Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of screen protection materials, in particular to UV (ultraviolet) photocuring glue, a screen protection film, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Along with social development, electronic products are used more and more, and in order to improve hand feeling, controllability and visual effect of the electronic products, a plurality of electronic products use curved screens. But the electronic product is difficult to avoid damage in the using process, and the appearance of the screen protective film obviously can well solve the problem. However, the existing mobile phone protective film can only be attached to a flat surface of a display, and the curved screen cannot be completely attached to the flat surface of the display due to edge bending. In order to meet the development of curved mobile phones, curved mobile phone protective films are correspondingly developed. The existing curved surface protective film mainly comprises three main types: firstly, adhering a TPU and acrylic adhesive film; hot bending the PET film; and thirdly, hot bending the toughened glass film.
However, the above curved surface protection film has the following drawbacks: TPU + acrylic adhesive film: the TPU material belongs to a soft film series, is wholly soft and not stiff enough, so that the alignment is not accurate during film pasting, the requirement on a film pasting method is high, the acrylic adhesive has high viscosity and poor flowability, and the whole film pasting experience is influenced by the aid of corresponding scratch card auxiliary exhaust during film pasting. Hot bending the PET film: the PET is adopted as a base material, other hardened layer designs are lacked, the surface hardness of the product is low, and the durability of the product is poor. Thirdly, hot bending the toughened glass film: the cost is high, the edge is easy to break, and the tolerance value in the hot bending process can not be compensated by a corresponding glue layer due to the integral rigidity of the glass, so that the middle part of the product can have no glue phenomenon, and the control sensitivity is influenced. In addition, most of the existing curved surface protective films are prepared by adopting a tape casting method, so that the production cost is further increased, and the 3D protective film is high in price.
Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to develop a coating type UV light curing glue and a screen protection film prepared therefrom to solve the problems of sticking film lifting and high cost caused by the over-hardness and over-stiffness of the existing general 3D protection film substrate.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Experimental example 1
The manufacturing method has the advantages that the UV curing glue is coated on the ROLL TO ROLL production process, the quality problems caused by attaching the protective film by the attaching process, such as the quality problems caused by attaching the protective film due TO the fact that the base material is too hard, the sticking film is warped due TO too high stiffness, and the like, can be effectively solved by forming the film after curing, and the too high production cost can be effectively reduced. In addition, the pressing force channel is too large in the process of film bonding and protecting, so that the structure or special functionality of the characteristic of the protected object is damaged, and the damage can be greatly reduced when the protective film produced by the process is used for protecting the protected object. Now, the performance of the screen protection films prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 and the comparative example 1 of the present application is tested, and the specific results are as follows:
note: 1) easy stripping property, the coating of the coating type UV curing glue is stripped from the surface of an irregular workpiece, and if the coating is easy to strip, the easy stripping property is good; 2) the hardness was measured by the Shore durometer, and the hardness of HA was almost close to the measurement range of the durometer (100 HA). 3) The viscosity measurement temperature was 60 ℃. 4) The strength tests were performed in triplicate and the maximum value was taken. 5) The initial b values are measured in reflection mode and the transmission and haze values are measured in transmission mode.
According to the test results, the screen protection film prepared by the method has excellent tensile strength and shore hardness, and has certain elasticity and elongation. The technical difficulties that the existing common 3D protective film is too hard and too high in stiffness, so that the sticking film is warped and the like can be solved, in addition, the price of the selected materials is substantial, expensive large-scale instruments and equipment are not needed, the production cost can be reduced to a certain extent, and the problem that the cost of the protective film is high is solved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
