the second servo motor 7d is arranged on the rectangular shell 7a, and the output end of the second servo motor 7d is connected with the driving gear 7 c;
the two-position rotation driving mechanism 7 starts to work, the output end of the second servo motor 7d drives the driving gear 7c to rotate repeatedly in the forward and reverse directions, the driving gear 7c drives the linkage gears 6a1 of the two material clamping assemblies 6 to rotate repeatedly in the forward and reverse directions through the double-sided rack 7b, and the rectangular shell 7a is used for fixed support.
The longitudinal moving mechanism 8 shown in fig. 9 includes:
a top plate 8a provided at an output end of the linear actuator 9;
a push cylinder 8b provided at the bottom of the top plate 8 a;
the longitudinal moving plate 8c is arranged at the output end of the pushing cylinder 8b, limiting rods 8c1 are symmetrically arranged at the top of the longitudinal moving plate 8c, and the limiting rods 8c1 penetrate through the top plate 8a and are in sliding connection with the top plate;
the longitudinal moving mechanism 8 starts to work, the output end of the pushing cylinder 8b pushes the two-position rotation driving mechanism 7 to descend through the longitudinal moving plate 8c, the limiting rod 8c1 is used for guiding the moving direction of the longitudinal moving plate 8c, and the top plate 8a is used for fixing and supporting.

the third servo motor 9e is arranged on the base 9a, and the output end of the third servo motor 9e is connected with the first synchronous wheel 9 b;
the linear actuator 9 begins to work, and the output of third servo motor 9e drives first synchronizing wheel 9b and rotates, and first synchronizing wheel 9b passes through the hold-in range and drives the removal of work piece 9d, and work piece 9d drives longitudinal movement mechanism 8 and removes along with it, and base 9a is used for the fixed stay, and second synchronizing wheel 9c is used for supporting the hold-in range and the cooperation rotates.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a worker adds washing water mixed with enzyme into the interior of a cleaning shell 1, then places a plurality of stones on the top of a hollowed-out partition plate 2, then clamps and hangs a plurality of clothes on the bottoms of fixed disks 6b of two material clamping components 6 through clamping jaws 6c, a linear driver 9 starts to work, an output end of a third servo motor 9e drives a first synchronous wheel 9b to rotate, the first synchronous wheel 9b drives a working block 9d to move through a synchronous belt, the working block 9d drives a longitudinal moving mechanism 8 to move along with the longitudinal moving mechanism, the two material clamping components 6 are indirectly driven to move to the upper side of the cleaning shell 1 through a two-position rotary driving mechanism 7, the longitudinal moving mechanism 8 starts to work, an output end of a pushing cylinder 8b pushes the two-position rotary driving mechanism 7 to descend through a longitudinal moving plate 8c, the two-position rotary driving mechanism 7 drives output ends of the two material clamping components 6 to enter the interior of the cleaning shell 1, the anti-splashing mechanism 5 starts to work, two output ends of the double-head cylinder 5a respectively drive the first folding plate 5b and the second folding plate 5c to approach each other, the first folding plate 5b and the second folding plate 5c cover the feeding and discharging on the top of the cleaning shell 1 to prevent the washing water from splashing, the liquid rotating mechanism 3 and the two-position rotary driving mechanism 7 simultaneously start to work, the rotary driving component 3c starts to work, the output end of the first servo motor 3c1 drives the first belt pulley 3c2 to rotate, the first belt pulley 3c2 drives the two second belt pulleys 3c3 to rotate through a belt, the two second belt pulleys 3c3 drive the linkage rod 3a1 of the first stirring component 3a and the second stirring component 3b to rotate in the same direction, the linkage rod 3a1 drives the paddle wheel 3a2 to rotate along with the linkage rod, the washing water in the cleaning shell 1 is stirred through the two paddle wheels 3a2, the output end of the second servo motor 7d drives the driving gear 7c to repeatedly rotate in the positive and negative directions, the driving gear 7c drives the linkage gears 6a1 of the two material clamping components 6 to repeatedly rotate in the forward and reverse directions through the double-sided rack 7b, the driving rod 6a drives the fixed disc 6b to repeatedly rotate in the forward and reverse directions, the fixed disc 6b drives the clothes to repeatedly rotate in the forward and reverse directions through the clamping jaws 6c, a plurality of clothes continuously rub the stones on the top of the hollowed-out partition plate 2 while stirring with washing water until the yeast stone washing is completed, the drainage mechanism 4 starts to work, the drainage valve 4a opens the water outlet of the washing shell 1, the water pump 4c pumps and discharges the washing water in the washing shell 1 through the drainage pipe 4b, the drainage mechanism 4 discharges the washing water in the washing shell 1, the liquid rotating mechanism 3 stops working, the two material clamping components 6 continuously drive the plurality of clothes to rotate along with the clothes, and the clothes are dried.
The device realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems provided by the invention:
firstly, adding washing water mixed with enzyme into a cleaning shell 1 by a worker, and then placing a plurality of stones on the top of a hollow partition plate 2;
secondly, the working personnel clamp and hang a plurality of clothes on the output ends of the two material clamping components 6;
step three, the linear driver 9 starts to work, the output end of the linear driver 9 drives the longitudinal moving mechanism 8 to move, and the two material clamping assemblies 6 are indirectly driven to move to the upper part of the cleaning shell 1 through the double-position rotary driving mechanism 7;
fourthly, the longitudinal moving mechanism 8 starts to work, the output end of the longitudinal moving mechanism 8 drives the two-position rotary driving mechanism 7 to descend, and the two-position rotary driving mechanism 7 drives the output ends of the two material clamping assemblies 6 to enter the cleaning shell 1;
fifthly, the anti-splashing mechanism 5 starts to work, and the output end of the anti-splashing mechanism 5 closes the feed and discharge port at the top of the cleaning shell 1 to prevent the washing water in the cleaning shell 1 from splashing;
step six, the liquid rotating mechanism 3 and the two-position rotating driving mechanism 7 start to work simultaneously, and the output end of the liquid rotating mechanism 3 stirs the washing water in the washing shell 1;
seventhly, the output end of the double-position rotary driving mechanism 7 drives the stress ends of the two material clamping assemblies 6 to rotate in a forward and reverse reciprocating mode, the output ends of the two material clamping assemblies 6 drive a plurality of clothes to rotate along with the clothes, and the clothes are stirred with washing water and continuously rub stones on the tops of the hollow partition plates 2 until the enzymatic stone washing is finished;
step eight, the drainage mechanism 4 starts to work, and the drainage mechanism 4 discharges the washing water for cleaning the interior of the shell 1;
and step nine, stopping the liquid rotating mechanism 3, and continuously driving the plurality of clothes to rotate along with the two material clamping assemblies 6, so that the clothes are dried.

Claims (10)
1. A washing water equipment for clothing ferment stone is washed, characterized by comprising:
cleaning the shell (1); used for containing washing water;
the hollow clapboard (2) is arranged below the interior of the cleaning shell (1), and the hollow clapboard (2) is used for containing stones;

a material clamping assembly (6);
the two-position rotary driving mechanism (7) is provided with two material clamping components (6), the two material clamping components (6) are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the two-position rotary driving mechanism (7), and the output end of the two-position rotary driving mechanism (7) is connected with the stress ends of the two material clamping components (6);
the longitudinal moving mechanism (8), the two-position rotation driving mechanism (7) is arranged at the output end of the longitudinal moving mechanism (8), and the longitudinal moving mechanism (8) is used for driving the two-position rotation driving mechanism (7) to move longitudinally;
the linear driver (9) is arranged at the side of the cleaning shell (1), and the longitudinal moving mechanism (8) is arranged at the output end of the linear driver (9).
2. Washing apparatus for enzymatic stonewashing of clothing according to claim 1, characterized in that the liquid rotation mechanism (3) comprises:
the cleaning device comprises a first stirring assembly (3a) and a second stirring assembly (3b), wherein the first stirring assembly (3a) and the second stirring assembly (3b) are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of a cleaning shell (1), and the first stirring assembly (3a) and the second stirring assembly (3b) are rotatably connected with the cleaning shell (1);
the rotary driving assembly (3c) is arranged outside the cleaning shell (1), and the output end of the rotary driving assembly (3c) is in transmission connection with the stress ends of the first stirring assembly (3a) and the second stirring assembly (3 b).
3. A washing apparatus for enzymatic stonewashing of clothing according to claim 2, characterized in that the first stirring assembly (3a) and the second stirring assembly (3b) are structurally identical, the first stirring assembly (3a) comprising:
the linkage rod (3a1) penetrates through the bottom of the cleaning shell (1) and is rotatably connected with the bottom of the cleaning shell, and the bottom end of the linkage rod (3a1) is in transmission connection with the output end of the rotary driving component (3 c);
the paddle wheel (3a2) is arranged at the top end of the linkage rod (3a1) and is fixedly connected with the linkage rod.
4. A washing apparatus for enzymatic stonewashing of garments according to claim 2, characterized in that the rotary drive assembly (3c) comprises:
a first servo motor (3c1) provided outside the cleaning case (1);
the first belt pulley (3c2) is arranged at the output end of the first servo motor (3c 1);
the number of the second belt pulleys (3c3) is two, the two second belt pulleys (3c3) are respectively arranged at the stress ends of the first stirring component (3a) and the second stirring component (3b), and the first belt pulley (3c2) is in transmission connection with the two second belt pulleys (3c3) through a belt.
5. A washing apparatus for enzymatic stonewashing of clothing according to claim 1, characterized in that the draining means (4) comprise:
the drain valve (4a) is arranged at the water outlet of the cleaning shell (1);
one end of the drain pipe (4b) is connected with the drain valve (4 a);
the other end of the water pump (4c) and the water discharge pipe (4b) are connected with the water pump (4 c).
6. A washing apparatus for enzymatic stonewashing of clothing according to claim 1, characterized in that the anti-splashing means (5) comprise:
a double-head cylinder (5a) arranged on one side of the cleaning shell (1);
the first folding plate (5b) and the second folding plate (5c) are symmetrically arranged at a feeding and discharging port at the top of the cleaning shell (1), the first folding plate (5b) and the second folding plate (5c) are both in sliding connection with the cleaning shell (1), and two output ends of the double-head cylinder (5a) are respectively connected with the stress ends of the first folding plate (5b) and the second folding plate (5 c).
7. A washing apparatus for enzymatic stonewashing of garments according to claim 1, characterized in that said material clamping assembly (6) comprises:
the driving rod (6a) penetrates through the non-working part of the double-position rotary driving mechanism (7) and is rotatably connected with the non-working part, the top end of the driving rod (6a) is provided with a linkage gear (6a1), and the linkage gear (6a1) is connected with the output end of the double-position rotary driving mechanism (7);
a fixed disc (6b) arranged at the bottom end of the driving rod (6 a);
the clamping jaws (6c) are multiple, and the clamping jaws (6c) are arranged at the bottom of the fixed disc (6b) in a surrounding mode.

a rectangular housing (7a) arranged at the output end of the longitudinal moving mechanism (8);
the double-sided rack (7b) is arranged in the rectangular shell (7a) and is in sliding connection with the rectangular shell, and one side of the double-sided rack (7b) is respectively connected with the linkage gears (6a1) of the two material clamping components (6);
the driving gear (7c) is arranged inside the rectangular shell (7a) and is rotatably connected with the rectangular shell, and the driving gear (7c) is connected with the other surface of the double-sided rack (7 b);
and the second servo motor (7d) is arranged on the rectangular shell (7a), and the output end of the second servo motor (7d) is connected with the driving gear (7 c).
