The off-line proportional valve detecting device of claim 1, wherein the parameter setting P65 of the frequency converter (11) is 10, when the proportional valve (10) is tested, the manual regulating valve (6) is firstly connected to the air source (5) and is adjusted to a proper pressure value, usually 0.6MP, as required, a breaker and a contactor start button are arranged in front of the power supply of the frequency converter (11), the power supply of the frequency converter (11) is started by pressing the start button, the frequency converter (11) operates, and the parameter output current of the frequency converter (11) is adjusted to change between 4 and 20 ma.

The off-line proportional valve detecting device of claim 1, wherein the air source (5) is connected, the air inlet of the proportional valve (10) is connected, the PU hose is connected with the air inlet (9) and the air outlet, the output proportion of the frequency converter (11) is adjusted at the moment, the output current is changed between 4 and 20ma, and the output pressure of the proportional valve (10) is changed within a set range.
9. The off-line proportional valve detecting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the output end of the proportional valve (10) is connected to the cylinder (2), and the cylinder (2) stretches when a pressure is output.
10. The using method of the off-line proportional valve detection device is characterized in that: the method uses the off-line proportional valve testing apparatus of any of claims 1-9, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
a. the power circuit breaker is opened.
b. And measuring whether the voltage at the lower side of the circuit breaker meets the requirement.
c. The main gas source (5) is switched on.
d. The pressure reducing valve (7) is rotated clockwise to a maximum limit.
e. A start button on the down converter (11) operation panel is pressed.
f. The black knob of the operation panel of the frequency converter (11) is rotated counterclockwise until the frequency value of the frequency converter (11) shows 0, and if 0, the step is skipped.
g. The frequency converter (11) is rotated clockwise to operate the panel knob.
h. The rotary to transducer operation (11) operates a panel frequency value display 50.
i. The display pressure of the proportional valve (10) is observed.
j. The start button and the stop button of the electromagnetic valve (3) are pressed in sequence, and the action of the air cylinder rod is observed.
k. The black knob of the operation panel of the frequency converter (11) is rotated counterclockwise until the frequency value of the frequency converter (11) is displayed as 0.
