Abstract
The invention relates to an advertisement recommendation method, device and computer equipment based on voice recognition, wherein the method comprises the steps of obtaining voice data and user behavior data; determining the age bracket of the user according to the voice data and determining the program type which is interested by the user according to the user behavior data; and recommending the matched advertisement according to the age range of the user and the program type. The invention can intelligently recommend the advertisement according to the voice recognition technology, and timely replace the advertisement content according to the exposure and the click rate of the advertisement, thereby ensuring the effective delivery of the advertisement.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of smart televisions, and particularly relates to an advertisement recommendation method and device based on voice recognition and computer equipment.
Background
The smart television is a new product formed based on internet wave impact, aims to bring more convenient experience to users, has become the trend of televisions at present, and has the functions of three-in-one televisions, screen projection of mobile phones and computers, interaction of smart devices and the like, so that the development of the smart television is advanced. The intelligent television is a new television product which is provided with a full-open platform, carries an operating system, and can automatically install and uninstall various application software and continuously expand and upgrade functions while users enjoy common television contents.
In the related technology, most of the advertisements on the television are delivered according to models or regions, and different advertisements cannot be delivered for different users, for example, the interested contents are definitely different between the elderly and children, so that the played advertisements are not preferred by the users, and the advertisement click rate is reduced.

Further, the user behavior data includes a video type watched by the user, a time period for the user to watch the video, and an application type used by the user.
Further, the determining the age bracket of the user according to the voice data comprises:
constructing a voice recognition model;
and inputting the acquired voice data into a voice recognition model, and recognizing and matching the voice data with the corresponding age bracket by the voice recognition model.
Further, the constructing the speech recognition model includes:
acquiring a large amount of voice data of different age groups;
classifying the voice data according to age groups;
and inputting the classified voice data of different age groups into a neural network model for training to obtain a voice recognition model.

A specific advertisement recommendation method, apparatus and computer device based on speech recognition provided in the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the advertisement recommendation method based on voice recognition provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
s101, acquiring voice data and user behavior data;
s102, determining the age bracket of the user according to the voice data and determining the program type which is interested by the user according to the user behavior data;
and S103, recommending matched advertisements according to the age range and the program type of the user.
The working principle of the advertisement recommendation method based on the voice recognition is as follows: according to the method and the device, the voice and the watching history of the user are reported according to the voice searching record and the program playing situation of the user. Then, identifying the age group distribution of the client according to a voice identification technology; from the viewing history, the type of program of interest can be analyzed. And finally, according to the age bracket and the program type, the advertisement is put in a targeted way.
The technical scheme provided by the application can solve the problem that different groups push different advertisements, and increase the click rate of the advertisements.
In some embodiments, the voice of the user is collected through a voice recognizer arranged on the television terminal;
and extracting the tone with the highest frequency of occurrence in the user voice as voice data.
It can be understood that, in the present application, the voice of the user is collected through the voice recognizer arranged on the television terminal, and then the tone with the highest frequency of occurrence in the voice of the user is extracted as the voice data, the tone with the highest frequency can be described, and the tone with the highest frequency of use of the television terminal can play the corresponding interesting advertisement according to the characteristics of the tone.
Specifically, the voice recognizer is implemented by a voice recognition chip, and the user voice can be a conversation of family members together at ordinary times or a search instruction transmitted to the television terminal by the user.
In some embodiments, the user behavior data includes a type of video watched by the user, a period of time for which the user watched the video, and a type of application used by the user.
By analyzing the user behavior data, the video type which the user likes to watch can be obtained, and the age and the gender of the user can be roughly judged according to the video type; for example: the user may be a middle-aged woman if the user likes to watch a family ethical drama for a long time, a child if the user watches a juvenile-like program for a long time, or a middle-aged man if the user likes to watch news live. Similarly, the judgment of the application is the same, and is not described in detail in this application.
Therefore, through a multidimensional mode of recognizing the user behavior data after voice recognition, refined pushing can be realized more accurately, or a time period of each user using the television terminal every day can be judged through the user behavior data, so that advertisements suitable for the user are sent in the time period, and fixed-point pushing is realized.
In some embodiments, said determining a user age group from said speech data comprises:
constructing a voice recognition model;
and inputting the acquired voice data into a voice recognition model, and recognizing and matching the voice data with the corresponding age bracket by the voice recognition model.
Preferably, the constructing the speech recognition model includes:
acquiring a large amount of voice data of different age groups;
classifying the voice data according to age groups;
and inputting the classified voice data of different age groups into a neural network model for training to obtain a voice recognition model.
It can be understood that, in the present application, a large amount of speech data of different age groups are obtained, and then the speech data are input into the neural network model to be trained until the neural network model converges, so as to obtain the speech recognition model. The speech recognition model matches the corresponding age bracket to the input speech data.
Preferably, the age groups include:
children, juveniles, young, middle-aged and elderly.
It should be noted that the speech recognition model can recognize not only mandarin but also dialect, which is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an advertisement recommendation apparatus based on voice recognition, including:
an obtaining module 201, configured to obtain voice data and user behavior data;
a determining module 202, configured to determine a user age group according to the voice data and determine a program type in which a user is interested according to the user behavior data;
and the recommending module 203 is used for recommending the matched advertisements according to the age range of the user and the program type.
The operating principle of the advertisement recommendation device based on voice recognition provided by the embodiment of the application is that the acquisition module 201 acquires voice data and user behavior data; the determining module 202 determines the age bracket of the user according to the voice data and determines the program type interested by the user according to the user behavior data; the recommending module 203 recommends the matched advertisement according to the user age bracket and the program type.
The embodiment of the application provides computer equipment, which comprises a processor and a memory connected with the processor;
the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the computer program is used for executing the voice data acquisition and the user behavior data provided by any one of the above embodiments;
determining the age bracket of the user according to the voice data and determining the program type which is interested by the user according to the user behavior data;
recommending matched advertisements according to the age range and the program type of the user;
the processor is used to call and execute the computer program in the memory.
In summary, the present invention provides a method, an apparatus and a computer device for advertisement recommendation based on voice recognition, wherein the method includes acquiring voice data and user behavior data; determining the age bracket of the user according to the voice data and determining the program type which is interested by the user according to the user behavior data; and recommending the matched advertisement according to the age range of the user and the program type. 5. The method of claim 4, wherein the constructing the speech recognition model comprises:
acquiring a large amount of voice data of different age groups;
classifying the voice data according to age groups;
and inputting the classified voice data of different age groups into a neural network model for training to obtain a voice recognition model.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
