As shown in fig. 6, the method includes steps S110 to S150.
S110, acquiring the weight of the water collecting device sensed by the gravity sensing device, and comparing the weight with a preset weight threshold value.
In the embodiment of the invention, the weight of the water collecting device sensed by the gravity sensing device can be converted into an electric signal and sent to the control device, and the control device can be a controller. After receiving the electric signal, the control device compares the weight corresponding to the electric signal with a preset weight threshold value stored in the control device in advance, and performs different processing according to different comparison results.
In some embodiments, such as the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the step S110 may be followed by steps S110a-S110 b.
S110a, if the weight is not larger than a preset weight threshold value, identifying the working state of the heating device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the weight of the water collecting device is less than the preset weight threshold value pre-stored by the control device, it indicates that the water level of the condensed water in the water collecting device does not reach the critical value, and the condensed water does not need to be treated, and at the same time, it is possible that the heating device has already started to operate, and the water level of the water collecting device is lowered by converting the condensed water into steam, so that the operating state of the heating device needs to be further identified.
S110b, if the heating device is in the running state, the heating device is closed.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the heating device is in the running state, the condensed water exceeding the critical line in the water collecting device is converted into the water vapor, so that the heating device can be turned off, and the power consumption of the air conditioner is reduced.
And S120, if the weight of the water collecting device is larger than the preset weight threshold value, controlling the heating device to heat the water collecting device so as to convert the condensed water into steam.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the weight of the condensate in the water collecting device is greater than the predetermined weight threshold, it indicates that the water level of the condensate in the water collecting device exceeds the critical value, and therefore, the water collecting device needs to be heated to convert the condensate into water vapor so as to lower the water level in the water collecting device.
In some embodiments, such as the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the step S120 may be followed by steps S120a-S120 c.
S120a, obtaining the sampling weight W of the air conditioner at the current momentnAnd a standard weight MnComparing the sample weight WnAnd the standard weight MnThe size of (2).
In the embodiment of the present invention, the control device may include a timer unit for recording an operation time of each device when cooling is started from the air conditioner. Wherein the weight W of the samplenReal-time weight, standard weight M of water collection device obtained for gravity sensing devicenThe theoretical value of the condensed water generated by the air conditioner in the normal refrigeration process corresponding to the running time is based on the weight of the condensed water remained after the condensed water in the water collecting device is converted into the water vapor under the heating of the heating device in the previous normal operation process of the air conditioner, for example, after the air conditioner is operated for two hours, the weight of the condensed water remained after the condensed water in the water collecting device is partially converted into the water vapor is M2Can mark the time after two hours as T2Then T is2The standard weight corresponding to the moment is M2. By comparing the sampling weight with the standard weight, whether the heating device normally operates can be preliminarily judged. Need to pay attention toThat is, the sampling weight W at each moment after the air conditioner starts to operatenAnd a standard weight MnAll change in the comparison of the sampled weight WnAnd a standard weight MnThe sampling weight W corresponding to the current moment of the air conditionernAnd a standard weight MnA comparison is made.
S120b, if the sampling weight WnGreater than said standard weight MnAnd acquiring the sampling relative humidity H of the air conditioner at the current momentnAnd theoretical relative humidity DnComparing the sampled relative humidity HnAnd the theoretical relative humidity DnThe size of (2).
In the embodiment of the invention, when the weight W is samplednGreater than standard weight MnIf so, it indicates that the heating device may be in failure, and therefore, further judgment of the relative humidity is required. Similarly, the theoretical relative humidity is the theoretical relative humidity of air corresponding to different moments when the air conditioner operates under normal conditions, and is the relative humidity corresponding to different moments when the air conditioner operates normally in the past. When weight W is samplednLess than or equal to the standard weight MnAnd if so, indicating that the air conditioner is in a normal working state.
S120b1, if the relative humidity H is samplednNot more than the theoretical relative humidity DnThen the corresponding alert action is performed.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the relative humidity H is samplednLess than theoretical relative humidity DnWhen the fault occurs, the heating device of the air conditioner is indicated, the water collecting device is not normally heated, and the water level of condensed water in the water collecting device is higher, a corresponding warning action can be executed to represent that the fault occurs in the heating device, and the warning action can be that warning information is output through a display screen.
In some embodiments, for example, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the step S120b1 specifically includes steps S120b11-S120b 13.
S120b11, if the relative humidity H is samplednNot more than the theoretical relative humidity DnThen judge what isThe weight W of the samplenWhether it is greater than or equal to the emergency warning value Mmax
In the embodiment of the invention, when the relative humidity H is samplednLess than theoretical relative humidity DnIn the process, the water collecting device can be confirmed to store a large amount of condensed water, and the heating device does not work normally, so that the sampling weight W can be further judgednWhether or not it is greater than MmaxAnd the emergency alarm value executes different alarm actions according to the judgment result. Wherein, the emergency alarm value MmaxIs the upper limit of the condensate water that the water collecting device can contain.
S120b11, if the sampling weight WnLess than the emergency alarm value MmaxIf yes, executing a first alarm action;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the weight W is samplednLess than the emergency warning value MmaxWhen the water collecting device is used, although a large amount of condensed water is stored in the water collecting device, the water collecting device does not reach the upper storage limit yet, so that a first warning action can be executed, and warning information is continuously output to the display screen to represent that the heating device has faults and needs to be maintained.
S120b13, if the sampling weight WnGreater than or equal to the emergency alarm value MmaxA second alert action is performed.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the weight W is samplednGreater than or equal to emergency alarm value MmaxWhen the temperature of the air conditioner is higher than the set temperature, and the temperature of the air conditioner is higher than the set temperature.
In some embodiments, such as the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the step S120b1 is followed by steps S120b2-S120b 4.
S120b2, if detecting the command of restarting the air conditioner, judging the sampling weight WnWhether it is less than the emergency warning value Mmax
In the embodiment of the invention, when the command of restarting the air conditioner is detected, the sampling weight W is requirednAnd an emergency alarm value MmaxThe judgment is made to determine that the current air conditioner is in a normal state, so that the condition that a worker forgets to process the last fault due to negligence and directly starts the air conditioner is avoided.
S120b3, if the sampling weight WnLess than the emergency alarm value MmaxAnd restarting the air conditioner.
