As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a traditional Chinese medicine nursing device comprises a bed body 1, a pillow 2 is arranged at one end of the surface of the bed body 1, a massage plate 3 is arranged in the bed body 1 outside one side of the pillow, a massage device 4 is arranged in the pillow 2, grooves 5 are formed in the outer walls of two sides of the bed body 1, a moving mechanism is arranged in the grooves 5, a nursing device 6 positioned above the bed body 1 is arranged on one side of the moving mechanism, an electric box 7 is arranged on the bottom surface of the bed body, and the electric box 7 is respectively electrically connected with the massage plate 3 and the massage device 5. The electric box is also provided with a controller which is used for controlling the opening of the massage plate and the massage device and controlling the movement of the moving device, and is also used for controlling the movement and the control of the fumigating device 15, the infrared irradiation lamp 17 and the medicine applying mechanism. The controller can also set treatment information and acquire physical information of the user.
As shown in fig. 1, the middle part of the bed body 1 is an arc-shaped groove 36, and the massage plate 3 is arranged in the bottom end of the arc-shaped groove 36.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the moving mechanism comprises a first fixing plate 8, a first driving motor 9 and a roller 10, wherein the first driving motor 9 is arranged at four corners of the bottom surface of the first fixing plate 8, the roller 10 is arranged at the driving end of the first driving motor 9, the roller 10 rolls in the groove 5, a connecting plate 11 is arranged on the outer side of the first fixing plate 8, the connecting plate 11 extends out of the groove 5, the bottom end of the nursing device 6 is connected to the surface of the connecting plate 11, a control box 12 is arranged on the bottom surface of the first fixing plate 11, and the control box 12 is respectively electrically connected with the first driving motor 9 and the electric box 7.

Preferably, the first traditional Chinese medicine filling layer and the second traditional Chinese medicine filling layer comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of moxibustion, 5-15 parts of glycerin, 2-5 parts of propylene glycol, 1-5 parts of sorbitol, 3-6 parts of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 2-5 parts of betaine, 1-4 parts of hydrogenated lecithin, 3-6 parts of xanthan gum, 2-5 parts of guar gum, 1-5 parts of carbomer, 4-6 parts of slow release auxiliary agent, 3-5 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 1-5 parts of soluble proteoglycan, 2-6 parts of arginine, 1-4 parts of platinum powder, 1-3 parts of beta-glucan, 2-6 parts of resveratrol, 1-4 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 3-5 parts of benindian ammonium, 2-5 parts of inositol hexaphosphate, 1-3 parts of silver oxide, 2-4 parts of volcanic rock powder and 13-16 parts of diatomite.
Preferably, the slow release auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of alpha-starch, 2-5 parts of sodium glutamate, 3-6 parts of saccharicterpenin, 4-8 parts of spirulina, 3-6 parts of shelling agent, 4-8 parts of soybean lecithin, 12-24 parts of polylactic acid and 15-20 parts of ethanol gel.
Preferably, the slow release auxiliary is prepared according to the following process: mixing alpha-starch, sodium glutamate, saccharicterpenin, spirulina, shelling agent and soybean lecithin uniformly, stirring at a rotation speed of 350-650r/min for 20-30min, then drying at a freeze dryer at-30 to-50 ℃ for 20-40min, adding polylactic acid, mixing uniformly, stirring at a rotation speed of 4500-5500r/min for 10-20min, adding ethanol gel, mixing uniformly, stirring at a rotation speed of 250-350r/min for 3-5h, centrifuging at a rotation speed of 8500-12000r/min, collecting, purifying, washing with water, and freeze drying to obtain the slow-release auxiliary agent.
The fumigating device 15, the application mechanism, and the infrared irradiation lamp 17 are all detachable structures, and can be replaced according to actual needs. For example, 3 application mechanisms may be provided, or 1 fumigation device and 2 application mechanisms may be provided.
Four corners of the bottom surface of the bed body 1 are provided with supporting feet 35.
For a better illustration of the solution of the present application, the following description and illustration will be made with respect to specific control flows and modes:
the controller in the electric box 7 can be connected with an external controller (not shown in the figure) to transmit control instructions, and a patient can lie on the bed body 1, and the back and the massage of the patient can be performed through the massage plate 3 and the massage device 4 in the bed body 1 and the pillow 2; the roller 10 is driven to rotate by the first driving motor 9, so that the nursing device 6 is driven to move by the roller 10. Alternatively, the fumigation treatment may be performed by placing herbal medicines or agents into the fumigation device 15, for example, by placing mugwort for fumigation. The pain part of the patient is heated by irradiation of an infrared lamp, the sealing cover 31 is twisted to inject Chinese herbal medicine into the medicine storage box 28, the medicine storage box 28 is driven by the air cylinder 26 to move downwards to the pain part of the patient, the Chinese herbal medicine is permeated into the pain part of the patient through the gauze 32 to treat, and the Chinese herbal medicine can be hot-compressed by the heating device 27 in combination with the Chinese herbal medicine; the belt pulley 21 is driven to rotate by the second driving motor 20, the belt pulley 21 drives the driving belt to move, and the fumigation device 15, the medicine applying mechanism and the infrared irradiation lamp 17 are driven to move in an arc shape by the movement of the driving belt, so that the positions of the fumigation device 15, the medicine applying mechanism and the infrared irradiation lamp 17 are adjusted; when the medicine application or treatment is not needed, the medicine application mechanism can swing upwards through the swinging arm 30, so that more space is reserved above the bed body 1, and the patient can conveniently get in and out.
The second aspect of the present application also discloses a method for controlling a traditional Chinese medicine nursing device, which is applied to the traditional Chinese medicine nursing device, and optionally executed by a controller, and the method comprises:
acquiring preset treatment information;
acquiring patient position information;
confirming the position of a treatment device in the nursing device according to the treatment information and the position information to obtain treatment position information;
controlling the treatment device to move according to the treatment position information;
confirming the mode of the therapeutic device according to the therapeutic information to obtain mode information;
controlling a therapeutic device according to the mode information;
the treatment device is a fumigating device, an infrared irradiation lamp and a medicine applying mechanism, and the mode information comprises the position, the intensity, the control time and the circulation state information of the treatment device.
The preset treatment information can be treatment position information and treatment means information of a user, and can be manually set by staff such as the user or a doctor, and the treatment device is a fumigating device, an infrared irradiation lamp and an application mechanism. For example, the part of the user is set as the belly, and the treatment means is set to be irradiated with infrared rays for 15 minutes. The movement can be performed by the treatment information by first moving the care device to the vicinity of the patient's abdomen and then controlling the infrared irradiation lamp to above the patient's abdomen. The mode information comprises the position, the intensity, the control time and the circulation state information of the treatment device, wherein the intensity information is the operation intensity level of the quality device, a plurality of levels can be set, each level represents different working intensities, for example, the intensity level of the infrared irradiation lamp can be a plurality of levels, the higher the level is, the higher the irradiation power of the infrared lamp is, and the irradiated part of the user is scalded; the control time information is the running time of the treatment device; the circulating state information represents state switching information of the operation intensity, the control time and the position of the treatment device; for example, the circulation state information is that the intensity of the infrared irradiation lamp is 3 for the first 5 minutes, the position is the abdomen of the user, and the intensity is 4 after 5 minutes, and the position is the abdomen of the user. It is worth mentioning that the nursing device is also internally provided with an image acquisition device, and the position of the user is positioned in an image recognition mode.
According to an embodiment of the present application, further comprising:
acquiring current image information of a preset part of a user according to preset treatment information;
confirming whether an abnormal state exists or not according to the current image information;
if the abnormal state exists, the treatment device is controlled to be switched to the safe state, and alarm information is sent.
It should be noted that, due to the physical difference of the users, when the users perform treatment, there may be a large deviation of preset treatment information, resulting in skin burn or skin discomfort of the users. In this case, therefore, the acquisition of the abnormal state, which may be the degree of skin color change, sweat density per unit volume, skin color depth, or the like, may be performed by the image acquisition device inside the care device. The treatment device can be closed as soon as possible by analyzing the abnormal state of the image, so as to protect the patient. The safe state is a closed state or a state away from the user. After confirming that the abnormal state exists, alarm information is required to be sent to the terminal so as to remind doctors or staff.
According to the embodiment of the application, the determining whether the abnormal state exists according to the current image information is specifically as follows:
acquiring current image information;
comparing the current image information with the historical image information to obtain a picture information change rate;
judging the skin color change degree, the sweat density per unit volume and the skin color depth information according to the picture information change rate;
comparing the skin color change, sweat density per unit volume, skin color depth with a preset threshold;
and if the threshold value is larger than the preset threshold value, determining that the state is abnormal.
When confirming whether an abnormal state exists according to the current image information, the current image information is compared with the historical image information to judge the change rate of the picture information. And then obtaining the skin color change degree, the sweat density per unit volume and the skin color depth information according to the picture information change rate. The system is preset with a preset threshold value corresponding to the skin color change degree, the sweat density per unit volume and the skin color depth information. If the skin color change degree, the sweat density per unit volume and the skin color depth information are larger than the corresponding preset threshold values, the abnormal condition exists at the moment, and the abnormal condition is confirmed.
According to the embodiment of the application, the preset threshold value is confirmed through stored historical big data analysis.
The threshold value preset by the skin color change degree, the sweat density in unit volume and the skin color depth information can be confirmed through big data, firstly big data information is obtained, and then the optimal threshold value or threshold value range can be determined through cloud computing.
According to an embodiment of the present application, further comprising:
acquiring physical state information of a user;
acquiring recommended treatment information according to the physical state information;
comparing the recommended treatment information with preset treatment information, and calculating a deviation rate;
and if the deviation rate is greater than a preset deviation rate threshold value, sending warning information.
It should be noted that, the present application may also adaptively recommend according to the physical state of the user, so as to obtain recommended treatment information. The physical state information of the user can be input by a background database or the user, and the background database can be a user state information base stored in a hospital or a medical system. And then comparing the recommended treatment information with preset treatment information, and calculating the deviation rate. Since there may be a plurality of parameters in the treatment information, such as time, medicament ratio, etc.; therefore, the deviation rate may have deviation rates of a plurality of parameters, in the application, the deviation rate of each parameter can be compared, and as long as the deviation rate of a single parameter is greater than a preset deviation rate threshold value, warning information is sent to a terminal, and the terminal can be a doctor terminal side for prompting a doctor whether deviation exists in the treatment and nursing scheme.
According to an embodiment of the present application, further comprising:
acquiring a plurality of image information of a user within a preset time range;
determining the current state of the user according to the plurality of image information;
and if the current state of the user is abnormal, sending warning information.
The present state of the user can be judged by the image acquisition device in the nursing device, and when the user lies in the nursing device, the user worries about coma or other abnormal conditions caused by factors such as hypertension, hypoglycemia and the like, so that the present state of the user can be acquired by the image acquisition device, and whether the user has the abnormal state or not is judged. The current images of a plurality of users can be collected within a preset time period, then the differences of the images are compared, whether the users move or not can be judged according to the differences of the images, if the users move in a normal range, such as up-and-down movement of breathing, the users are in a normal state, if the users are judged not to move in a long time period, the users may have abnormal states, such as low blood sugar or high blood pressure, coma in nursing treatment is caused, only weak movement is detected for a long time, and warning information is required to be sent to remind doctors of the states of the users.
According to the embodiment of the application, if the current state of the user is abnormal, warning information is sent, and the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring body information acquired by a detection device;
if the body information exceeds the preset body information threshold range, determining that the body information is in a dangerous state, and sending warning information.
The application can also detect the physical state by other detection devices, and the detection devices can be devices such as a bracelet, a finger oximeter and the like, and can monitor parameters such as heart rate, blood oxygen and the like of a user. In the case that the image detection user may have an abnormal state, if the value of the physical information detected by the detection device exceeds a preset threshold range, the image detection device indicates that a dangerous state exists, and the dangerous level of the dangerous state is higher than that of the abnormal state. The warning information is sent at this time, and the object to which the warning information is sent at this time may be an expanded range, for example, sent to an emergency center or more doctor terminals, so as to prompt the user of the risk at this time.
According to an embodiment of the present application, further comprising:

After the nursing treatment, the application can also carry out diet recommendation according to the effect of the treatment and the physical state information of the user. First, user treatment image information after treatment is completed is acquired by an image acquisition device in the nursing device. The user treatment image information may be an image of a body part treated by the user, or may be a face image of the user, and some basic effects of the treatment can be recognized by the image of the body part, and states such as gas color of the user can be recognized by the face image. The physical state information of the user is combined to obtain the physical state of the current user, the dietary information can be recommended through the physical state, then the dietary information is sent to the user side, the dietary information comprises food materials and cooking method information, and information such as information about work and rest is further included, so that the user is reminded of paying attention to the diet and the work and rest in the later period, and the use experience of the user is improved.
According to the embodiment of the application, the recommended diet information is obtained by analyzing the user treatment image information and the physical state information, specifically:
transmitting the user treatment image information and the physical state information to a server side;
the server side calculates recommended diet information through big data and cloud computing;
and sending the recommended diet information to a traditional Chinese medicine nursing device end.
It should be noted that, the present application may send the user treatment image information and the physical state information to the server. The server side performs diet recommendation analysis through strong computing power, specifically obtains recommended diet information through calculation in a big data and cloud computing mode, and finally sends the recommended diet information to the traditional Chinese medicine nursing device side.
The medicine used by the medicine applying device is mainly traditional Chinese medicine, but the existence of western medicine components is not excluded.
The traditional Chinese medicine nursing device and the traditional Chinese medicine nursing method can massage a patient through the massage plates and the massage devices in the bed body and the pillow, can perform traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, infrared lamp irradiation heating and medicine application operation on the patient through the nursing device, and can move, so that the traditional Chinese medicine nursing device and the nursing method can adapt to the treatment requirements of different pain parts of the patient, are high in intelligent degree, reduce the workload of nursing staff, and can perform position adjustment on the fumigation device, the medicine application mechanism and the infrared irradiation lamp in the nursing device. The application can also automatically control according to the preset treatment information, and can automatically confirm the existence of abnormal states and then send alarm information to the terminal so as to remind doctors or staff, thereby improving the use experience.

Claims (2)
1. The traditional Chinese medicine nursing device comprises a bed body and is characterized in that a pillow is arranged at one end of the surface of the bed body, a massage plate is arranged in the bed body outside one side of the pillow, a massage device is arranged in the pillow, grooves are formed in the outer walls of two sides of the bed body, a moving mechanism is arranged in the grooves, a nursing device positioned above the bed body is arranged on one side of the moving mechanism, and an electric box is arranged on the bottom surface of the bed body and is respectively electrically connected with the massage plate and the massage device; the nursing device comprises a cover plate, a fumigating device, a medicine applying mechanism and an infrared irradiation lamp, wherein the bottom end of the cover plate is connected to the moving mechanism, and at least three second fixing plates are arranged below the top end of the cover plate; the fumigating device, the medicine applying mechanism and the infrared irradiation lamp are all detachable structures; the moving mechanism comprises a first fixed plate, a first driving motor and rollers, wherein the first driving motor is arranged at four corners of the bottom surface of the first fixed plate, the rollers are arranged at the driving ends of the first driving motor, the rollers roll in the grooves, a connecting plate is arranged on the outer side of the first fixed plate, the connecting plate extends out of the grooves, the bottom end of the nursing device is connected to the surface of the connecting plate, a control box is arranged on the bottom surface of the first fixed plate, and the control box is respectively and electrically connected with the first driving motor and the electric box; the fumigation device comprises a cover plate, a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate, a fumigation mechanism, an infrared irradiation lamp, a first driving motor, a second driving motor, a belt pulley, a driving belt, a connecting column, a fumigation mechanism, an infrared irradiation lamp, an electric box and a connecting rod, wherein connecting rods are arranged on two sides of the second fixing plate, the top ends of the connecting rods are connected to the inner wall of the top end of the cover plate, the two sides of the second fixing plate are provided with the second driving motor, the driving end of the second driving motor is provided with the belt pulley, the belt pulley is sleeved with the driving belt, the driving belt is wrapped on the outer side of the second fixing plate, one side of the driving belt is provided with the sliding block, the outer side of the sliding block is provided with the connecting column, and the fumigation mechanism, the infrared irradiation lamp and the second driving motor are all electrically connected with the electric box; the electric box is also provided with a controller which is used for controlling the opening of the massage plate and the massage device, controlling the movement of the moving device, controlling the movement and the control of the fumigation device, the infrared irradiation lamp and the medicine applying mechanism, and also being used for setting treatment information and acquiring body information of a user;
the moving mechanism comprises a first fixed plate, a first driving motor and rollers, wherein the first driving motor is arranged at four corners of the bottom surface of the first fixed plate, the rollers are arranged at the driving ends of the first driving motor, the rollers roll in the grooves, a connecting plate is arranged on the outer side of the first fixed plate, the connecting plate extends out of the grooves, the bottom end of the nursing device is connected to the surface of the connecting plate, a control box is arranged on the bottom surface of the first fixed plate, and the control box is respectively and electrically connected with the first driving motor and the electric box;
the medicine applying mechanism comprises a cylinder, a heating device and a medicine storage box, wherein a fixed arm is arranged at the outer side end of the connecting column, a swing arm is arranged at the bottom end of the fixed arm through a fixed screw and a fixed nut, the cylinder is arranged at the bottom end of the swing arm, the heating device is arranged at the driving end of the cylinder, the medicine storage box is arranged at the bottom end of the heating device, a feed inlet is arranged on one side of the medicine storage box, a sealing cover is arranged at the feed inlet in a threaded fit manner, a plurality of layers of gauze are arranged at the bottom end of the medicine storage box, and the cylinder and the heating device are electrically connected with the electric box;
the middle part of the bed body is an arc-shaped groove, and the massage plate is arranged in the bottom end of the arc-shaped groove;
the second fixing plate is arc-shaped, and the sliding block slides on one side surface of the second fixing plate;
the control method adopting the traditional Chinese medicine nursing device comprises the following steps:
acquiring preset treatment information;
acquiring patient position information;
confirming the position of a treatment device in the nursing device according to the treatment information and the position information to obtain treatment position information;
controlling the treatment device to move according to the treatment position information;
confirming the mode of the therapeutic device according to the therapeutic information to obtain mode information;
controlling a therapeutic device according to the mode information;
the treatment device is a fumigating device, an infrared irradiation lamp and a medicine applying mechanism, and the mode information comprises the position, the intensity, the control time and the circulation state information of the treatment device;
the preset treatment information is treatment position information and treatment means information of a user and is manually set by the user or a doctor staff;
further comprises:
acquiring current image information of a preset part of a user according to preset treatment information;
confirming whether an abnormal state exists or not according to the current image information;
if the abnormal state exists, the treatment device is controlled to be switched to a safe state, and alarm information is sent;
the step of confirming whether an abnormal state exists according to the current image information comprises the following steps:
acquiring current image information;
comparing the current image information with the historical image information to obtain a picture information change rate;
judging the skin color change degree, the sweat density per unit volume and the skin color depth information according to the picture information change rate;
comparing the skin color change, sweat density per unit volume, skin color depth with a preset threshold; if the threshold value is larger than the preset threshold value, determining that the state is abnormal;
further comprises:
acquiring physical state information of a user;
acquiring recommended treatment information according to the physical state information;
comparing the recommended treatment information with preset treatment information, and calculating a deviation rate;
if the deviation rate is larger than a preset deviation rate threshold value, warning information is sent;
further comprises:
acquiring treatment image information of a user after treatment is completed;
analyzing according to the user treatment image information and the physical state information to obtain recommended diet information;
the recommended diet information is sent to a user side;
analyzing according to the user treatment image information and the physical state information to obtain recommended diet information, wherein the recommended diet information comprises the following specific steps:
transmitting the user treatment image information and the physical state information to a server side;
the server side calculates recommended diet information through big data and cloud computing;
and sending the recommended diet information to a traditional Chinese medicine nursing device end.
