s1: when the cabinet door 2 is opened by an operator, a starting switch 24 arranged on a door frame is triggered to start the fan 13, pollutants in the cabinet enter the interlayer 15 through the inclined upper perforation of the lower hole plate 16, and polluted gas enters the interlayer 15 by controlling the fan 13, wherein the wind speed is controlled to be 0.3-1.0 m/s;
s2: the air enters an upper orifice plate 37 through a clamp 15, then enters an air collecting and filtering device 7, then sequentially passes through a primary filter 9, a dry chemical filter 10, a secondary filter 11 and a high-efficiency filter 12, is induced by a fan 13 at the rear end of the high-efficiency filter 12, and is finally cleaned and removed through an air outlet 14;
s3: after an operator opens the cabinet door 2 to trigger the starting switch 24, the driving device 26 operates simultaneously, the driving motor 27 drives the driving screw 29 to push forwards, the driving rod 30 hinged to the driving screw 29 pushes forwards to push the protection left plate 22, the protection left plate 22 is movably inserted into the protection right sleeve 23 to prevent the cabinet door 2 from being opened, a certain distance is reserved between the left cabinet door 19 and the right cabinet door 20 in the process, the protection left plate 22 is connected with the protection right sleeve 23, the fan 13 operates to extract polluted gas through holes formed in the upper part and the lower part of the cabinet door 2 at the moment, the polluted degree of the operator at the moment of opening the cabinet door is avoided, after the driving motor 27 operates for 10-20s, the driving motor 27 automatically turns over to drive the driving screw 29 to retract, the operator can continue to open the cabinet door to work, and the harmful solvent gas exhaust process is completed;
s4: when the cabinet door 2 is completely closed after the work is finished, the fan 13 stops, and pollutant gas in the cabinet is discharged to the outside through the suction port.

A storage cabinet for preventing toxic and harmful solvents from diffusing comprises a cabinet body, wherein a cabinet door is connected to the cabinet body, and a base is mounted at the lower end of the cabinet body, the storage cabinet is characterized in that a plurality of layers of inner partition plates are arranged in the cabinet body, a suction opening is formed in one side of the cabinet body, the cabinet door comprises a left cabinet door and a right cabinet door, door handles are respectively arranged on the left cabinet door and the right cabinet door, an air collecting and filtering device is arranged at the upper end of the cabinet body and comprises primary filtration, dry chemical filtration, intermediate filtration and high-efficiency filtration, the dry chemical filtration is arranged on one side of the primary filtration, the intermediate filtration is arranged on one side of the dry chemical filtration, the high-efficiency filtration is arranged on one side of the intermediate filtration, a fan is arranged on one side of the high-efficiency filtration, an air outlet is formed on one side of the fan, and a protective device is arranged on the cabinet door, the protection device comprises a protection left plate and a protection right sleeve, the protection left plate is installed on the inner side of the left cabinet door, the protection right sleeve is installed on the inner side of the right cabinet door, a starting switch is arranged on the cabinet body, and the starting switch controls the fan.

A storage cabinet for preventing toxic and harmful solvents from diffusing according to claim 1, wherein a lower hole plate is arranged in the vertical direction of the multi-layer internal partition plate, the multi-layer internal partition plate is fixedly connected with the lower hole plate, an interlayer is arranged between the lower hole plate and the lower side of the back plate of the cabinet body, the interlayer extends to a position between the back plate and the upper hole plate, and the upper hole plate is connected with the air collecting and filtering device.

The storage cabinet for preventing the toxic and harmful solvent from diffusing according to claim 3, wherein the driving device comprises a driving motor, the driving motor is mounted on a motor base of the side wall of the cabinet body, the driving motor is rotatably connected with a driving screw, the driving screw is hinged with a driving rod, the driving rod is connected with the protection left plate, and the starting switch controls the driving device.

The storage cabinet for preventing the diffusion of toxic and harmful solvents according to claim 3, wherein a protection clamp plate is arranged on the protection right sleeve, the protection clamp plate comprises a movable plate and a fixed plate, the movable plate is mounted on one side of the protection right sleeve, the fixed plate is mounted on the other side of the protection right sleeve, a solenoid valve is arranged on the movable plate, the solenoid valve pushes the movable plate to move, and the solenoid valve is fixed on the protection right sleeve.

A cabinet for preventing toxic and harmful solvents from diffusing according to claim 2, wherein the lower perforated plate is provided with lower perforations, the lower perforations are arranged on the lower perforated plate in an upward inclined manner, the upper perforated plate is provided with upper perforations, and the upper perforations are arranged perpendicular to the upper perforated plate.

The cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dry chemical filter is composed of porous medium material and chemical agent, the porous medium material is one or more of alumina, activated carbon or molecular sieve, the chemical agent is one or more of potassium permanganate, sodium permanganate, phosphoric acid, FeS, MgO, NaOH, KOH or dibromothymolsulfonphthalein.
8. A process for manufacturing a storage cabinet for preventing the diffusion of toxic and harmful solvents, wherein the storage cabinet for preventing the diffusion of toxic and harmful solvents is the storage cabinet of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1: when the cabinet door is opened by an operator, a starting switch arranged on a door frame is triggered to start a fan, pollutants in the cabinet enter an interlayer through a through hole in the inclined upper part of the lower hole plate, and the air speed of the polluted gas entering the interlayer is controlled to be 0.3-1.0 m/s by controlling the fan;
s2: the air enters an upper orifice plate through an interlayer, then enters an air collecting and filtering device, then is sequentially subjected to primary filtration, dry chemical filtration, intermediate filtration and high-efficiency filtration, is induced by a fan at the rear end of the high-efficiency filtration, and is finally cleanly discharged through an air outlet;
s3: after an operator opens the cabinet door to trigger the starting switch, the driving device operates simultaneously, the driving motor drives the driving screw to push forwards, the driving rod hinged with the driving screw pushes forwards to push the protection left plate, the protection left plate is movably inserted into the protection right sleeve to prevent the cabinet door from being opened, a certain distance is reserved between the left cabinet door and the right cabinet door in the process, the protection left plate is connected with the protection right sleeve, the fan operates to extract polluted gas through holes formed in the upper part and the lower part of the cabinet door at the moment, the polluted degree of a worker at the moment of opening the cabinet door is avoided, the driving motor automatically turns over to drive the driving screw to retract after the driving motor operates for 10-20s, the worker can continue to open the cabinet door to work, and the harmful solvent gas discharging process is completed;
s4: when the cabinet door is completely closed after the work is finished, the fan stops, and pollutant gas in the cabinet is discharged to the outside through the suction port.
