The application provides a display module assembly.
The following will be explained about the specific structure of the display module of the present application:
referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the display module of the present application, the display module includes a first substrate 10, a second substrate 20, a liquid crystal layer 30, a sealant frame 40, and a routing layer 50, wherein the second substrate 20 is disposed opposite to the first substrate 10, and the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20 both have a display area 21 in the middle and a peripheral area 22 at the periphery of the display area 21, the peripheral region 22 of the second substrate 20 is provided with a black matrix 23 surrounding the display region 21, the liquid crystal layer 30 is sandwiched between the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20, the sealant frame 40 is disposed at the periphery of the liquid crystal layer 30, and is located at the peripheral region 22 of the first substrate 10 corresponding to the second substrate 20, the wiring layer 50 is disposed between the sealant frame 40 and the peripheral region 22 of the first substrate 10; wherein, the signal routing 51 in the routing layer 50 is all arranged in a hollow manner; or, the signal traces 51 in the trace layer 50 are disposed in a solid manner, and the black matrix 23 is provided with a hollow area, where the position of the hollow area corresponds to the position of the signal traces 51. That is, in the technical scheme provided in the present application, all the signal traces 51 in the trace layer 50 are set to be in a hollow configuration or a solid configuration, so that the line width and the impedance of each signal trace 51 are equal, and the capacitance formed between each signal trace 51 and the second substrate 20 is equal, thereby shortening the design time of the signal trace 51 and further ensuring the quality of the first substrate 10.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the first substrate 10 is an array substrate, the second substrate 20 is a color film substrate, that is, the routing layer 50 is disposed in a peripheral area 22 of the array substrate, and the black matrix 23 is disposed at the peripheral area 22 of the color film substrate. The peripheral region 22 is a non-display region on the array substrate or the color filter substrate, and the non-display region is disposed at the periphery of the display region 21.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first substrate 10 may be a color film substrate, the second substrate 20 may be an array substrate, that is, the black matrix 23 is disposed at the peripheral region 22 of the array substrate, and the routing layer 50 is disposed in the peripheral region 22 of the color film substrate, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, the number of the signal traces 51 is several, the several signal traces 51 are all WOA signal traces, and each WOA signal trace is connected to a COF for transmitting different signals. The signal trace 51 is a metal trace.
Because the sealant frame 40 needs to be irradiated and cured through UV ultraviolet light, in order to enable the UV ultraviolet light to be conveniently irradiated and cured from the first substrate 10 side, that is, in the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the routing layer 50 corresponds to the signal routing 51 at the sealant frame 40, the signal routing 51 needs to be hollowed out, and the black matrix 23 disposed at the second substrate 20 is used for shading, so as to ensure that the UV ultraviolet light irradiated from the first substrate 10 side is shielded by the black matrix 23, thereby avoiding light leakage.
Based on this, in an exemplary technique, the design principle of the WOA signal traces is that all the WOA signal traces are equal impedance, and the capacitances formed between the WOA signal traces and the second substrate 20 are equal. That is, in this embodiment, all the WOA signal traces are designed to be hollow structures (that is, the signal traces 51 at the positions of the trace layer 50 that do not correspond to the sealant frame 40 also need to be hollowed), so that it is ensured that the line width and the impedance of all the WOA signal traces are equal, and the capacitance formed between each WOA signal trace and the second substrate 20 is also equal, thereby ensuring the quality of the first substrate 10 (array substrate) on the premise of reducing the time for designing the layout of the WOA signal traces. Or, with reference to fig. 3, all the WOA signal traces are designed to be a solid structure, at this time, when the sealant frame 40 is cured by UV light, the UV light is cured by irradiation from the second substrate 20 side, that is, a hollowed area is provided on the black matrix 23, and a position of the hollowed area corresponds to a position of the signal trace 51, so as to facilitate curing by irradiation of the UV light, thereby ensuring that line widths and impedances of all the WOA signal traces are equal, and curing of the sealant frame 40 can be achieved on the premise that a capacitance formed between each WOA signal trace and the second substrate 20 is also equal.
In the technical solution provided in the present application, the display module includes a first substrate 10, a second substrate 20, a liquid crystal layer 30, a sealant frame 40, and a routing layer 50, where the second substrate 20 is disposed opposite to the first substrate 10, the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20 both have a display area 21 located in the middle and a peripheral area 22 located at the periphery of the display area 21, the peripheral area 22 of the second substrate 20 is provided with a black matrix 23 surrounding the display area 21, the liquid crystal layer 30 is sandwiched between the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20, the sealant frame 40 is disposed at the periphery of the liquid crystal layer 30 and located at the peripheral area 22 corresponding to the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20, and the routing layer 50 is disposed between the sealant frame 40 and the peripheral area 22 of the first substrate 10; wherein, the signal routing 51 in the routing layer 50 is all arranged in a hollow manner; or, the signal traces 51 in the trace layer 50 are disposed in a solid manner, and the black matrix 23 is provided with a hollow area, where the position of the hollow area corresponds to the position of the signal traces 51. That is, the signal traces 51 in the trace layer 50 are all arranged in a hollow configuration or a solid configuration, so that the line width and the impedance of each signal trace 51 are equal, and the capacitance formed between each signal trace 51 and the second substrate 20 is equal, thereby shortening the design time of the signal trace 51 and further ensuring the quality of the first substrate 10.
Further, the width of the black matrix 23 is greater than the width of the sealant frame 40, that is, the sealant frame 40 is irradiated and cured by UV light from the first substrate 10 side, and the black matrix 23 on the second substrate 20 side can shield the UV light, thereby preventing the UV light from leaking from the second substrate 20.
Further, when all the signal traces 51 in the trace layer 50 are disposed in a solid manner, the hollowed area is disposed in the area of the sealant frame 40 and corresponds to the position of each signal trace 51, that is, the sealant frame 40 is irradiated and cured from the second substrate 20 side by UV light, because the hollowed area of the black matrix 23 corresponds to the position of each signal trace 51 in the area of the sealant frame 40, that is, the signal traces 51 disposed in a solid manner can shield the UV light, thereby preventing the UV light from leaking from the first substrate 10.
Further, a gap d is formed between two adjacent signal traces 51, and the hollowed area of the black matrix 23 is staggered from the gap d, that is, the area of the gap d corresponding to the black matrix 23 is not hollowed, so that the UV ultraviolet light is not irradiated to the gap d from the area of the gap d corresponding to the black matrix 23 and leaks from the gap d.
