Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair dye cream, in particular to seaweed hair dye cream and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Algae, which grow in the sea, are cryptophytes of the plant kingdom and include several different classes of organisms that produce energy by photosynthesis, which are generally considered to be simple plants.
The method for extracting pigment from thallus Porphyrae, Enteromorpha and Sargassum horneri has been disclosed, and the natural pigment is a colorant extracted and refined from plant, microorganism and animal material by various methods, and has high safety. The extraction and application of natural pigments is the main direction of current and future development, especially in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The marine area of China is vast, the seaweed resources are rich, generally speaking, the pigment content in marine plants is far higher than that of terrestrial plants, the pigment extracted from the seaweed has various beneficial biological activities such as oxidation resistance, tumor resistance, inflammation resistance, obesity resistance, angiogenesis resistance, nerve protection and the like, and the application of a plurality of activities of the seaweed pigment to the field of hair dyeing not only provides a novel hair dye and a hair dyeing method, but also is a component for comprehensive utilization of the seaweed, and is favorable for improving the additional value of the seaweed.
If a pure plant hair dye can be invented, the pure plant hair dye is extracted from seaweed, organic substances such as benzene and the like are not added, the pure plant hair dye is safe and non-irritant, and is different from chemical hair dye, the chemical hair dye is that hair scales are forcibly opened to drive pigments into hair, so that hair can be damaged, hair is withered, scalp inflammation is caused, even cancer is caused, and the problem can be solved by pure plant hair dye.

step three: adding 5-10% of 2-amino-2-methyl-propanol serving as a catalyst into a reaction kettle;
step four: preparing sodium alginate, according to a catalyst, filtering a brown algae raw material: tetrahydroxypropyl ethylenediamine: adding the mixed solution of 2, 3-dimercaptopropanol with the weight ratio of 0.1-0.5:6-8:1-3 into a reaction kettle, preserving the heat at the temperature of 30-50 ℃ for 1-3 hours, and reacting to obtain modified polyhydroxy sodium hydrosulfo alginate;
step five: wherein tetrahydroxypropylethylenediamine: 2, 3-dimercaptopropanol in the weight ratio of 1-5 to 5-9, propylene glycol, preservative, etc.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention utilizes brown algae to prepare the hair dye cream, has the advantages that the brown algae contains a large amount of hydrophilic substances such as mannitol, fucoidan sulfate and the like, can effectively open hydrogen bonds in hair scales of hair, enables pigment to enter hair cortex more easily, and does not hurt the hair.
2. The brown algae contains a large amount of natural pigments, can directly dye the hair into brown without adding any additional pigment, and forms a gel film on the surface of the hair by utilizing polysaccharide substances contained in the brown algae, so that the hair is more healthy and bright;
3. adding hydroxy ethylenediamine and mercaptopropanol into sodium alginate molecules, combining the sodium alginate molecules with basic dye through chemical bonds, and then crosslinking the sodium alginate molecules with protein in hair through sulfydryl to form stable dimercapto bonds. After modification, dye molecules are firmly fixed in the hair cortex, so that the washing times are increased, and the hair is not damaged;
