Abstract
The invention discloses an ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair washing and caring products and application thereof, belonging to the field of daily chemical products. The ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for the hair washing and caring products is prepared by compounding dimethiconol with a specific molecular weight and polydimethylsiloxane with a specific viscosity, has more excellent hair nursing and synergistic effects compared with the products which adopt a single dimethiconone compound as a lubricant in the existing products under the condition of the same viscosity, can endow the used hair with continuous soft, smooth and refreshing feeling, and can not generate heavy feeling or greasy feeling, and is suitable for various hair washing and caring products. The invention also discloses an application of the ultra-smooth silicone oil composition in preparing hair washing and caring products.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemical products, in particular to an ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair washing and care products and application thereof.
Background
As one of the indispensable raw materials in the hair washing and caring products, the silicone oil can be mixed with the rest components according to the characteristics of different dosage form products, so that the hair can be cleaned, refreshed, smooth and glossy after the product is used. However, the differences in composition, molecular weight and viscosity of the silicone oil or silicone oil composition used in the existing products can cause the effects after use to be quite different: if the components are not matched properly, the viscosity is too high, although the hair can have transient smooth feeling and glossy feeling after use, the lasting effect is not long, and instead, the smooth feeling is changed into greasy and sticky feeling, and the hair collapses, slides and is not comfortable; however, when the viscosity of the silicone oil or the silicone oil composition is insufficient, the fine damage on the hair cannot be repaired and filled, and the product has good refreshing feeling after use, but the hair has extremely strong hydrophobicity, and has a certain degree of frizzy bifurcation, is cool and not smooth.
Therefore, there is still a need in the art to develop a silicone oil or silicone oil composition for use in hair care products, which actually imparts a long lasting smooth feel to the hair after use.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for a hair washing and caring product, wherein the product is prepared by mutually matching high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane alcohol and low-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane, and the obtained silicone oil composition can be directly used or is matched with other raw materials after being emulsified to prepare the hair washing and caring product which can effectively endow hair with continuous and long-acting smooth and refreshing feeling.

After a plurality of research and development experiments, the inventor of the application finds that the compound of the dimethiconol with a specific molecular weight and the dimethicones with a specific viscosity has more excellent hair care and synergistic effects under the condition of the same viscosity compared with the product which adopts a single dimethiconol compound as a lubricant in the existing product, can endow the used hair with continuous soft and smooth feeling and no heavy feeling or greasy feeling, and is suitable for various hair washing and care products.
Meanwhile, the dimethiconol with higher molecular weight is biased to colloid with poorer fluidity, so that the error in the viscosity test process is larger, the difference of the measured values of samples among batches in the production process is overlarge, if the screening is carried out by taking the viscosity as the characteristic in the prior art, the viscosity and the using effect of a final product are hardly considered, and according to the report of the existing literature, the larger the molecular weight of the dimethiconol is, the larger the viscosity is, so that the accuracy is higher by taking the average molecular weight as the screening standard.
In addition, a common dimethyl siloxane compound is generally selected from a silicone oil product as a low-viscosity compound (0.5-5 cst) with high volatility, so that the final product has good refreshing feeling. The silicone oil composition obtained by the preferable proportion has moderate viscosity and stable property, can be regulated and controlled according to the dosage form of an actual product, and has excellent performance of the prepared product.
Preferably, the low-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-60% of polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 5-200 cst and 40-80% of polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 700-1000 cst.

Detailed Description
In order to better illustrate the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples and comparative examples, which are intended to be understood in detail, but not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step are within the scope of protection of the present invention. The experimental reagents and instruments designed for the practice of the present invention and the comparative examples are common reagents and instruments unless otherwise specified.
The average molecular weights of the raw materials of dimethiconol and polydimethylsiloxane in the examples/comparative examples of the invention are determined by the molecular weight viscometry described in GB/T28610-; when the viscosity of the polydimethylsiloxane and the final product is not more than 1000cst, the viscosity is measured by a GB/T10247-2008 chapter 2 (capillary method); when the viscosity is more than 1000cst, the viscosity is measured by the GB/T10247-2008 chapter 4 (rotation method) standard method. The test values are average values after determination, and the difference between the values and the actual test values is 1-5%, which is about the value after the rounding.

In order to verify the viscosity stability of the ultra-smooth silicone oil composition of the present invention, the products obtained in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were stored at room temperature (25 ℃) and 45 ℃ for 2 hours, and the viscosity before and after the product storage was measured, and the results are shown in table 3.

The ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair care and washing products according to claim 5, wherein the ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair care and washing products comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of high molecular weight dimethiconol and 80-85 parts of low viscosity polydimethylsiloxane; the average molecular weight of the dimethiconol is 900000-1100000 g/mol; the viscosity of the polydimethylsiloxane is 5-1000 cst; the low-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-30% of polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 50-200 cst and 70-80% of polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 800-1000 cst.

The ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair care and washing products according to claim 5, wherein the ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair care and washing products comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of high molecular weight dimethiconol and 80-85 parts of low viscosity polydimethylsiloxane; the average molecular weight of the dimethiconol is 900000-1100000 g/mol; the viscosity of the polydimethylsiloxane is 5-1000 cst; the low-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-40% of polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 5-50 cst and 60-70% of polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 700-800 cst.

The ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair care and washing products according to claim 5, wherein the ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair care and washing products comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of high molecular weight dimethiconol and 80-85 parts of low viscosity polydimethylsiloxane; the average molecular weight of the dimethiconol is 900000-1100000 g/mol; the viscosity of the polydimethylsiloxane is 5-1000 cst; the low-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 70-80% of polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 5-50 cst and 20-30% of polydimethylsiloxane with the viscosity of 800-1000 cst.
9. Use of the ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair care and washing products according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for the preparation of hair care and washing products.
10. Use of the ultra-smooth silicone oil composition for hair care products according to claim 9 for the preparation of hair care products comprising conditioners, shampoos, hair repair lotions and hair tonics.
