The fixed contact baffle of the handcart type breaker cabinet has the following action principle when in actual operation: when the circuit breaker is pushed into the handcart room, the roller is pressed, the roller is stressed, the baffle is lifted up through the connecting rod, and then the movable contact enters the static contact room, so that the circuit breaker is in a working position.
