The fixed base leads to that pipelines in a construction range need to be concentrated near a welding machine to complete welding and then are transported to an installation position; the impact of this disadvantage can be mitigated to some extent by small equipment, by zone-wise concentrating the pipeline, and by simultaneously investing a plurality of equipment, but cannot be completely eliminated. The defect directly causes welding to become the preposed work of pipeline layout in engineering, and the possibility of parallel operation is avoided; the cutting and heating process depends on the separated equipment, the integration degree is low, and the difficulty of in-site transportation is high due to the fixed machine base; the heating plate of the separated hot melting machine is circular, and is placed between the two sections of cut pipes to heat the pipe ends simultaneously; such heating results in insufficient heating depth in the radial direction, and particularly poor heating for large diameter PE pipes, which can affect the welding effect.
