生殖系统的影响:当归具有双向调节子宫平滑肌的作用。对离体子宫主要起抑制作用,而对在体子宫主要起兴奋作用。2、对心血管系统的影响:当归流浸膏具有抗心肌缺血的作用,当归中性油对心肌缺血亦有保护作用。还具有抗心律失常的作用。当归浸膏具有扩张冠脉、增加冠脉血流量的作用。3、对血液系统的影响:当归粉具有降血脂、对动脉硬化的主动脉病变有一定的保护作用。当归提取物中藁本内酯有抑制血小板聚集的作用。当归及其阿魏酸有明显的抗血栓作用。当归多糖具有促进造血功能的作用。4、对免疫系统的影响:当归总酸既有提高细胞免疫功能的作用,又有促进体液免疫的作用。当归多糖也具有免疫增强作用。5、对中枢神经系统的影响:当归中有效成分藁本内酯具有抑制中枢神经系统的作用当归具有镇痛作用,强于氨基比林,且急性毒性极低6、抗病原微生物的作用:当归所含对体外痢疾、伤寒、副伤寒、大肠杆菌、白喉杆菌、霍乱弧菌及α、β溶血性链球菌等均有抗菌作用;7、对呼吸系统的影响:当归成分藁本内酯具有平喘的作用。8、此外,当归还有保肝、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗炎、保护肾脏、抗氧化、纠正蛋白质代谢紊乱等作用。毒理作用:当归毒性小,小鼠静脉注射当归的LD50为80-100g/kg;挥发油皮下注射和灌胃LD50分别为298mg/kg和96mg/kg;藁本内酯腹腔注射的LD50为520mg/kg;阿魏酸钠静脉注射和灌胃的LD50分别为1.7g/kg和3.6g/kg。犬静脉注射当归2g/kg,连续14d,对肝、肾、心电图及血象均无明显影响。5%当归膳食饲养小鼠,经3-5月动物生长健壮,肝脏氧化谷氨酸的能力显著提高。
人参,中药名。为五加科人参属植物人参Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.的根。具有大补元气,补脾益肺,生津,安神益智的功效。主治气虚欲脱,脉微欲绝,脾气不足,中气下陷,肺虚喘咳,气短乏力,津伤口渴,虚热消渴,失眠健忘,心悸怔忡,血虚萎黄,阳痿宫冷等。味甘、微苦,性微温;归肺、脾、心经。化学成分:本品含多种人参皂苷、挥发油、氨基酸、微量元素及有机酸、糖类、维生素等成分。药理作用:1、对神经系统的影响:人参能调节中枢神经系统兴奋过程和抑制过程的平衡,表现为小剂量兴奋中枢神经系统,大剂量则抑制中枢神经系统。2、改善脑组织代谢的作用:人参不但能改善大脑的兴奋过程而且也能改善其抑制过程,使两个过程恢复平衡。人参皂苷Rb、Rg对神经组织具有保护作用,对神经组织的生长和神经网络的建立具有促进作用。3、对记忆获得障碍的影响:人参对学习记忆的影响有双相性和成分依赖性。4、对垂体一肾上腺皮质系统的影响:人参有促进垂体一肾上腺皮质系统功能的作用。5、对心血管系统的影响:人参对多种动物心脏均有先兴奋后抑制,小量兴奋,大量抑制的作用。人参小剂量升压,大剂量降压。人参皂苷具有抗心律失常、保护心肌、降血脂、抗动脉硬化、扩张血管等作用。6、调节免疫功能的作用:人参皂苷可促进网状内皮系统吞噬功能,增加小鼠血清非特异性抗体的浓度。7、对血液系统的影响:人参或其提取物对骨髓的造血功能有刺激和保护作用,具有增强造血功能的作用。人参皂苷具有抑制血小板聚集的作用。8、抗菌作用:人参提取浓缩液对福氏痢疾杄菌la型、乙型溶血性链球菌、产紫青霉菌均有抑制作用。较高浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠艾氏杄菌、炭疽杄菌、肺炎球菌、黑色曲霉菌、产黄青霉菌有抑制作用。9、此外,人参尚有一定的促进性腺功能、促进蛋白质合成、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肝损伤、抗胃溃疡、抗疲劳、抗应激、抗辐射、抗突变、止血等作用。毒理作用:药理研究表明,人参及有效成分毒性均很小,动物实验皆可耐受很高的剂量。人参根粉小鼠灌胃给药的LD50大于5g/kg以上。人参浸膏小鼠皮下注射给药的LD50为16.5mg/kg。人参提取物或人参皂甙腹腔注射LD50在300-700mg/kg之间。人参皂甙单体对小鼠腹腔注射的LD50分别为:Rb1 1110mg/kg,Rb2 305mg/kg,Rc410mg/kg,Rd 325mg/kg,Re 465mg/kg,Rf1340mg/kg,Rg1 1258mg/kg,Ro>1000mg/kg。人参多肽对小鼠静脉注射的LD50为1.62g/kg。
沙棘,中药名。为胡颓子科沙棘属植物沙棘Hippophae rhamnoides L.的干燥成熟果实。具有健脾消食,止咳祛痰,活血祛瘀的功效。主治脾虚食少,咳嗽痰多,瘀血证。味甘、酸,性温;归脾、胃、肺经。化学成分:本品含维生素类(C、VA、VE、VB1、VB2、VB12、VK)及叶酸;黄酮类及萜类;蛋白质及多种氨基酸;脂肪及脂肪酸;糖类。此外,尚含生物碱、香豆素及酸性物质,并富含矿物质和微量元素。药理作用:沙棘黄酮能改善心肌微循环,降低心肌耗氧量,抗血管硬化,抗炎等作用;沙棘油及其果汁有抗疲劳、降血脂、抗辐射、抗溃疡、保肝及增强免疫功能等作用。
砂仁,中药名。为姜科砂仁属植物阳春砂Amomum villosum Lour.、绿壳砂Amomumvillosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen或海南砂Amomum longiligulareT.L.Wu的干燥成熟果实。具有化湿行气,温中止泻,安胎的功效。主治脾胃气滞、湿阻中焦,脾胃虚寒、呕吐泻泄,胎动不安、妊娠恶阻等。味辛,性温;归脾、胃、肾经。化学成分:阳春砂含挥发油,油中主要成分为右旋樟脑、龙脑、乙酸龙脑酯、柠檬烯、橙花叔醇等,并含皂苷。缩砂含挥发油,油中主要成分为樟脑、一种萜烯等。药理作用:1、对胃肠平滑肌的作用:砂仁煎剂可增强胃的功效,促进消化液的分泌,可增进肠道运动,排出消化管内的积气。2、抗血小板凝集作用:砂仁能明显抑制因ADP所致家兔血小板聚集,对花生四烯酸诱发的小鼠急性死亡有明显保护作用,同时有明显的对抗由胶原和肾上腺素所诱发的小鼠急性死亡作用。3、抗溃疡作用:砂仁可显著减少大鼠胃酸分泌。4、镇痛作用:醋酸扭体实验法表明本品有明显的镇痛作用,并能显著减少小鼠抗体细胞数。
高良姜,中药名。为姜科山姜属植物高良姜Alpinia officinarum Hance的干燥根茎。具有散寒止痛,温中止呕的功效。主治胃寒冷痛,胃寒呕吐。味辛,性热;归脾、胃经。化学成分:含挥发油0.5%-1.5%,油中主要成分为1,8-桉叶素、桂皮酸甲酯、丁香油酚、蒎烯、荜澄茄烯及辛辣成分高良姜酚等。尚含黄酮类高良姜素、山柰素、山柰酚、槲皮素、异鼠李素等。药理作用:本品水提取物具有镇痛抗炎作用,醚提物只有镇痛作用,二者均能抗动物实验性胃溃疡的形成及蓖麻油引起的腹泻,还能延长断头小鼠张口动作持续时间和氰化钾中毒小鼠的存活时间;煎剂灌胃能升高犬胃液总酸排出量,兴奋兔离体肠管运动,对抗因阿托品所致小鼠胃肠抑制后的墨汁推进率;采用体内血栓形成法,给大鼠灌胃高良姜水提物或挥发油均有抗血栓形成的作用;100%煎液对炭疽杆菌、α-或β-溶血性链球菌、白喉及类白喉杆菌、肺炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌等革兰阳性嗜气菌皆有抗菌作用。毒理作用:醚提取物小鼠灌胃的LD50为4.2土0.4ml/kg,中毒表现为翻正反射消失,持续8h以上才死亡。小鼠灌服水提取物120g/kg,观察7d,无死亡。高良姜能使鼠伤寒沙门菌TA98和TA100发生诱变。
茯苓,中药名。为多孔菌科卧孔属真菌茯苓Poriacocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核。产云南者称“云苓”,质较优。具有利水消肿,渗湿,健脾,宁心的功效。主治水肿,痰饮,脾虚泄泻,心悸,失眠。味甘、淡,性平;归心、肺、脾经。
黑芝麻,中药名。为胡麻科芝麻属植物芝麻Sesamum indicum L.的黑色种子。具有补益精血,润燥滑肠的功效。主治须发早白,头晕眼花,妇女产后乳少,风痹,血虚津枯,肠燥便秘等。味甘,性平;归肝、肾、大肠经。化学成分:种子含脂肪油,为油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、二十四烷酸、二十二烷酸的甘油酯、芝麻素、芝麻林素、芝麻酚、维生素E,植物甾醇、卵磷脂、叶酸,尚含脂麻苷、蛋白质,车前糖、芝麻糖、磷,钾,细胞色素、多量草酸钙。药理作用:1、抗衰老作用:黑芝麻可使衰老现象推迟发生,肝脏和睾丸中脂褐质水平降低,而血浆中维生素E含量增高。2、抑制肾上腺皮质功能:黑芝麻油0.2mg/100g,可增加肾上腺中维生素C及胆甾醇的含量,肾上腺皮质功能受到某种程度的抑制。3、降血糖作用:黑芝麻种子提取物,可降低血糖,并增加肝糖元及肌糖元含量,但大剂量应用则降低糖元含量。4、兴奋子宫的作用:黑芝麻全草水提取物对子宫有兴奋作用。5、消炎的作用:新鲜灭菌的麻油涂布皮肤黏膜,有减轻刺激、促进炎症恢复等作用。6、降胆固醇的作用:所含亚油酸可降低血中胆固醇含量。7、此外,黑芝麻油有增加血细胞容积倾向、滋养、通便、抑制不饱和脂肪酸酶、芝麻素对不饱和脂酸酶有抑制作用。

肉苁蓉13份,灵芝8份,山茱萸7份,当归8份,人参6份,沙棘5份,砂仁4份,高良姜4份,茯苓13份和黑芝麻13份。
一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,包括按照相应比例选取当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻混合置于加热的溶剂中进行炮制,炮制完成后捞出当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻与肉苁蓉、灵芝、山茱萸、茯苓混合粉碎后,再次置于上述炮制完成后备用的溶剂中,混匀,加入调味剂,造粒,获得成品。

该制备方法中通过利用植物油的短时加热中的温度与各中草药原料进行混合,能够通过油剂与各原料中的有效成分进行良好的融合,提高了有效成分的析出与产品中有效成分的含有量。当将所有原料粉碎后再次融入油剂中,进一步保证了成品的使用药效,无任何毒副作用,成品符合有效成分含有量低于小鼠灌胃LD50标准量。

实施例1:
一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,包括按照相应比例选取当归6克、人参3克、沙棘3克、砂仁3克、高良姜3克和黑芝麻9克混合置于加热至50摄氏度的植物油162克中进行炮制4分钟,炮制完成后捞出当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻与肉苁蓉10克、灵芝6克、山茱萸5克、茯苓10克混合粉碎过1200目滤筛后,再次置于上述炮制完成后备用的植物油中,混匀,加入蜂蜜29克,造粒,获得成品。
实施例2:
一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,包括按照相应比例选取当归12克、人参10克、沙棘9克、砂仁6克、高良姜6克和黑芝麻15克混合置于加热至60摄氏度的植物油348克中进行炮制3分钟,炮制完成后捞出当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻与肉苁蓉15克、灵芝12克、山茱萸10克、茯苓15克混合粉碎过2500目滤筛后,再次置于上述炮制完成后备用的植物油中,混匀,加入蜂蜜22克,造粒,获得成品。
实施例3:
一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,包括按照相应比例选取当归7克、人参4克、沙棘4克、砂仁3.5克、高良姜3.5克和黑芝麻10克混合置于加热至50摄氏度的植物油192克中进行炮制4分钟,炮制完成后捞出当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻与肉苁蓉11克、灵芝7克、山茱萸6克、茯苓11克混合粉碎过1200目滤筛后,再次置于上述炮制完成后备用的植物油中,混匀,加入蜂蜜13.5克,造粒,获得成品。
实施例4:
一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,包括按照相应比例选取当归10克、人参8克、沙棘7克、砂仁5.5克、高良姜5克和黑芝麻14克混合置于加热至60摄氏度的植物油297克中进行炮制3分钟,炮制完成后捞出当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻与肉苁蓉14克、灵芝10克、山茱萸8克、茯苓14克混合粉碎过2500目滤筛后,再次置于上述炮制完成后备用的植物油中,混匀,加入蜂蜜19.1克,造粒,获得成品
实施例5:
一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,包括按照相应比例选取当归8克、人参6克、沙棘5克、砂仁4克、高良姜4克和黑芝麻13克混合置于加热至50摄氏度的植物油240克中进行炮制4分钟,炮制完成后捞出当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻与肉苁蓉13克、灵芝8克、山茱萸7克、茯苓13克混合粉碎过2500目滤筛后,再次置于上述炮制完成后备用的植物油中,混匀,加入蜂蜜16.2克,造粒,获得成品。
服用方式:成品为蜜丸颗粒,每粒1g,含服,利用口腔内分泌的酶来逐渐将药物中的成分进行分解和吸收,每日不超过10g。

1.一种提升能量的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
肉苁蓉10-15份,灵芝6-12份,山茱萸5-10份,当归6-12份,人参3-10份,沙棘3-9份,砂仁3-6份,高良姜3-6份,茯苓10-15份和黑芝麻9-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提升能量的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
肉苁蓉11-14份,灵芝7-10份,山茱萸6-8份,当归7-10份,人参4-8份,沙棘4-7份,砂仁3.5-5份,高良姜3.5-5份,茯苓11-14份和黑芝麻10-14份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种提升能量的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
肉苁蓉13份,灵芝8份,山茱萸7份,当归8份,人参6份,沙棘5份,砂仁4份,高良姜4份,茯苓13份和黑芝麻13份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的提升能量的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括按照相应比例选取当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻混合置于加热的溶剂中进行炮制,炮制完成后捞出当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻与肉苁蓉、灵芝、山茱萸、茯苓混合粉碎后,再次置于上述炮制完成后备用的溶剂中,混匀,加入调味剂,造粒,获得成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂为植物油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂的质量与当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻的总质量比为3-6:0.5-1。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加热温度为50-60摄氏度。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述炮制时长为3-4分钟。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述当归、人参、沙棘、砂仁、高良姜和黑芝麻与肉苁蓉、灵芝、山茱萸、茯苓混合粉碎,粒径为1200-2500目;
所述调味剂为蜂蜜;
所述调味剂与所有原料的质量比为0.2-0.5:1。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种提升能量的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成品为丸剂。
