Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a screen module, which includes a housing 100, a rotating shaft 200, a flexible screen 300, and a folding support 400. The screen module can be applied to electronic equipment.
The flexible screen 300 has a characteristic of being bendable and curled, and the flexible screen can display contents under the condition of being bent and curled. Therefore, the flexible screen 300 can be rolled on the rotating shaft 200, the rotating shaft 200 provides a mounting base for the flexible screen 300, generally, the axial length of the rotating shaft 200 is matched with the width of the flexible screen 300, and specifically, the axial length of the rotating shaft 200 can be set to be slightly larger than the width of the flexible screen 300. The flexible screen 300 has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is fixed to the rotating shaft 200, and when the flexible screen 300 is completely rolled up on the rotating shaft 200, the second end is farther from the rotating shaft 200 than the first end in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 200.
The housing 100 is a base member of the screen module, the housing 100 can provide a mounting base for other components of the screen module, and the housing 100 can provide a protection function for the other components of the screen module. In the present embodiment, the rotating shaft 200 is rotatably disposed in the casing 100, specifically, the rotating shaft 200 is erected in the casing 100, and two axially opposite ends of the rotating shaft 200 are disposed on two opposite inner walls of the casing 100, and generally, two ends of the rotating shaft 200 can be mounted in the mounting holes by forming the mounting holes on the two opposite inner walls of the casing 100. The opening has been seted up to shell 100, and the second end of the flexible screen 300 of roll-up locating pivot 200 can stretch out to the outside of shell 100 by the opening, can make at least part flexible screen 300 stretch out to the outside of shell 100 through pulling the second end, and at this in-process, pivot 200 also can rotate along with stretching out of flexible screen 300 to make flexible screen 300 can expand, and at this moment, the rotation direction of pivot 200 is first direction. When the rotating shaft 200 rotates along a second direction opposite to the first direction, the flexible screen 300 extending out of the housing 100 can be retracted into the housing 100 and wound on the rotating shaft 200, so that the flexible screen 300 can be retracted into the housing 100. Generally, when the first direction is along the direction of the pointer, the second direction is counterclockwise, and the application is not limited thereto.
It should be noted that, when the flexible screen 300 is rolled on the rotation shaft 200, the rotation shaft 200 rotates in the first direction to enable the second end of the flexible screen 300 to protrude from the opening to the outside of the housing 100, so that at least a portion of the flexible screen 300 protrudes to the outside of the housing 100, which is not limited in this application.

When the flexible screen 300 needs to be extended from the housing 100, the stopper 600 needs to be separated from the housing 100, and at this time, the first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 610 are in a separable state, the stopper 600 is no longer fixedly connected with the housing 100, and as the flexible screen 300 gradually extends outside the housing 100, the stopper 600 gradually moves away from the housing 100.
The first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 610 in the embodiment of the present application are detachably connected, and the first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 610 can be switched between a fixed connection state and a separation state, so that the stopper 600 can be fixedly connected to the housing 100 or separated from the housing 100.
In one embodiment, the first connection portion 110 and the second connection portion 610 may be magnetically connected, and specifically, the first connection portion 110 and the second connection portion 610 may use magnetic members with different polarities, when the flexible screen 300 is gradually retracted into the housing 100, the stopper 600 is gradually close to the housing 100, as the distance between the stopper 600 and the housing 100 is gradually reduced, the distance between the first connection portion 110 and the second connection portion 610 is also gradually reduced, and after the distance between the first connection portion 110 and the second connection portion 610 is reduced to a certain degree, the mutual attraction force between the two can accelerate the approach of the housing 100 and the stopper 600, so that the flexible screen 300 can be more quickly retracted into the housing 100. When the flexible screen 300 needs to be extended from the housing 100, the stopper 600 and the housing 100 can be separated by pulling the flexible screen 300 with a force greater than the attractive force between the first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 610, and as the distance between the housing 100 and the stopper 600 increases, the distance between the first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 610 also increases, and the attractive force between the first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 610 decreases to be negligible.
In another embodiment, the first connection portion 110 may be a conductive coil, the second connection portion 610 may be a magnetic member cooperating with the conductive coil, the conductive coil may be electrically connected to the power supply device of the screen module, and the acting force between the conductive coil and the magnetic member may be switched between the attractive force and the repulsive force by changing the current direction in the conductive coil. When the flexible screen 300 is retracted into the housing 100, the stopper 600 is fixedly connected to the housing 100, and when the conductive coil is supplied with current in the first direction, an attractive force is generated between the conductive coil and the magnetic member, so that the stopper 600 and the housing 100 can be fixedly connected. When the flexible screen 300 needs to extend out of the shell 100 and expand, the conductive coil is connected with current in the second direction, at the moment, repulsive force is generated between the conductive coil and the magnetic piece, the stop 600 and the shell 100 repel each other, the stop 600 and the shell 100 can be separated faster, the extending and expanding speed of the flexible screen 300 from the shell 100 can be accelerated, the flexible screen 300 can be expanded faster, and the use efficiency of the screen module is improved.
Of course, when the flexible screen 300 needs to be extended from the housing 100, the conductive coil may be set to be not energized, and there is neither attraction force nor repulsion force between the conductive coil and the magnetic member, and the stopper 600 can be conveniently separated from the housing 100.
When the flexible screen 300 is switched from the unfolded state to the state of retracting in the housing 100, the stopper 600 is gradually close to the housing 100, the magnetic member is gradually close to the conductive coil, and after the magnetic member is close to the conductive coil, the conductive coil can be electrified, so that attraction force is generated between the conductive coil and the magnetic member, the stopper 600 can be accelerated to be close to the housing 100, the flexible screen 300 can be accelerated to retract into the housing 100, and the retraction rate of the flexible screen 300 is improved.
When the first connecting portion 110 is a conductive coil and the second connecting portion 610 is a magnetic member, the acting force between the conductive coil and the magnetic member can be switched between the attractive force and the repulsive force by switching the direction of the current in the conductive coil, so that the efficiency of extending and retracting the flexible screen 300 from and into the housing 100 can be improved.
Of course, the first connection portion 110 may be configured as a magnetic member, and the second connection portion 610 may be configured as a conductive coil, which is not limited in this application.
It should be noted that the first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 610 can also be in a snap-fit connection manner, the first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 610 are fixed in the snap-fit connection manner when the stop 600 and the housing 100 are abutted, and the first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 610 can be separated when the stop 600 needs to be separated from the housing 100.
The size of the stop 600 can be satisfied under the circumstances that the flexible screen 300, the folding support 400, the folding mounting member 420, the telescopic rod 500 and the second connecting portion 610 are installed, and under the circumstances that the opening of the housing 100 can be blocked, the length, the width and the height dimensions thereof can all be smaller than the corresponding dimensions of the housing 100, so that the volume of the screen module disclosed in the embodiment of the present application can be smaller and the weight is lighter.
Based on the screen module above, this application embodiment still discloses an electronic equipment, includes the screen module above.
The electronic device disclosed by the embodiment of the application can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader or a wearable device. Of course, the electronic device may also be other devices, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
While the present embodiments have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the precise embodiments described above, which are meant to be illustrative and not restrictive, and that various changes may be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
