after the rice in the soaking tank 31 is soaked, the valve 32 is opened, the rice enters the diversion trench 33, the flushing pipe 38 is opened to flush the rice in the diversion trench 33 into the material receiving tank 34, the soaking water is discharged from the drainage hole 35, the rice is guided into the material guiding box 42 through the material pumping pipe 37 by the started material pumping pump 36, and the vibration motor 43 is started and the second spraying pipe 76 is opened to flush the rice;
