Embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention propose a control method of a laundry treating apparatus, which is explained in detail by the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows one of the flow diagrams of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus of an embodiment of the present invention. The control method comprises the following steps:
step 102, receiving a trigger signal during the operation of the clothes treatment device.
In the technical scheme, a starting signal of the user to the operation program is received, and the operation program of the clothes treatment equipment is executed, wherein the operation program may include at least one of the following: cashmere washing, cotton and linen washing, down jacket washing, quick washing, soft washing, color protection washing, mixed washing, rinsing, drying, dewatering and the like. And receiving an opening signal of the user for the child lock function, and opening the child lock function of the clothes treatment equipment to enable the child lock function to be in an activated state. It should be noted that, when the child lock function is in the activated state, in order to avoid the child touching the laundry treating apparatus by mistake, some keys of the laundry treating apparatus are in the inactive state, but still can respond to the power-off signal.
When the clothes treatment equipment executes the running program, receiving a trigger signal of a user, wherein the trigger signal is a signal triggered by the user through the display control panel and can be a signal triggered by any key on the display control panel, and the key on the display control panel can be a touch key or an entity key.
And 104, determining that the child lock function on the clothes treatment equipment is in a starting state, and detecting whether the trigger signal accords with a shutdown signal.
When the clothes treatment equipment executes the running program, the triggering signal of the user is received, and because the triggering signal received in the running process is abnormal, the triggering signal may be triggered by children by mistake or by the user, and therefore, before responding to the triggering signal, whether the child lock function of the clothes treatment equipment is in the starting state or not is judged.
If the child lock function of the clothes treatment equipment is determined to be in the starting state, whether the received trigger signal accords with a shutdown signal or not is detected. After the child lock function is determined to be in the starting state, it is indicated that children exist in the home of the user or the user worrys that some false triggering phenomena can occur in the operation process of the clothes processing device, therefore, after the trigger signal is received and the child lock function is determined to be in the starting state, the received trigger signal is not directly responded, the type of the trigger signal is detected first, and whether the trigger signal accords with the shutdown signal or not is determined.
And 106, if the trigger signal is determined to accord with the shutdown signal, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to execute shutdown operation.
And if the trigger signal is determined to be the same as the pre-stored shutdown signal through detection, determining that the trigger signal accords with the shutdown signal, and responding to the trigger signal to control the clothes processing equipment to execute shutdown operation.
By the mode, the shutdown triggering condition of the clothes treatment equipment is enhanced, the condition that children can shut down the clothes treatment equipment easily is avoided, and smooth operation of washing work of the clothes treatment equipment can be guaranteed to a greater extent.
In some embodiments, when the laundry processing apparatus is in an operating process and the child lock function is in a start state, in order to avoid that the laundry processing apparatus is unintentionally turned off due to a false touch, in this embodiment of the application, a preset key is provided on the laundry processing apparatus, and the turn-off signal is reset through the preset key. In some embodiments, the power-off signal is set to a preset time when a preset key of the laundry treating apparatus is triggered, such as: and setting the signal that the shutdown key is continuously pressed for more than 5 seconds as a shutdown signal. In other embodiments, the power-off signal is set to a preset number of times that a preset key of the laundry treating apparatus is consecutively activated, such as: and setting the signal that the pause key is continuously pressed for more than two times as a power-off signal. In other embodiments, the shutdown signal is set to be triggered by at least two preset keys at the same time, such as: and setting a signal when the start key and the power key are pressed simultaneously as a shutdown signal.
When the clothes processing equipment receives the trigger signal, firstly, the received trigger signal is judged, and when the received trigger signal is determined to accord with the shutdown signal, the received trigger signal is the reset shutdown signal, and then the corresponding shutdown operation is executed in response to the shutdown signal.
By the mode, the shutdown triggering condition of the clothes treatment equipment is enhanced, the condition that children can shut down the clothes treatment equipment easily is avoided, and smooth operation of washing work of the clothes treatment equipment can be guaranteed to a greater extent.
In some embodiments, if the user (possibly a child) presses the preset key for less than 5 seconds, or presses the preset key for less than 2 times, that is, the user's trigger signal does not conform to the shutdown signal, the laundry treating apparatus does not respond to the trigger signal, and determines that the trigger signal is a signal touched by the user by mistake.
The operation mode of the preset keys of the clothes treatment equipment is limited, so that the triggering of the shutdown signal is strengthened, and the condition that children can shut down the clothes treatment equipment easily is avoided.
In any of the above technical solutions, the preset key includes at least one of the following: a switch key, a start key, a washing function key, etc. The operation mode of the button is limited, so that the trigger of the shutdown signal can be enhanced, the complexity of closing the clothes treatment equipment is improved, and the condition that children can shut down the clothes treatment equipment easily is avoided.
In some embodiments, when the trigger signal of the user is a sound signal, by extracting voiceprint information in the sound signal, matching the extracted voiceprint information with preset voiceprint information, it is determined whether the sound signal conforms to the shutdown signal. When the extracted voiceprint information is the same as the preset voiceprint information, determining that the trigger signal accords with a shutdown signal; and when the extracted voiceprint information is different from the preset voiceprint information, determining that the trigger signal does not conform to the shutdown signal. The shutdown signal comprises a sound signal of preset voiceprint information.
It should be noted that the preset voiceprint information is voiceprint information of a user (for example, family members other than children) who is allowed to operate the laundry treating apparatus, which is stored in advance.
By the mode, the clothes treatment equipment is powered off only when a user who is allowed to operate the clothes treatment equipment sends a power-off signal, so that the condition that the treatment for turning off the clothes treatment equipment is not in line with the requirements of the user is avoided, and the accuracy of the turning off operation of the clothes treatment equipment is improved.
Fig. 2 shows a second flow chart of the control method of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention. The control method comprises the following steps:
in step 201, setting information is received.
The user may transmit the setting information to the laundry treating apparatus through a terminal associated with the laundry treating apparatus, or trigger the setting information through a control panel or a key of the laundry treating apparatus.
Step 202, updating the shutdown signal according to the setting information.
And after receiving the setting information, acquiring the setting content of the shutdown signal in the setting information, and setting the shutdown signal according to the setting content. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, a long press of the start key for 3 seconds is set as a shutdown signal after the child lock function is turned on. The setting information may also be modified for a function key corresponding to the preset key (for example, modifying the preset key from a power on/off key to a start key), or for a preset duration or a preset number of times, or for the number of at least two keys, which are pressed simultaneously to trigger a power off signal, and the corresponding function key, or for preset voiceprint information.
By the mode, the flexibility of controlling the clothes treatment equipment is improved, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled more intelligently, and the shutdown trigger condition of the clothes treatment equipment is further enhanced to meet the requirements of users.
Step 203, receiving a trigger signal during the operation of the clothes treatment device.
Step 204, determining that the child lock function on the clothes processing device is in a starting state, and detecting whether the trigger signal accords with a shutdown signal.
The specific implementation contents of step 203 and step 204 are the same as those of step 102 and step 104 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described here again.
Step 205, determining that the trigger signal accords with the shutdown signal, and sending shutdown reminding information to the terminal associated with the clothes processing equipment.
After the trigger signal is detected to meet the shutdown signal, in order to more accurately execute the shutdown requirement of the user, the clothes processing device sends shutdown reminding information to the terminal associated with the clothes processing device, so that the user can confirm whether the clothes processing device needs to be controlled to be shut down again according to the shutdown reminding information.
And step 206, receiving shutdown confirmation information returned by the terminal based on the shutdown reminding information, and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to execute shutdown operation in response to the shutdown confirmation information.
After receiving the shutdown reminding information through the terminal, the user confirms that the clothes processing equipment needs to be shut down, and then the user sends shutdown confirmation information to the clothes processing equipment through the terminal, and after receiving the shutdown confirmation information sent by the terminal, the clothes processing equipment responds to the shutdown confirmation information and controls the clothes processing equipment to execute shutdown operation.
Step 207, saving the interrupt state information of the current running program.
Since the user is the shutdown signal triggered during the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus, it is likely that the user temporarily interrupts the operation process, and therefore, when the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to perform the shutdown operation, the interrupt status information of the currently-operating program is saved. Wherein the interrupt status information includes: the phase, parameter, etc. at which the currently running program is running. Exemplarily, the following steps are carried out: the current running program is standard washing, when a shutdown signal is received, the running stage is rinsing, the rinsing time is 5 minutes, the water volume is 10 liters, the temperature is 40 ℃, and the like, and when the child lock function is in a starting state, the standard washing, rinsing and rinsing time, the water volume and the temperature are stored.
Wherein the running program may include at least one of: cashmere washing, cotton and linen washing, down jacket washing, quick washing, soft washing, color protection washing, mixed washing, rinsing, drying, dewatering and the like.
And step 208, receiving the starting signal, and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to continuously execute the running program according to the interrupt state information.
When the user restarts the clothes processing device to process the clothes, the interruption state information of the running program is stored when the clothes processing device is turned off, so that the stored interruption state information can be acquired after the clothes processing device is restarted, and the clothes are continuously processed according to the running program.
Illustratively, in the above example, the laundry processing apparatus stores the standard washing, the running stage and the parameters (rinsing, rinsing duration, water amount and temperature) of the current running program before the laundry processing apparatus is turned off, directly acquires the stored current running program as the standard washing, the running stage as the rinsing, the rinsing duration as 5 minutes, the water amount as 10 liters and the temperature as 40 degrees celsius when the laundry processing apparatus receives the turn-on signal again, and controls the laundry processing apparatus to continue to execute the standard washing from the rinsing stage according to the acquired parameters.
It should be noted that, in the above technical solution, when the operation program and the child lock function of the laundry treatment apparatus are already started, if the user wants to normally shut down the laundry treatment apparatus, the child lock function needs to be first closed, so as to avoid continuing execution when the laundry treatment apparatus is restarted.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the clothes treatment equipment can automatically and directly control the continuous interrupted operation program of the clothes treatment equipment when the clothes treatment equipment is restarted after being shut down only by starting the child lock function in the operation process, and the mode can ensure that the clothes treatment equipment can quickly enter the interrupted operation program after the clothes treatment equipment is restarted by a user, so that the efficiency of the clothes treatment equipment entering the working state is improved, the intellectualization of the clothes treatment equipment is improved, and the clothes treatment time is saved.
In some embodiments, after receiving the starting signal, judging whether the starting signal is received, if so, directly controlling the clothes treatment equipment to continuously execute the running program according to the starting signal and the interruption state information; and when the trigger signal of the target key is received, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to execute the operation corresponding to the trigger signal.
After the user restarts the clothes processing equipment, when the starting signal is not received, the user probably does not want to continue processing the clothes by using the interrupt state information and the running program saved during shutdown; and if the triggering signal of the target key is detected, indicating that the user reselects the operation program through the key or the knob of the display and control interface, and controlling the display and control interface to display the operation program and the parameters corresponding to the target key, namely controlling the display and control interface to display the operation program reselected by the user and the corresponding parameter information.
The target key is any key of the clothes treatment equipment, and the running program corresponding to the target key can comprise at least one of the following items: cashmere washing, cotton and linen washing, down jacket washing, quick washing, soft washing, color protection washing, mixed washing, rinsing, drying, dewatering and the like.
In the technical scheme, after the starting signal is received, if a trigger signal of a user to a target key of the clothes treatment equipment is received, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled not to continuously execute an interrupted operation program, but the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to work according to the operation program corresponding to the target key.
By the mode, the washing requirements of the user are met, and the intelligence of control over the clothes treatment equipment is improved.
According to the technical scheme, after the starting signal is received, the clothes treatment equipment is not directly controlled to start to work from the interrupted working stage, but the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to continue to work after the starting signal is received. Because, after the power is turned on again, the user may need the clothes treatment apparatus to execute other operation programs instead of expecting to continue to execute the interrupted operation program, if the user directly controls the clothes treatment apparatus to continue to operate from the interrupted operation stage, the user needs to reset the operation program to be executed by the clothes treatment apparatus after the clothes treatment apparatus is stopped, which increases the operation steps of the user and brings inconvenience to the user. Therefore, the above-mentioned problems can be avoided by controlling the laundry treating apparatus to continue to operate only after receiving the start signal.
In an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, a laundry treating apparatus is proposed, and fig. 4 shows one of the schematic block diagrams of a laundry treating apparatus 400 of an embodiment of the present invention. Wherein the laundry treating apparatus 400 includes:
a memory 402, the memory 402 storing programs or instructions;
a processor 404, the steps of the control method of the laundry treating apparatus of any one of the above embodiments being implemented by the processor 404 when the processor 404 executes a program or instructions.
Wherein the memory 402 and the processor 404 may be connected by a bus or other means. The Processor 404 may include one or more Processing units, and the Processor 404 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
In the technical scheme, when the clothes treatment equipment executes the running program, a trigger signal of a user is received, and if the child lock function of the clothes treatment equipment is determined to be in the starting state, whether the received trigger signal accords with the shutdown signal or not is detected. And when the trigger signal is determined to accord with the shutdown signal, responding to the trigger signal and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to execute shutdown operation.
By the mode, the shutdown triggering condition of the clothes treatment equipment is enhanced, the condition that children can shut down the clothes treatment equipment easily is avoided, and smooth operation of washing work of the clothes treatment equipment can be guaranteed to a greater extent.
In the above technical solution, as shown in fig. 5, the clothes treatment apparatus 400 is provided with a preset key 406, wherein the preset key may be a touch key or a physical key, and the preset key includes at least one of the following: a switch key, a start key, a washing function key, etc.
In some embodiments, the shutdown signal is generated when the preset key 406 is triggered for a preset duration, or when the preset key 406 is continuously pressed for a preset number of times.
In other embodiments, the number of the preset buttons 406 is at least two, and the signal generated when at least two preset buttons are simultaneously triggered is the power-off signal.
Through the limitation of the operation mode of the key, the triggering of the shutdown signal can be strengthened, and the condition that children can shut down the clothes treatment equipment easily is avoided.
In any of the above solutions, as shown in fig. 5, the laundry processing apparatus 400 is further provided with a communication device 408, such as a WiFi module, a bluetooth module, etc., and the laundry processing apparatus performs communication connection with its associated terminal by using the communication device 408, so as to receive the shutdown confirmation information sent by the terminal or receive the setting information sent by the terminal.
In this technical solution, on one hand, the user may associate the terminal with the laundry processing device in advance, and after receiving the trigger signal, send the shutdown reminding information to the terminal through the communication device 408, so that the user can confirm whether to shutdown. When the user sends the shutdown confirmation information to the communication means 408 of the laundry treating apparatus through the terminal, the laundry treating apparatus is turned off. Through the mode, the user is confirmed before the clothes treatment equipment is closed, the phenomenon that the operation of closing the clothes treatment equipment does not meet the requirements of the user is avoided, and therefore the accuracy of the closing operation of the clothes treatment equipment is improved.
On the other hand, the setting information transmitted from the terminal is received by the communication means 408, so that the shutdown signal is modified. Through the mode, the flexibility of controlling the clothes treatment equipment is improved, so that the clothes treatment equipment is more intelligently controlled, and the user requirements are met.
In any of the above technical solutions, as shown in fig. 5, the clothes treating apparatus 400 is further provided with a sound recognition device 410, and in the case that the trigger signal is a sound signal, the sound recognition device 410 recognizes voiceprint information of the sound signal and determines whether the voiceprint information matches preset voiceprint information.
In the technical scheme, when the received trigger signal is a sound signal, the sound recognition device 410 is used for analyzing the voiceprint information of the sound signal, and if the voiceprint information is the same as the preset voiceprint information, the trigger signal is determined to be in accordance with the shutdown signal, so that the clothes processing equipment is shut down.
