(1) manufacturing a material blocking barrel larger than a sensor shell, suspending a material in a funnel so that the material cannot be directly impacted, approaching two relative positions of ore discharge as close as possible, and suspending two suspension type inclined signal sensors on a suspension rod in advance;
(2) when the materials fall to generate splashing, the material blocking barrel on the outermost layer shakes, and the sensor shell does not shake, so that the phenomenon that the alarm signal belt stops due to misoperation and the belt pressing accident occurs is avoided; when the material is blocked and rises to the material blocking cylinder, the material blocking cylinder inclines, and meanwhile, the suspension type inclination signal sensor is driven to incline to send a stop signal;
