The wires are arranged through the wire penetrating holes 413, so that the arrangement of the connecting wires 3 between the display 1 and the host machine 2 is facilitated, and the connection and the layout of the display device are more reasonable.
In a specific application, the rotating bracket 41 can be controlled by a user instruction to rotate the display 1. In some embodiments, the user may operate the display device by means of a control device, including controlling the rotation of the display 1.
The control device may be a remote controller, which may be connected to the display device through some communication method, so as to control the display device through a wireless or other wired method. The user can control the display device by performing operations such as key presses or voice input to the remote controller. For example, by inputting "rotate", "landscape", "portrait", etc. through voice, the rotating bracket 41 is controlled to rotate the display 1.
The control device may also be an intelligent device, such as a mobile terminal, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, etc., so as to communicate with the display device through a network, and thereby control the display device.
In this embodiment, by rotating the display 1, the display 1 can be rotated to different orientations and have different plane postures, so that the display 1 can be applied to more scenes. For example, the display 1 is caused to have at least two states, such as a landscape state and a portrait state, by rotation of the display 1.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the display 1 is in a landscape state. For the horizontal screen state of the display 1, taking the case that the display 1 is installed on a vertical wall surface and the appearance of the display 1 is rectangular, the long side of the display 1 extends in the horizontal direction, and the wide side of the display 1 extends in the vertical direction.
When the display 1 is in the horizontal screen state, the display 1 can be mainly used for realizing the functions of playing videos and the like, and at the moment, the display screen 11 in the horizontal screen state is more in line with the view field angle of the human eyes watching the videos.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the display 1 is in a portrait state. Similarly, for example, when the display 1 is installed on a vertical wall surface and the display 1 has a rectangular shape, when the display 1 is in a vertical screen state, the wide side of the display 1 extends in the horizontal direction, and the long side of the display 1 extends in the horizontal direction.
The portrait screen state of the display 1 is mainly set specifically for some special scenes, for example, application scenes such as photographing, trembling, and karaoke, under which the display 1 provides better effect for the portrait screen state.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the rotating bracket 41 is used to drive the display 1 to rotate, so that the display 1 can be switched between multiple states, for example, at least between a horizontal screen state and a vertical screen state, and thus the display 1 can adapt to more application scenarios, thereby enhancing the practicability of the display 1 and improving the user experience effect.
It can be understood that, through the rotation of the display screen, the display screen may not only have a landscape screen state or a portrait screen state, but also have an inclined state between the landscape screen and the portrait screen, which may be designed according to actual requirements, and this embodiment is not particularly limited to this.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to realize the function of the rotating bracket 41 supporting the display 1 on the supporting surface and being able to rotate the display 1, in some embodiments, the rotating bracket 41 includes a rotating portion 411 and a fixing portion 412.
The rotating portion 411 and the fixing portion 412 are connected to each other to form the rotating bracket 41, wherein the rotating portion 411 is connected to the back surface of the display 1, and the rotating portion 411 can drive the display 1 to rotate synchronously; the fixing portion 412 is connected to a side of the rotating portion 411 facing away from the display 1, and the fixing portion 412 is fixed relative to a supporting surface on which the display 1 is mounted, that is, the fixing portion 412 and the rotating portion 411 are rotatable relative to each other.
As to how to realize that rotating portion 411 is rotatory to drive display 1 rotatory, in some embodiments, rotating portion 411 and the mutual lock of fixed part 412 are connected, and both enclose jointly and hold the chamber, hold parts such as the intracavity is provided with control panel, motor, drive structure, and through control panel control motor operation, the motor makes drive structure work, and drive structure drives rotating portion 411 and rotates.
In one embodiment, the driving structure includes a small sprocket connected to the fixing portion 412, a large sprocket connected to the rotating portion 411, and a chain connected between the small sprocket and the large sprocket. The mainboard that sets up through display 1 transmits the signal to the control panel of runing rest 41, and the control panel receives control motor after the signal and begins work, and the output shaft and the little sprocket of motor are connected, and the motor rotates and drives little sprocket and rotate, and little sprocket passes through the chain and forms one-level chain drive with big sprocket, and big sprocket and rotating part 411 relatively fixed drive rotating part 411 synchronous revolution through big sprocket to realize that rotating part 411 drives display 1 synchronous revolution.
As for the relative rotation between the fixed portion 412 and the rotating portion 411, for example, a die-cast rotating shaft may be disposed at the center of the fixed portion 412 or the rotating portion 411, for example, a die-cast rotating shaft may be disposed at the center of the fixed portion 412, and a sleeve hole may be disposed at a position of the rotating portion 411 corresponding to the die-cast rotating shaft, so as to sleeve the rotating portion 411 on the die-cast rotating shaft of the fixed portion 412, thereby achieving the rotation of the rotating portion 411 relative to the fixed portion 412.
In order to ensure the rotational stability of the rotating portion 411 and the coaxiality thereof with the fixing portion 412, a washer may be further provided outside the die-cast rotating shaft and on the outer edge of the trepanning of the rotating portion 411, and a spacer may be provided at a circumferential edge portion where the fixing portion 412 and the rotating portion 411 are fitted.
In some embodiments, in order to detect whether the display 1 is rotated to a proper position and whether the motor in the rotating bracket 41 needs to be stopped, a position sensor is further provided in the rotating bracket 41, and the position of the rotating portion 411 is detected by the position sensor.
For example, a magnet with a rotation angle may be disposed on the fixing plate, the magnet includes a 0 ° magnet and a 90 ° magnet, the 0 ° magnet corresponds to the horizontal screen state of the display 1, and the 90 ° magnet corresponds to the vertical screen state of the display 1, and it is determined whether the display 1 is rotated in place by detecting the positions of the 0 ° magnet and the 90 ° magnet by the sensor.
Because there is the condition that the sensor can't detect the signal in failure, in order to further guarantee the accuracy that display 1 rotated to the position, can set up mechanical limit structure in rotating bracket 41, make rotating part 411 stall through mechanical limit structure. For example, after rotating to the right, the mechanical limit structure stops the large sprocket to continue rotating, and at this time, because the transmission structure can not continue to work, the motor is locked up and the current is increased, and overcurrent protection after the current is increased can be used to set power-off, so as to ensure the accuracy of the rotation of the rotating part 411, that is, the safety of the operation of the whole rotating bracket 41.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to improve the firmness of the connection between the display 1 and the supporting surface, in one possible embodiment, the supporting assembly 4 further includes a fixing bracket 42, the fixing bracket 42 is connected with the rotating bracket 41, and the display 1 is fixed on the supporting surface through the fixing bracket 42.
One side of the fixing bracket 42 facing the supporting surface is fixedly connected to the supporting surface, and the other side of the fixing bracket 42 is connected to the fixing portion 412 of the rotating bracket 41. Through setting up fixed bolster 42, make display 1 and the connection of holding surface more firm to the in-process that makes display 1 rotatory, the rotating part 411 of rotating bracket 41 rotates relative fixed part 412, and rotating part 411 produces certain effort to fixed part 412, nevertheless because fixed part 412 still is connected with fixed bolster 42, therefore can cushion even offset the effort, can guarantee display 1's stability.
It should be understood that, in the present embodiment, the fixing portion 412 of the rotating bracket 41 may be directly and fixedly connected to the supporting surface without additionally providing the fixing bracket 42. In this way, in order to improve the stability of the display 1, the fixing portion 412 of the rotating bracket 41 may be made of a material having good strength and rigidity.
In this embodiment, the connection wire 3 connected between the display 1 and the host 2 passes through the threading hole 413 of the rotating bracket 41, the connection wire 3 passing through the threading hole 413 is connected to the host 2, and the portion of the connection wire 3 located between the rotating bracket 41 and the host 2 is exposed to the outside.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in particular, the connection line 3 includes a front section 31, a middle section 32 and a rear section 33 connected in sequence, the front section 31 extends from an end connected with the display 1 to an end of the threading hole 413 facing the display 1, the middle section 32 is located in the threading hole 413, and the rear section 33 extends from an end of the threading hole 413 facing the support surface.
The connecting wire 3 is connected between the display 1 and the host 2 and passes through the threading hole 413 of the rotating bracket 41, therefore, the connecting wire 3 can be divided into three sections, namely a front section 31, a middle section 32 and a rear section 33, the front section 31 of the connecting wire 3 comprises a part from one end of the connecting wire connected with the port 121 of the display 1 to the front of the threading hole 413, the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 is a part located in the threading hole 413, and the rear section 33 of the connecting wire 3 comprises a part from the threading hole 413 to the host 2.
Since the display 1 is rotatable in its mounting plane, the front section 31 of the connecting wire 3 is connected to the port 121 on the back side of the display 1, and the front section 31 of the connecting wire 3 is also rotated along with the rotation of the display 1. In order to keep the connection line 3 more orderly, the connection between the display 1 and the host 2 is more simple, and in some embodiments, the portion of the rear section 33 of the connection line 3 passing through the threading hole 413 may be fixed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in one possible embodiment, the fixing portion 412 of the rotating bracket 41 is provided with a wire arrangement groove 4121 communicated with the threading hole 413, and the rear section 33 of the connecting wire 3 is located in the wire arrangement groove 4121 and extends along the extending direction of the wire arrangement groove 4121.
By providing the wire arrangement groove 4121 in the fixing portion 412 of the rotating bracket 41, the connecting wire 3 is inserted through the threading hole 413 and then positioned in the wire arrangement groove 4121, and the connecting wire 3 in the wire arrangement groove 4121 extends in the extending direction of the wire arrangement groove 4121. Because the fixing portion 412 of the rotating bracket 41 is fixed, the extending direction of the rear section 33 of the connecting wire 3 in the wire arranging groove 4121 is also fixed, so that the rear section 33 of the connecting wire 3 is also fixed in the rotating process of the display 1, and thus, the user experience effect can be improved.
In addition, no matter how many the quantity of connecting wire 3, connecting wire 3 all wears out from threading hole 413, and extends along reason line groove 4121, and the overall arrangement of connecting wire 3 is more neat succinct like this.
The extending direction of the rear section 33 of the connecting wire 3, i.e., the extending direction of the wire managing groove 4121, is not particularly limited in this embodiment. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the thread managing groove 4121 extends downward in a vertical direction from the bottom end of the threading hole 413.
Through making reason line groove 4121 set up in threading hole 413 below, and reason line groove 4121 extends downwards along vertical direction, reason line groove 4121 is perpendicular downwards like this to display 1 installs on vertical wall, and reason line groove 4121 is vertical towards ground, and the back end 33 of the connecting wire 3 in the reason line groove 4121 is also perpendicular downwards, and the extending direction of the back end 33 of connecting wire 3 keeps up rather than the direction of gravity like this, sets up more rationally.
The front section 31 of the connecting wire 3 rotates with the display 1, and the rear section 33 is fixed, which inevitably affects the middle section 32 located in the threading hole 413. As shown in fig. 9, if the middle section 32 of the connecting line 3 is in a straight line form, taking as an example that the front section 31 and the rear section 33 of the connecting line 3 are both in a vertical state when the display 1 is in a landscape state, the front section 31 and the rear section 33 of the connecting line 3 may be staggered back and forth in the same vertical plane, and the projections of the front section 31 and the rear section 33 may be on the same vertical line.
Thus, when the display 1 is rotated from the landscape state to the portrait state, for example, the display 1 is rotated by 90 ° clockwise. In the process of rotating the display 1, the front section 31 of the connection line 3 synchronously rotates clockwise by 90 °, however, since the rear section 33 of the connection line 3 is always fixed, the middle section 32 in a straight form can still basically maintain its straight state, but under the driving of the front section 31, a twisting phenomenon can occur.
The middle section 32 of the connection wire 3 is twisted in the threading hole 413 every time the display 1 rotates, so that the connection wire 3 is twisted many times when the display 1 rotates many times during a long-term operation of the display 1. Since the connection line 3 is easily damaged in a twisted state, it is inevitable to reduce the service life of the connection line 3.
As shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, in order to prevent the middle section 32 of the connection line 3 from twisting during the rotation of the display 1 and prolong the service life of the connection line 3, the middle section 32 of the connection line 3 extends spirally in the threading hole 413.
Set up to spiral extension through the middle section 32 with connecting wire 3, the both ends of spiral middle section 32 are connected with anterior segment 31 and back end 33 respectively, and at anterior segment 31 pivoted in-process, back end 33 is immovable, and spiral middle section 32 moves along with the rotation of anterior segment 31. At this time, the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 is bent and deformed instead of twisted, the bending of the connecting wire 3 has little influence on the middle section, and the connecting wire 3 is not obviously damaged, so that the service life of the connecting wire 3 can be effectively prolonged.
Specifically, the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 is spirally extended, and the middle section 32 can be radially contracted from outside to inside or expanded from inside to outside along the threading hole 413 along with the rotation of the front section 31 of the connecting wire 3.
For example, as shown in fig. 10, taking as an example that the front section 31 and the rear section 33 of the connecting line 3 are both in the vertical state when the display 1 is in the landscape state, when the display 1 is switched from the landscape state to the portrait state by rotating 90 ° clockwise, the front section 31 of the connecting line 3 synchronously rotates 90 ° clockwise. In this process, the middle section 32 of the connecting cord 3 is forced by the front section 31, so that the whole middle section 32 is contracted inward in the radial direction of the threading hole 413, which can also be understood as the diameter of the whole middle section 32 of the connecting cord 3 is reduced.
On the contrary, in the process that the display 1 is turned by 90 ° counterclockwise from the vertical screen state to the horizontal screen state, the force applied to the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 is gradually weakened, and the whole middle section 32 is expanded outward in the radial direction of the threading hole 413, which can also be understood as the diameter of the whole middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 is increased.
During the rotation of the display 1, the front section 31 of the connection line 3 rotates with the display, the rear section 33 is fixed, and the diameter of the whole spiral middle section 32 changes through the outward expansion or inward contraction of the whole spiral middle section 32, so that the stress of the spiral middle section 32 is released, the possibility of damage to the connection line 3 is reduced, and the service life of the connection line 3 is prolonged.
In some embodiments, the middle section 32 of the connector cable 3 is threaded through the threading hole 413 at least half a turn. The display 1 switches the state through rotation, and in a specific application, the display 1 at least can have a horizontal screen state and a vertical screen state, and the horizontal screen state and the vertical screen state can be realized under the condition of repeated 90-degree rotation, so that the rotation angle of the display 1 can be controlled within 90 degrees, and the rotation angle of the front section 31 of the connecting wire 3 is also within 90 degrees.
Thus, the number of turns of the screw thread in the threading hole 413 of the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 can be set to be half a turn, so that the middle section 32 can be contracted or expanded in the connecting hole under the condition that the front section 31 rotates 90 degrees.
It should be understood that the rotation angle of the display 1 of the present embodiment is not limited to within 90 °, and can also realize 180 ° turnover or 360 ° omni-directional rotation, so that the spiral middle section 32 can have more turns in the threading hole 413, so as to meet the requirement of multi-angle rotation of the display 1. For example, the middle section 32 of the connection wire 3 may be threaded through the threading hole 413 for 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 or more turns.
Since the front section 31 of the connecting wire 3 rotates synchronously during the rotation of the display 1, the angle of the connecting portion between the front section 31 and the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 changes, and in order to further prolong the service life of the connecting wire 3, as shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the spiral direction of the end of the connecting wire 3, which is connected to the front section 31, is opposite to the rotation direction of the front section 31.
Use anterior segment 31 of connecting wire 3 to rotate along the clockwise for the example, the one end of being connected with anterior segment 31 of connecting wire 3 middle section 32 is followed the anticlockwise spiral, and at anterior segment 31 pivoted in-process like this, the middle section 32 of connecting wire 3 is greater than 90 with the contained angle of anterior segment 31 at the junction, and the degree of buckling relatively between anterior segment 31 and the middle section 32 is less, can corresponding improvement connecting wire 3's life.
On the contrary, if the one end of connecting wire 3 middle section 32 and being connected with anterior segment 31 also spirals along clockwise, then at the pivoted in-process of anterior segment 31, the contained angle of connecting wire 3's middle section 32 and anterior segment 31 at the junction is less than 90, and along with the continuation rotation of connecting wire 3 anterior segment 31, contained angle between the two is more and more littleer, and the degree of buckling of both supports is great like this, impaired easily.
In order to further limit the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 and prevent the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 from changing its spiral state during the inward contraction or outward expansion movement, in a possible embodiment, a limiting member 414 is further disposed in the threading hole 413 of the rotating bracket 41, a gap is formed between an outer wall of the limiting member 414 and an inner wall of the threading hole 413, and the middle section 32 moves in the gap.
As shown in fig. 11, by disposing the limiting member 414 in the threading hole 413, the limiting member 414 may be, for example, a solid or hollow limiting column, a gap is formed between an outer wall of the limiting member 414 and an inner wall of the threading hole 413, and the middle section 32 of the connection wire 3 may be spirally wound on the outer wall of the limiting member 414, so that the spiral shape of the middle section 32 of the connection wire 3 is ensured not to change.
And the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 is movable in the gap between the limiting member 414 and the threading hole 413, so that the spiral middle section 32 can contract inward or expand outward, and the degree of inward contraction and outward expansion can be limited, which can help the middle section 32 of the connecting wire 3 maintain its spiral shape.
Fixed connection between locating part 414 and the through wires hole 413, exemplarily, the both ends of locating part 414 and through wires hole 413 can set up the joint structure of mutual matching, and the both ends of locating part 414 are connected with the both ends joint of through wires hole 413, so can fix locating part 414 in through wires hole 413, and do not set up connection structure in the space between locating part 414 and the through wires hole 413, do not have the influence to the removal of connecting wire 3 middle section 32 in the space.
According to the display device provided by the embodiment, the display is connected with the host through the connecting line, the display is installed on the supporting surface through the supporting assembly, the supporting assembly comprises the rotating support, the rotating support is connected to the back of the display, and the display can be driven to rotate in the installation plane of the display through the rotating support, so that more display adjusting functions can be provided, more applicable scenes of the display are provided, and the user experience effect can be improved; wherein, through set up the through wires hole that link up on runing rest, the connecting wire passes through the through wires hole and connects display and host computer, and it is more convenient to be connected between display and the host computer like this, and display device's structure is simpler.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
