s1, fabric blank guiding and limiting: placing coiled knitted fabric on an unreeling device, pulling out one end of the knitted fabric, enabling the knitted fabric to sequentially pass through a limiting device (2) and a drying device (5), and adjusting an auxiliary device (4) to enable the upper end of the knitted fabric to be in matched contact with the auxiliary device;
s2, dip dyeing length adjustment: operating the adjusting device (3), and putting the dip-dyed fabric blank into a dyeing agent in the frame (1);
s3, dip dyeing of fabric blanks: fixing the other end of the knitted fabric with a winding device, and winding by the winding device to enable the rolled fabric blanks to be sequentially opened to penetrate through the interior of the frame (1); the dyeing effect of the cloth blank is improved through the work of the auxiliary device (4);
s4, drying the cloth blank: the cloth blank after dip dyeing is matched with a drying device (5), and redundant dyeing liquid on the cloth blank is squeezed to be dry under the action of the drying device (5);
the dyeing treatment of the knitted fabric blank in the steps S1-S4 is completed by the matching of a frame (1), a limiting device (2), an adjusting device (3), an auxiliary device (4) and a drying device (5); wherein:
mounting grooves are symmetrically formed in the left end and the right end of the frame (1), a limiting device (2) is arranged in the mounting groove of the frame (1) in a sliding fit mode, an adjusting device (3) is arranged on the inner wall of the middle of the frame (1), sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the front and back of the inner wall of the middle of the frame (1), the auxiliary device (4) is arranged in the sliding grooves of the frame (1), and a drying device (5) is arranged on the outer wall of the right end of the frame (1); an inverted T-shaped through hole is formed in the right side of the frame (1); the inverted T-shaped through hole is communicated with the drying device (5);
the drying device (5) comprises a fixed sleeve (51), a limiting post rod (52), a bolt post (53), a pressure spring (54), a sliding plate (55), an execution block (56), an upper pressing roller (57), a lower pressing roller (58) and an auxiliary unit (59); the inner wall of the bottom end of the fixed sleeve (51) is of an inclined structure, a rectangular through groove is formed in the left end of the fixed sleeve (51), the auxiliary unit (59) is arranged in the rectangular through groove of the fixed sleeve (51) in a sliding fit mode, a limiting post rod (52) is arranged inside the fixed sleeve (51), and a square through hole is formed inside the limiting post rod (52); the sliding plate (55) is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the square through hole of the limiting post rod (52) in a sliding fit mode, the lower end of the sliding plate (55) is connected with a sliding execution block (56) through a uniformly arranged pressure spring (54), the execution block (56) is uniformly arranged inside the limiting post rod (52) in a sliding fit mode, the lower end of the execution block (56) is provided with an upper compression roller (57) in a movable connection mode, and the lower compression roller (58) is uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the rectangular through groove of the limiting post rod (52) in a movable connection mode; the bolt column (53) is arranged on the limiting column rod (52) in a threaded connection mode, and the lower end of the bolt column (53) is connected with the sliding plate (55) through a bearing;
the auxiliary unit (59) comprises an auxiliary rod (591), an auxiliary spring (592), an auxiliary block (593) and an auxiliary roller (594); the auxiliary rod (591) is symmetrically arranged in the rectangular through groove of the fixed sleeve (51), the auxiliary springs (592) are symmetrically arranged on the auxiliary rod (591), the auxiliary blocks (593) are symmetrically arranged on the auxiliary rod (591) in a sliding fit mode, and two auxiliary blocks (593) which are parallel to each other on the two auxiliary rods (591) are connected through the arranged auxiliary roller (594) by adopting a bearing;
the stiffness coefficients of the pressure springs (54) which are uniformly arranged from left to right at the lower end of the sliding plate (55) are sequentially increased;
