An equipment for pulverizing granular medicine in endocrinology department, as shown in figure 1-2, comprises a support frame 1, a first outer frame 2, a first fixed column 3, a cylinder 4, a cutting knife 5, a first spring 6, a second fixed column 7, a first rotating shaft 8, a straight gear 9, a spur rack 10, a second rotating shaft 11, a first placing frame 12, a turnover mechanism 13 and a collecting mechanism 14, wherein the support frame 1 is symmetrically arranged at the front and back of the side part of the first outer frame 2, the first fixed column 3 is arranged in the middle of the front side of the first outer frame 2, the cylinder 4 is arranged on the first fixed column 3, the cutting knife 5 is arranged at the front and back sides of the first outer frame 2 in a sliding manner, the first spring 6 is connected between the cutting knife 5 and the first outer frame 2, the telescopic rod of the cylinder 4 is connected with the cutting knife 5 at the front side, the second fixed column 7 is arranged at the middle position of the left and right sides of the first outer frame 2, the first rotating shaft 8 is arranged on the second fixed columns 7 at both sides in a rotating manner, all be equipped with straight-teeth gear 9 in the first pivot 8, the left and right sides of front and back both sides cutting knife 5 all is equipped with spur rack 10, two spur rack 10 positions of rear side are higher than two spur rack 10 of front side, the spur rack 10 of front and back both sides all meshes with adjacent straight-teeth gear 9, the rotary type is equipped with second pivot 11 between the second fixed column 7 of the left and right sides, the intermediate position of second pivot 11 is equipped with first frame 12 of placing, be equipped with tilting mechanism 13 between second fixed column 7 and the second pivot 11, be equipped with collection mechanism 14 on the first outer frame 2.
When a user needs to crush medicines, the equipment can be used, firstly, tablets needing to be crushed are placed in a first placing frame 12, then, a cylinder 4 is started, a telescopic rod of the cylinder 4 drives a cutting knife 5 and a straight rack 10 on the front side to move towards the rear side, the straight rack 10 on the front side is meshed with a straight gear 9, the straight gear 9 and a first rotating shaft 8 are rotated, further, the cutting knife 5 on the rear side is meshed with the straight rack 10 on the rear side through the straight gear 9, the cutting knife 5 on the rear side moves towards the front side, at the moment, a first spring 6 is compressed, the cutting knives 5 on two sides simultaneously move towards the inner side, so that the tablets in the first placing frame 12 can be crushed, after crushing is completed, the user can start the cylinder 4 again, the cylinder 4 drives the cutting knife 5 and the straight rack 10 on the front side to move towards the front side, further, the straight rack 10 on the rear side moves towards the rear side through the straight gear 9, at this moment, the first spring 6 resets, and the spur rack 10 on both sides drives the component of tilting mechanism 13 to move in the process of resetting, so that tilting mechanism 13 drives first placing frame 12 to overturn, so that the first tablet crushed in placing frame 12 is poured out, and the crushed tablet is collected through collecting mechanism 14, and when the user does not need to crush the tablet, the cylinder 4 is closed.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, the turnover mechanism 13 includes a connecting rod 131, a ratchet bar 132, second springs 133, ratchet wheels 134 and a first torsion spring 135, the connecting rod 131 is symmetrically disposed at the rear side of the bottom of the cutting knife 5 at the front side, the ratchet bars 132 are slidably disposed at the rear side of the connecting rod 131, two second springs 133 are connected between the ratchet bars 132 and the connecting rod 131, the number of the second springs 133 is four, the ratchet wheels 134 are disposed on the second rotating shafts 11, the ratchet wheels 134 are engaged with the ratchet bars 132 at the same side, and the first torsion spring 135 is connected between the ratchet wheels 134 and the second rotating shafts 11.
The cutting knife 5 of front side drives ratchet bar 132 and moves to the rear side, ratchet bar 132 can not drive ratchet 134 and rotate this moment, and ratchet 134 can extrude ratchet bar 132, make ratchet bar 132 move down, second spring 133 is compressed, when the cutting knife 5 of front side moves to the front side and resets, drive ratchet bar 132 and move to the front side simultaneously, ratchet bar 132 and ratchet 134 mesh this moment, make ratchet 134 drive second pivot 11 and first place frame 12 and overturn, and then make first tablet of placing in the frame 12 pour out, first torsion spring 135 takes place deformation, when ratchet bar 132 does not contact with ratchet 134, under the reset action of first torsion spring 135, the equal counter rotation of second pivot 11 and ratchet 134 resets.
The collecting mechanism 14 includes a first supporting plate 141, a sliding rail 142 and a collecting frame 143, the sliding rails 142 are symmetrically disposed on both front and rear sides of the first outer frame 2, the first supporting plate 141 is connected between the sliding rails 142, the collecting frame 143 is slidably disposed on the sliding rails 142, and the collecting frame 143 is slidably contacted with the first supporting plate 141.
When the first placing frame 12 is turned upside down, in which the pulverized tablets fall down in the collecting frame 143, the user can move the collecting frame 143 and collect and take out the tablets in the collecting frame 143.
Example 3
On the basis of the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the blanking device 15 further includes a blanking mechanism 15, the blanking mechanism 15 includes a second outer frame 151, a third fixing column 152, a first blanking plate 153, a second blanking plate 154, a baffle 155, a third rotating shaft 156, a second torsion spring 157, a first pushing plate 158, a rotating rod 159, a second pushing plate 1510, a limiting plate 1511 and a third torsion spring 1512, the second outer frame 151 is disposed on the top of the first outer frame 2, the third fixing column 152 is disposed on the front side of the inner wall of the first outer frame 2 in a bilateral symmetry manner, the third rotating shaft 156 is rotatably disposed between the two third fixing columns 152, the first blanking plate 153 is disposed in the middle of the third rotating shaft 156, the second blanking plate 154 is disposed in the middle of the second rotating shaft 156, the baffle 155 is disposed in the middle of the rear side of the inner wall of the second outer frame 151, a second torsion spring 157 is connected between the third fixing column 152 and the second blanking plate 154, the second torsion spring 157 is sleeved on the third rotating shaft 156, the left and right sides of third pivot 156 all is equipped with first push pedal 158, and the second pivot 11 left and right sides all is equipped with bull stick 159, and the equal rotary type is equipped with second push pedal 1510 on the bull stick 159, is connected with third torsional spring 1512 between second push pedal 1510 and the bull stick 159, all is equipped with limiting plate 1511 on the bull stick 159.
The user can place the tablets to be crushed on the first material dropping plate 153 and move to the second material dropping plate 154 along the first material dropping plate 153, the baffle 155 can resist the tablets to prevent the tablets from falling into the first placing frame 12 in advance, the second rotating shaft 11 drives the upper part to rotate, so that the second push plate 1510 rotates to contact with the first push plate 158, the third torsion spring 1512 deforms, when the first push plate 158 does not contact with the second push plate 1510, the third torsion spring 1512 drives the second push plate 1510 to reset, when the second rotating shaft 11 drives the upper part to rotate in the reverse direction, the second push plate 1510 rotates again to contact with the first push plate 158, because the limiting plate 1511 resists the second push plate 1510, the second push plate 1510 drives the first push plate 158 and the third rotating shaft 156 to rotate, and further drives the first material dropping plate 153 and the second material dropping plate 154 to turn over to the rear side, the second torsion spring 157 deforms, at this time, the tablets on the second material dropping plate 154 can fall down into the first placing frame 12, when the second pushing plate 1510 no longer contacts the first pushing plate 158, the second torsion spring 157 drives the third rotating shaft 156 and the upper part thereof to rotate reversely and reset.
Still including protection mechanism 16, protection mechanism 16 is including fourth fixed column 161, fixed frame 162, closing cap 163, slide bar 164, third spring 165 and handle 166, the equal bilateral symmetry formula in both sides is equipped with fourth fixed column 161 around the second outer frame 151, all be connected with fixed frame 162 between the fourth fixed column 161 of the left and right sides, bilateral symmetry formula is equipped with slide bar 164 on the fixed frame 162 of front side, slidingtype is equipped with closing cap 163 between two slide bars 164, closing cap 163 all with be connected with third spring 165 between two slide bars 164, be equipped with handle 166 in the middle of the front side of closing cap 163.
Before the tablet is placed on the first material dropping plate 153, the user can pull the handle 166 and the cover 163, so that the cover 163 slides along the sliding rod 164, the third spring 165 is deformed, after the tablet is placed, the user does not apply force to the cover 163 any more, and the cover 163 is reset under the reset action of the third spring 165.

The material pouring mechanism 18 is further included, the material pouring mechanism 18 comprises a sixth fixing column 181, a first fixture block 182, a fourth spring 183, a second fixture block 184 and a fourth torsion spring 185, the sixth fixing column 181 is symmetrically arranged on the left and right of the front side of the bottom of the pressing plate 172, the first fixture block 182 is arranged on each sixth fixing column 181 in a sliding mode, the fourth spring 183 is connected between the first fixture block 182 and the sixth fixing column 181, the second fixture block 184 is arranged on each of the left and right of the rotating plate 174, and the fourth torsion spring 185 is connected between the rotating plate 174 and the fifth fixing column 173.
When the cylinder 4 drives the pressing plate 172, the sixth fixing column 181 and the upper part thereof to move backward, when the first latch 182 moves to contact with the second latch 184, the first latch 182 moves downward, the fourth spring 183 is compressed, when the first latch 182 moves backward to be not in contact with the second latch 184, the fourth spring 183 drives the first latch 182 to move upward to reset, when the second supporting plate 171 drives the sixth fixing column 181 and the upper part thereof to move forward, the first latch 182 abuts against the second latch 184 at this time, and the second latch 184 drives the rotating plate 174 to turn over, so that the ground powder falls downward, the fourth torsion spring 185 deforms, and when the first latch 182 does not contact with the second latch 184, the fourth torsion spring 185 drives the rotating plate 174 to reset.
