The system can monitor emergency equipment in real time, and a reasonable emergency scheduling scheme is rapidly and effectively made by combining an emergency plan, so that effective emergency rescue is carried out, and the emergency rescue efficiency is ensured.
Based on the second aspect, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the emergency rescue scheduling system further includes a historical solution module 400, a key operation module 500, and a pre-plan formulation module 600, wherein:
a historical scheme module 400, configured to obtain a historical emergency rescue scheme;
the key operation module 500 is used for inputting key emergency operation information;
and the plan making module 600 is used for making an emergency plan according to the historical emergency rescue plan and the key emergency rescue operation information.
In order to ensure that emergency rescue can be timely and quickly carried out when a dangerous accident is found, a historical emergency rescue scheme is firstly obtained through a historical scheme module 400 and a key operation module 500, and key emergency rescue operation information is input, wherein the key emergency rescue operation information comprises five operation modules, namely a brake, derailment, separation, hot shaft and brake; and then the plan making module 600 makes emergency plans of different accident types according to historical emergency rescue schemes and key emergency rescue operation information of different accident types, wherein the emergency plans comprise scheduling information of five modules, namely a contracting brake module, a derailment module, a separation module, a hot shaft module and a brake module.
Based on the second aspect, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the emergency rescue scheduling system further includes an equipment scheduling comparison module 700 and an error prompt module 800, where:
the equipment scheduling comparison module 700 is configured to obtain real-time scheduling ex-warehouse information of the emergency equipment, compare the real-time scheduling ex-warehouse information of the emergency equipment with emergency equipment information in the emergency scheduling information, and generate a comparison result;
the error prompt module 800 is used for judging whether the emergency equipment taken out of the warehouse is correct according to the comparison result, and if so, ending the process; and if not, generating and sending equipment error prompt information.
In order to avoid errors when the personnel selects the emergency equipment, the real-time scheduling ex-warehouse information of the emergency equipment, namely the emergency equipment information carried by the personnel in real time, is acquired through the equipment scheduling comparison module 700, the real-time scheduling ex-warehouse information of the emergency equipment is compared with the emergency equipment information in the emergency scheduling information, whether the ex-warehouse emergency equipment is correct or not is judged through the error prompt module 800, whether the ex-warehouse emergency equipment is the emergency equipment in the emergency scheduling information or not is judged, and if the ex-warehouse emergency equipment is the emergency equipment in the emergency scheduling information, the equipment is proved to be taken for winning; if not, generating and sending equipment error prompt information to prompt emergency personnel to take the equipment wrongly, thereby ensuring emergency efficiency.
Based on the second aspect, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the emergency rescue scheduling system further includes a device marking module 900 and a device dynamic archiving module 1000, wherein:
the equipment marking module 900 is configured to obtain basic information of each emergency equipment, mark each emergency equipment, and generate equipment marking information;
and the device dynamic archiving module 1000 is configured to acquire the real-time state information of each emergency device, and generate and store warehousing archiving information of each emergency device according to the real-time state information and the device marking information of each emergency device.
In order to ensure that appropriate emergency equipment can be timely and effectively selected during emergency rescue, the emergency equipment needs to be managed so as to improve subsequent scheduling efficiency. The device marking module 900 marks each emergency device, records information of each emergency device, so as to facilitate subsequent scheduling and checking, and in order to ensure timeliness, the device usage condition is monitored and managed in real time, the device dynamic filing module 1000 records real-time device status, usage or non-usage, damage or good conditions, and the like, and then generates and stores warehousing filing information of each emergency device according to the real-time status information and the device marking information of each emergency device, records and counts the warehouse-in and warehouse-out of the device in real time, and updates the filing information of each emergency device in real time.
Based on the second aspect, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the emergency rescue dispatch system further includes a remote control module 1100 for remotely controlling the dispatch of the emergency rescue equipment.
In order to ensure that emergency commanders can master emergency situations in real time, emergency schemes can be adjusted artificially, the emergency commanders perform handling and control scheduling on emergency equipment in a remote control mode, and the remote control module 1100 acquires scheduling information of the emergency commanders and performs remote control on the scheduling of the emergency equipment.

acquiring real-time emergency accident information, and acquiring a corresponding preset emergency plan according to an accident type in the real-time emergency accident information;
acquiring real-time dynamic information of corresponding emergency equipment according to the emergency plan;
and generating and sending emergency scheduling information according to the emergency plan and the real-time dynamic information of the emergency equipment.
2. The emergency rescue scheduling method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring a historical emergency rescue scheme;
inputting key emergency operation information;
and formulating an emergency plan according to the historical emergency plan and the key emergency operation information.
3. The emergency rescue scheduling method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring real-time scheduling ex-warehouse information of emergency equipment, and comparing the real-time scheduling ex-warehouse information of the emergency equipment with emergency equipment information in emergency scheduling information to generate a comparison result;
judging whether the emergency equipment out of the warehouse is correct or not according to the comparison result, and if so, ending the process; and if not, generating and sending equipment error prompt information.
4. The emergency rescue scheduling method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring basic information of each emergency equipment, marking each emergency equipment, and generating equipment marking information;
and acquiring the real-time state information of each emergency equipment, and generating and storing warehousing filing information of each emergency equipment according to the real-time state information and the equipment mark information of each emergency equipment.
5. The emergency rescue scheduling method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
and carrying out remote control on the dispatching of the emergency equipment.

the equipment scheduling comparison module is used for acquiring real-time scheduling ex-warehouse information of the emergency equipment, comparing the real-time scheduling ex-warehouse information of the emergency equipment with emergency equipment information in the emergency scheduling information and generating a comparison result;
the error prompt module is used for judging whether the emergency equipment taken out of the warehouse is correct or not according to the comparison result, and if so, ending the process; and if not, generating and sending equipment error prompt information.
