It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the light emitting lamp is described as an illuminating lamp in the description, it is obvious that the light emitting lamp of the present invention may be other functional lamps such as an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp or a mosquito killing lamp to fulfill other requirements.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one possible embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus includes a rotating part 4 and a stationary part 5, the rotating part 4 being rotatably provided within the stationary part 5, and in a pulsator type washing machine, the rotating part 4 is a pulsator, and accordingly the stationary part 5 is an inner tub. The laundry treating apparatus further includes a magnet supplying module 1, a magnet induction generating module 2, and a light emitting lamp 3; the magnet induction power generation module 2 is fixed on the rotating part 4, and the magnet supply module 1 is fixed on the stationary part 5 corresponding to the position of the magnet induction power generation module 2; the luminescent lamp 3 is electrically connected with the magnet induction generating module 2 and is fixed on the magnet induction generating module 2 or is fixed on the rotating part 4 or the static part 5 together with the magnet induction generating module 2; the magnet supply module 1 generates a magnetic field, and the magnet induction power generation module 2 reciprocates on a path close to or far from the magnet supply module 1 when the rotation part 4 rotates with respect to the stationary part 5, thereby internally generating electric power to supply power to the light emitting lamp 3.
Specifically, in one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a magnet supply module 1 is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the inner tub of the pulsator washing machine, and is used for generating a magnet, which may be a permanent magnet, but may also be an electromagnet or other devices or equipment capable of generating a magnetic field. A magnet induction generating module 2 is fixed at a position of the pulsator corresponding to the magnet supply module 1, the magnet induction generating module 2 includes a first case 21, a second case 22, a coil 23, and a magnetizer 24, and both the first case 21 and the second case 22 are sealed cases. The first casing 21 is fixed on the pulsator, the second casing 22 is fixed on the inner side of the first casing 21, the coil 23 is wound on the outer side of the second casing 22, the magnetizer 24 is fixed on the inner side of the coil 23 and is arranged corresponding to the magnet supply module 1, and the light emitting lamp 3 is electrically connected with the coil 23. The magnetizer 24 may be an iron core, or may be other members or devices as long as the object can generate a magnetic field change along with the approaching or departing of the permanent magnet.
The whole working process is as follows: when the impeller starts to rotate, the magnet induction power generation module 2 can also rotate along with the rotation, and the permanent magnet is fixed on the inner barrel and can not move, at this time, every time the impeller rotates for one circle, the magnet induction power generation module 2 can be close to the primary permanent magnet and be far away from the primary permanent magnet, correspondingly, the magnetizer 24 can increase the magnetic field of the magnetizer when being close to the permanent magnet, when being far away from the permanent magnet, the magnetic field of the magnetizer can be reduced, every time the impeller rotates for one circle, the magnetizer 24 can complete the change of the magnetic field size, the continuous change of the magnetic field can lead the magnetic induction line to move relative to the coil 23, and the coil 23 can cut the magnetic induction line, thereby generating current and enabling the light-emitting lamp 3 to be lightened.
The arrangement mode has the advantages that the arrangement is simple and feasible, and the illumination in the pulsator washing machine can be realized without arranging an independent circuit, so that the problem of external power supply wiring is solved. The design of the permanent magnet and the magnetizer 24 skillfully solves the conduction between magnetic fields, so that the whole structure is simpler and has better feasibility.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can modify the above-mentioned structure so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios without departing from the principle of the present invention.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, the second casing 22 is provided for better structural optimization and waterproofing of the inside, but the first casing 21 is a closed cavity, so the second casing 22 is obviously not necessary, and it is also possible to eliminate the second casing 22, as long as the coil 23 is directly fixed on the inner wall or the bottom of the first casing 21, and the magnetizer 24 is fixed on the bottom of the first casing 21, respectively, without departing from the principle of the present invention, and therefore, the present invention will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the light emitting lamp 3 may be an illuminating lamp such as an LED lamp, an ultraviolet germicidal lamp or the like for germicidal use, or a combination of the two, and may be switched for use, or other functional lamps such as a mosquito-repellent lamp or the like, without departing from the principle of the present invention, and therefore, all will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the fixing position of the light emitting lamp 3 is various, for example, when the embodiment is the structure of fig. 2, the light emitting lamp 3 may be fixed on the first housing 21 or the pulsator, and accordingly, if the magnet induction power generation module 2 is provided on the inner tub and the magnet supply module 1 is provided on the pulsator, the light emitting lamp 3 may also be provided on the inner tub, and those skilled in the art may select an appropriate mounting position according to actual needs, without departing from the principle of the present invention, and thus will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, although only one magnet induction power generation module 2 and one magnet supply module 1 are exemplarily illustrated in fig. 2, the number of the two may be obviously set at will, and the two need not be set correspondingly, for example, three magnet supply modules 1 may be set in a circular path at the bottom of the inner tub, but five magnet induction power generation modules 2 are provided on the pulsator, which obviously still can generate power with the rotation of the pulsator, so that the light emitting lamp 3 is lighted, without departing from the principle of the present invention, and thus all will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Finally, it should be noted that although the present invention is described by taking a pulsator washing machine as an example, the laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention may be other apparatuses as well. For example, the washing machine may be a drum washing machine, and accordingly, the rotating part 4 is an inner drum, and the stationary part 5 is an outer drum, and the fixing manner is also similar to that of a pulsator washing machine, and the principle is the same, and will not be described again.
It should be noted that, when those skilled in the art face such problems, the first condition is to arrange the wires on the outer periphery of the rotating portion 4, however, as long as the wires are arranged near the outer periphery of the rotating portion 4, more wires are transmitted to the vicinity of the rotating portion 4 through the operation panel, and especially for the drum washing machine, the wires are usually snapped on the long-term stationary housing or outer drum outside the rotating portion 4, which is not much affected in a short period. However, the washing machine belongs to an electronic product used for a long time, the service life is long, the problem of circuit safety quality is not very much, the buckle usually falls off under the long-term vibration working condition, so that the electric wire can not be completely attached to the outer side, once the rotating part 4 winds the circuit into rotation, a serious leakage accident or even a fire disaster can be caused, and in view of the above, although the lighting of the rotating part 4 of the drum washing machine is necessary, in view of safety, a wiring method with high safety performance is not provided for solving the problem by technical personnel in the field. In view of the fact that the light-emitting lamp 3 itself does not require much electric power to maintain the light, and the more the wires are routed outside the rotating portion 4, the higher the risk, the inventors have creatively proposed the above-mentioned solution to solve the problem of supplying the power to the light-emitting lamp 3. The inventor tests for many times, the electric energy generated by cutting the magnetic induction wire through the coil 23 is enough to maintain the lighting of the luminescent lamp 3, and the method does not need to wire outside the rotating part 4, thereby solving the problem that more wires are easy to be drawn into the rotating part 4, saving the electric energy, avoiding the problem that the electric connection between the rotating roller and the static external power supply is difficult, and providing a new direction for solving the problem for the internal lighting of the washing machine.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
