Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink-jet printing, in particular to ink for an ink-jet printer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the popularization of computers, ink-jet printers are widely used, and compared with laser printers, the printers are lower in price, smaller in noise, and capable of obtaining high-quality color graphics and image output, and are more and more accepted by wide users, the popularization rate is gradually improved, and families and office affairs tend to be more convenient, efficient and standard. Due to the particularity of the inkjet printing method, there are high demands for inks for inkjet printers, such as very strict demands for the viscosity, resistivity, compatibility of components, solubility, and wettability to a substrate of the ink.
Ink for inkjet printers generally consists of colorants, binders, and other additives. The ink for the traditional ink-jet printer can fade rapidly under the irradiation of outdoor light, is not scratch-resistant, is not waterproof and is easy to oxidize. Ink-jet printers in the market are generally poor in stability, and flocculation and precipitation can be generated after the ink-jet printers are stored for a long time, so that a spray head of an ink box is blocked; after printing, the paper generates foul smell and nose choking smell; the durability and stability of the ink-jet image are not good.
For example, chinese patent document CN 104212240B discloses an ink for inkjet printer using a compound plant extract, which can not only release negative air ions for a long time, purify air, and benefit human health; also has certain inhibiting and killing effects on staphylococcus, escherichia coli, gram-positive bacteria and other various germs and fungi; meanwhile, the refreshing tea has fragrant smell, is fresh and refreshing, relieves pressure, can leave lasting fragrance after being used, has the health-care effects of refreshing and restoring consciousness and eliminating fatigue, is suitable for all ages, and has very wide application prospect. However, the components are many and complex, the price is high, and the performance stability, the scratch resistance and the waterproof performance need to be further improved.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the ink for the ink-jet printer and the preparation method thereof, wherein the ink has the advantages of good printing performance, good adhesive force, stable performance, scratch resistance, good waterproofness, excellent durability and stability of ink-jet images, high drying speed, and safe and environment-friendly use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the ink for the ink-jet printer is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-6 parts of pigment, 1-4 parts of water-soluble polymerized cyclodextrin, 1-3 parts of bis (2-hydroxyethyl) amino (trihydroxymethyl) methane, 2-5 parts of water-soluble hyperbranched epoxy resin, 1-3 parts of surfactant, 0.5-1.2 parts of drier, 0.2-0.7 part of flatting agent and 80-120 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, the leveling agent is one or more of a polyacrylate leveling agent, a cellulose acetate butyrate leveling agent and a polyvinyl butyral leveling agent.
Preferably, the drier is a mixture of any two or more of methanol, ethanol and isopropanol mixed in any proportion.
Preferably, the surfactant is at least one of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and AEO 9.
Preferably, the water-soluble hyperbranched epoxy resin is prepared by the method of example 1 in CN 201110132641.9.
Preferably, the pigment is at least one of direct black 168 and PK 7.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the ink for an inkjet printer, comprising the steps of: mixing the raw materials in proportion, dispersing at the dispersion speed of 8000-12000rpm at 50-60 ℃ for 10-20 minutes, and then at the dispersion speed of 15000-22000rpm at 30-40 ℃ for 15-25 minutes; and filtering to obtain the ink for the ink-jet printer.
