Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of towel folding devices, in particular to a towel feeding, folding and conveying device.
Background
The towel is a cleaning article, is mostly a square pure cotton textile, is soft in texture, and is used for wringing and wiping the skin after being wetted so as to achieve the effects of removing stains and cleaning and cooling. After the towel is produced, the towel is not easy to be directly packaged or distributed due to large area, and the towel is often folded to reduce the area and then packaged or distributed. However, the prior towel folding device has the following technical problems: the folding efficiency is low and the folding effect is poor; during the folding and conveying process, the towel is easy to wrinkle.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a towel feeding, folding and conveying device with high folding efficiency and good folding effect.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a towel feeding, folding and conveying device, which sequentially comprises a first conveying device, a feeding mechanism, a storage table, a clamping mechanism and a second conveying device according to the movement direction of a towel, wherein the first conveying device is provided with the folding mechanism and an air blowing device, the folding mechanism comprises a folding rod, the folding rod is positioned above the first conveying device and arranged along the conveying direction of the first conveying device, the air blowing direction of the air blowing device faces towards the folding rod, the clamping mechanism is provided with a rotating mechanism and a first horizontal displacement mechanism, the towel is conveyed to the storage table by the feeding mechanism after being folded by the folding mechanism, and then the clamping mechanism conveys the towel to the second conveying device under the action of the rotating mechanism and the first horizontal displacement mechanism.
After adopting the structure, the towel feeding, folding and conveying device has the following advantages: when the towel is conveyed to the position below the folding rod through the first conveying device, the blowing device blows air to enable the towel to be folded by taking the folding rod as an axis.
As an improvement, the feeding mechanism comprises two cylinder assemblies, a transverse plate and two second horizontal displacement mechanisms, the two second horizontal displacement mechanisms are respectively positioned at two sides of the object placing table and are arranged along the conveying direction of the first conveying device, two ends of the transverse plate are respectively erected on the two second horizontal displacement mechanisms, the transverse plate is positioned above the object placing table, the two cylinder assemblies are respectively arranged below two ends of the transverse plate, each cylinder assembly comprises a first cylinder, a first clamping plate, a second cylinder and a second clamping plate, the first cylinder is connected with the transverse plate, a piston rod of the first cylinder is connected with the first clamping plate, the motion direction of a piston rod of the first cylinder is vertical, the second cylinder is connected with the transverse plate, the telescopic direction of the piston rod of the second cylinder is along the length direction of the transverse plate, the second clamping plate is L-shaped, one end of the second cylinder is connected with a piston rod of the second cylinder, and the other end of the second cylinder extends towards the direction of the second clamping plate at the other side and is positioned below the first clamping plate; by adopting the structure, the towel is not easy to wrinkle in the transferring process, and the conveying efficiency is high.
As an improvement, the object placing table is a partition plate assembly, the partition plate assembly comprises a plurality of partition plates which are equidistantly and vertically arranged, the holding mechanism comprises an upright post, a first clamping arm and a plurality of second clamping arms, all the second clamping arms face the partition plate assembly and are slidably arranged on the upright post, the second clamping arms are equidistantly and are arranged in a staggered mode with the partition plates, a second vertical displacement mechanism for enabling the second clamping arms to vertically move on the upright post is arranged on the holding mechanism, the first clamping arms are arranged on the upright post and are located above the second clamping arms, the first clamping arms and the second clamping arms are in the same direction, and the first clamping arms are higher than the partition plate assembly; by adopting the structure, the towel is inserted into the space between the partition plates through the second clamping arm, and then the towel on the partition plates is conveyed by the clamping mechanism driven by the second vertical displacement mechanism and the first horizontal displacement mechanism, so that the towel is not easy to wrinkle and the conveying efficiency is high; first arm lock and second arm lock can press from both sides tight towel, prevent that the towel from dropping among the transportation process for carry more stably.
As an improvement, the second conveying device comprises a plurality of conveying belts arranged at equal intervals, a support pillar assembly is arranged below a conveying plane of the second conveying device, the support pillar assembly comprises a plurality of support pillars which are distributed in an array manner and are vertically arranged, when the clamping mechanism is positioned above the second conveying device under the action of the rotating mechanism and the first horizontal displacement mechanism, the second clamping arms are spatially perpendicular to the conveying belts and form a plurality of grid holes for the support pillars to pass through, and the second conveying device is provided with a first vertical displacement mechanism for enabling the support pillars to vertically move in the grid holes; by adopting the structure, the rotating mechanism and the first horizontal mechanism drive the clamping mechanism to be positioned above the second conveying device, the ejection column rises to eject the towel, then the clamping mechanism returns to the initial position, the ejection column descends, the towel falls on the second conveying device, the towel is not easy to wrinkle due to the conveying mode, a large number of towels can be conveyed simultaneously, and the conveying efficiency is high.
As an improvement, a guide plate is arranged on the second conveying device, the guide plate is positioned below a conveying plane of the second conveying device, guide holes distributed in an array manner are formed in the guide plate, and the top columns are inserted into the guide holes; by adopting the structure, the guide hole prevents the top column from deviating.
As an improvement, two sides of the object placing table are provided with working tables, and each working table is provided with a sliding plate in a sliding way; by adopting the structure, the towel is prevented from being deformed and even wrinkled due to the upward tilting of the two sides of the towel when the towel is clamped by the clamping mechanism.
As an improvement, the device also comprises a lifting mechanism, and the object placing table is arranged on the lifting mechanism; by adopting the structure, when a towel is placed on the object placing table, the lifting mechanism drives the object placing table to descend for a certain distance, so that the heights of the highest planes of the object placing table and the towel are unchanged, and the towel can be conveniently clamped by the clamping mechanism.
As an improvement, the rotating mechanism comprises a gear and a rack which are meshed, the gear is arranged on the clamping mechanism, and a third horizontal displacement mechanism is arranged on the rack; by adopting the structure, the device has the advantages of stable work, high reliability and long service life.
As a modification, a fourth horizontal displacement mechanism for changing the position of the folding bar in the width direction of the first conveyor and a third vertical displacement mechanism for changing the distance between the folding bar and the first conveyor in the vertical direction are further included; by adopting the structure, the fourth horizontal displacement mechanism can adjust the position of the folding rod according to the actual size and position of the towel, so that the towel can be symmetrically folded; the third vertical displacement mechanism can enable the distance between the folding rod and the first conveying device in the vertical direction to be adjustable, so that the best folding effect is achieved.
As an improvement, the air blowing device is in a strip shape, and a plurality of air outlet holes are arranged on the air blowing device and face the folding rod; by adopting the structure, all parts of the towel can be blown by the blowing device, and a better towel folding effect is achieved.

Detailed Description
The towel feeding, folding and conveying device of the invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, a towel feeding, folding and conveying device comprises a first conveying device 1, a feeding mechanism 2, a placing table, a clamping mechanism 4 and a second conveying device 5 in sequence according to the moving direction of a towel, wherein the clamping mechanism 4 is provided with a rotating mechanism 8 and a first horizontal displacement mechanism 9; the first conveying device 1 is provided with a folding mechanism 6 and a blowing device 7; as shown in fig. 2, the folding mechanism 6 includes a folding rod 601, a first connecting member 602 and a second connecting member 603, a vertical plate 23 is provided on the first conveying device 1, and the length direction of the vertical plate 23 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the first conveying device 1; the present invention further includes a fourth horizontal displacement mechanism 20 and a third vertical displacement mechanism 21, the fourth horizontal displacement mechanism 20 being used to change the position of the folding bar 601 in the width direction of the first conveyor 1, the third vertical displacement mechanism 21 being used to change the distance between the folding bar 601 and the first conveyor 1 in the vertical direction; the fourth horizontal displacement mechanism 20 includes an eighth cylinder 2001 provided on the vertical plate 23 and a first long hole 2002 provided on the first link 602. The third vertical displacement mechanism 21 includes a second long hole 2101 provided on the second link 603; the expansion direction of a piston rod of the eighth cylinder 2001 is the same as the length direction of the vertical plate 23; the second connecting piece 603 passes through the second long hole 2101 through a bolt to connect the piston rod of the eighth cylinder 2001, and the length direction of the second long hole 2101 is the same as the vertical direction of the vertical plate 23; the first connecting piece 602 is connected with the folding rod 601 through a bolt passing through a first long hole 2002, and the length direction of the first long hole 2002 is vertical to that of the folding rod 601; the second connecting member 603 is vertically connected to the first connecting member 602; the folding rod 601 is positioned above the first conveying device 1 and arranged along the conveying direction of the first conveying device 1; as shown in fig. 3, the air blowing device 7 is disposed on the first conveying device 1 and can blow air toward the folding rod 601, and the air blowing direction is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the first conveying device 1; as shown in fig. 4, the air blowing device 7 is strip-shaped, and a plurality of air outlets 22 are arranged on the air blowing device 7; the blowing direction of the blowing device 7 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the first conveying device 1 and faces the folding rod 601, and the blowing range of the blowing device 7 along the conveying direction of the first conveying device 1 is larger than the length of the towel along the conveying direction of the first conveying device 1.
As shown in fig. 7, the object placing table is used for placing the folded towel, and in this embodiment, the object placing table is a partition plate assembly 3; the two sides of the partition board assembly 3 are also provided with the working tables 14, in the embodiment, the working tables 14 on the two sides are integrally formed and form the groove 24, the lifting mechanism 16 is arranged in the groove 24, and the partition board assembly 3 is arranged above the lifting mechanism 16 and is positioned in the groove 24; the lifting mechanism 16 comprises a third bottom plate 1601 and a fourth cylinder 1602, the fourth cylinder 1602 is vertically fixed on the workbench 14, a piston rod of the fourth cylinder 1602 is connected with the third bottom plate 1601, the piston rod of the fourth cylinder 1602 is arranged upwards, and the partition plate assembly 3 is connected with the third bottom plate 1601; the partition plate assembly 3 comprises a plurality of partition plates 301 which are arranged equidistantly and vertically, and the length direction of each partition plate 301 is parallel to the conveying direction of the first conveying device 1; as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the holding and clamping mechanism 4 includes a vertical column 403 and a plurality of second clamping arms 402, the second clamping arms 402 face the partition assembly 3 and are slidably disposed on the vertical column 403, and the second clamping arms 402 are equidistant and are staggered with the partitions 301; the holding and clamping mechanism 4 is provided with a second vertical displacement mechanism 10 for enabling the second clamping arm 402 to vertically move on the upright 403; the holding and clamping mechanism 4 further comprises a first clamping arm 401 which is in the same direction as the second clamping arm 402, the first clamping arm 401 is arranged on the upright post 403 and is positioned above the second clamping arm 402, and the first clamping arm 401 is higher than the partition plate assembly 3; the second vertical displacement mechanism 10 comprises a vertical linear guide rail 1001, a second bottom plate 1002 and a third air cylinder 1003, wherein the vertical linear guide rail 1001 is vertically arranged on the upright post 403, the second clamping arm 402 is arranged on the second bottom plate 1002, the second bottom plate 1002 is connected with the vertical linear guide rail 1001, the third air cylinder 1003 is vertically arranged on the upright post 403, and a piston rod of the third air cylinder 1003 is connected with the second bottom plate 1002; when the second clamp arm 402 moves toward the spacer assembly 3, the second clamp arm 402 is inserted into the space of the spacer 301.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the feeding mechanism 2 is used for feeding the folded towel to the partition assembly 3, the feeding mechanism 2 includes an air cylinder assembly 201, a horizontal plate 202 and a second horizontal displacement mechanism 203 for moving the horizontal plate 202 along the length direction of the partition 301, the two second horizontal displacement mechanisms 203 are respectively located at two sides of the partition assembly 3 and are arranged along the length direction of the partition 301, two ends of the horizontal plate 202 are respectively erected on the two second horizontal displacement mechanisms 203, and the horizontal plate 202 is located above the partition assembly 3, in this embodiment, the first horizontal displacement mechanism 9 and the second horizontal displacement mechanism 203 are both linear modules; the number of the cylinder assemblies 201 is two, the two cylinder assemblies 201 are respectively arranged below two ends of the transverse plate 202, and each cylinder assembly 201 comprises a first cylinder 2011, a first clamping plate 2013, a second cylinder 2012 and a second clamping plate 2014; the first cylinder 2011 is connected with the transverse plate 202, the piston rod of the first cylinder is connected with the first clamping plate 2013, and the piston rod of the first cylinder 2011 is arranged downwards; the second cylinder 2012 is connected with the transverse plate 202, and the extension direction of the piston rod is along the length direction of the transverse plate 202; the second clamping plate 2014 is L-shaped, one end of the second clamping plate 2014 is connected with a piston rod of the second cylinder 2012, and the other end of the second clamping plate 2014 extends towards the second clamping plate 2014 on the other side and is positioned below the first clamping plate 2013; in this embodiment, the two second cylinders 2012 are disposed in opposite directions, that is, the piston rods are both facing the second horizontal displacement mechanism 203 on the same side, and the second horizontal displacement mechanism 203 is disposed on the worktable 14; two sliding plates 15 are arranged on the workbench 14 in a sliding mode, the sliding plates 15 are arranged on two sides of the groove 24 respectively, the sliding direction of the sliding plates 15 is perpendicular to the length direction of the partition plate 301, in the embodiment, the body of the two fifth cylinders 25 is connected to the lower portion of each sliding plate 15, and piston rods of the fifth cylinders 25 are fixed on the workbench 14 and face the outer side of the workbench 14.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the rotating mechanism 8 includes a gear 801 and a rack 802 that are engaged with each other, the gear 801 is disposed at the bottom of the clasping mechanism 4, and the rack 802 is parallel to the conveying direction of the second conveying device 5 and is located beside the clasping mechanism 4 and away from one side of the second conveying device 5; the rack 802 is provided with a third horizontal displacement mechanism 17, the third horizontal displacement mechanism 17 comprises a horizontal linear guide rail 1701 and a seventh cylinder 1702, the rack 802 is arranged on the horizontal linear guide rail 1701, the piston rod direction of the seventh cylinder 1702 is the same as the length direction of the rack 802 and faces the rack 802, and the piston rod of the seventh cylinder 1702 is connected with the rack 802.
As shown in fig. 12, 13 and 14, the second conveying device 5 includes a plurality of conveyor belts 501 arranged at equal intervals, and a top column assembly 11 is arranged below the conveying plane of the second conveying device 5; the top column assembly 11 comprises a plurality of top columns 1101 which are distributed in an array manner and are vertically arranged, and when the holding and clamping mechanism 4 is positioned above the second conveying device 5 under the action of the rotating mechanism 8 and the first horizontal displacement mechanism 9, the second clamping arm 402 is spatially vertical to the conveyor belt 501 and forms a plurality of grid holes 12 for the top columns 1101 to pass through; the second conveying device 5 is provided with a first vertical displacement mechanism 13 for enabling the top column 1101 to vertically move in the grid holes 12; the first vertical displacement mechanism 13 comprises a first bottom plate 1301 and a sixth air cylinder 1302, the top column 1101 is arranged on the first bottom plate 1301, the sixth air cylinder 1302 is vertically arranged on the second conveying device 5, and a piston rod of the sixth air cylinder 1302 is arranged upwards and is connected with the first bottom plate 1301; the second conveying device 5 is provided with a guide plate 18, the guide plate 18 is positioned below the conveying plane of the second conveying device 5, guide holes 19 distributed in an array mode are formed in the guide plate 18, and the top columns 1101 are inserted into the guide holes 19.
Before use, the position of the folding rod 601 with the best folding effect is determined by debugging; the distance between the second connecting member 603 and the piston rod of the eighth cylinder 2001 is changed through the second long hole 2101, so that the distance between the folding rod 601 and the first conveying device 1 in the vertical direction is changed; the position of the folding bar 601 in its width direction is changed by the first long hole 2002 and the extension length of the piston rod of the eighth cylinder 2001.
In the initial state, the piston rods of the first air cylinder 2011, the second air cylinder 2012 and the fifth air cylinder 25 retract, the piston rods of the third air cylinder 1003, the fourth air cylinder 1602 and the seventh air cylinder 1702 extend, and the first clamping arm 401 and the second clamping arm 402 face the direction opposite to the conveying direction of the second conveying device 5; when the towel rack is used, a towel is laid on the first conveying device 1, is conveyed by the first conveying device 1, passes through the position below the vertical plate 23 and then reaches the position below the folding rod 601; at the moment, the air blowing device 7 blows air, the air flow blows towards the towel through the air outlet 22, and the towel is folded under the action of the air flow and then is sent to the second clamping plate 2014 at the tail end of the first conveying device 1 through the first conveying device 1; then, the piston rod of the first cylinder 2011 extends out to drive the first clamping plate 2013 to descend, so that the first clamping plate 2013 and the second clamping plate 2014 clamp the towel; at the moment, the second horizontal displacement mechanism 203 is started to drive the transverse plate 202 and the cylinder assembly 201 to move towards the direction of the partition plate assembly 3; when a towel is positioned right above the partition plate assembly 3, the piston rods of the first air cylinder 2011 and the second air cylinder 2012 retract, and the towel falls on the partition plate assembly 3; then, the piston rod of the fourth cylinder 1602 retracts for a certain distance to drive the partition board assembly 3 to descend for a certain distance, and when a towel is placed on the partition board assembly 3, the partition board assembly 3 descends for a distance equal to the thickness of the towel, so that the height of the highest plane of the towel is unchanged; then the first horizontal displacement mechanism 9 drives the holding and clamping mechanism 4 to move towards the partition assembly 3, the second clamping arm 402 is inserted into the space between the partitions 301, and the first clamping arm 401 is positioned above the partition assembly 3; the piston rod of the fifth air cylinder 25 extends out, so that the two sliding plates 15 move to the upper part of the clapboard assembly 3; then, the third air cylinder 1003 retracts to drive the second clamping arm 402 to move upwards, so that the second clamping arm 402 and the first clamping arm 401 clamp the towel; at this time, the first horizontal displacement mechanism 9 drives the clasping mechanism 4 to return to the initial position; the piston rod of the seventh cylinder 1702 retracts, so that the rack 802 drives the gear 801 to rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise; then the first horizontal displacement mechanism 9 drives the holding and clamping mechanism 4 to be positioned above the second conveying device 5; at the moment, the piston rod of the sixth air cylinder 1302 extends out, and the top column 1101 rises to support the towel; the piston rod of the third air cylinder 1003 extends out, so that the second clamping arm 402 descends and is separated from the towel; then, the piston rod of the sixth air cylinder 1302 retracts a certain distance to drive the top column 1101 to descend by the same distance, so that the upper surface of the towel is separated from the first clamping arm 401; the first horizontal displacement mechanism 9 drives the holding and clamping mechanism 4 to retreat away from the second conveying device 5, and the piston rod of the seventh cylinder 1702 extends out to drive the holding and clamping mechanism 4 to return to the initial position; finally, the piston rod of the sixth air cylinder 1302 retracts, the top column 1101 retracts below the conveying plane of the second conveying device 5, and the towel falls on the second conveying device 5 and is conveyed to the next station.
