In the embodiment of the invention, a target service request of a user is acquired, wherein the target service request comprises a target service type and target service resource information, schedulable service resource information corresponding to the target service type is acquired in a shared administrative management platform according to the target service type, when the schedulable service resource information is not matched with the target service resource information, the target service request is forwarded to a service provider to inquire the service information, query information returned by the service provider is received, target scheduling information is generated according to the query information, service scheduling is performed for the user according to the target scheduling information, and therefore, when the platform resource cannot provide the service requested by the user in the shared administrative management platform, the resource can be queried for the third-party service provider and the third-party service provider is scheduled to provide corresponding service, the shared administrative management platform is more intelligent.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides an electronic device, which may include a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when executed by the processor, the computer program implements the method for service scheduling as described above.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the method for service scheduling as above.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, embodiments of the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. The method and apparatus for scheduling service provided above are introduced in detail, and a specific example is applied in this document to illustrate the principle and the implementation of the present invention, and the above description of the embodiment is only used to help understanding the method and the core idea of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for service scheduling, wherein the method is applied to a shared administration platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a target service request of the user, wherein the target service request comprises a target service type and target service resource information;
acquiring schedulable service resource information corresponding to the target service type in the shared administrative management platform;
when the schedulable service resource information is not matched with the target service resource information, the target service request is forwarded to a service provider to inquire service information, and inquiry information returned by the service provider is received; wherein the service provider is a service platform associated with the shared administrative platform;
and generating target scheduling information according to the query information, and scheduling the service for the user according to the target scheduling information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating target scheduling information according to the query information comprises:
generating a plurality of candidate scheduling information according to the query information and the schedulable service resource information;
determining cost information for each candidate scheduling information;
and determining target scheduling information from a plurality of candidate scheduling information according to the cost information.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the target scheduling information comprises a target serving node, the method further comprising:
determining a current service node in the process of service scheduling for the user;
judging whether the current service node is the target service node;
and when the current service node is judged to be the target service node, generating reminding information and sending the reminding information to the mobile terminal of the user.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
determining a related service according to the target service request;
and generating the associated scheduling information of the associated service, and scheduling the service for the user according to the associated scheduling information.
5. The method according to claim 1, before obtaining schedulable service resource information corresponding to the target service type in the shared administrative platform according to the target service type, further comprising:
acquiring account information of the user, and determining first permission information of the user according to the account information;
and when the first authority information is matched with second authority information corresponding to the target request service, executing to obtain schedulable service resource information corresponding to the target service type in the shared administrative management platform according to the target service type.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the user comprises any one or more of:
campus manager users, operator users, enterprise users, and owner users.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the service type comprises any one or more of:
property service type, vehicle rental service type, travel service type, outside engagement service type, visitor service type.
8. An apparatus for service scheduling, the apparatus comprising:
a target service request obtaining module, configured to obtain a target service request of the user, where the target service request includes a target service type and target service resource information;
the schedulable service resource information acquisition module is used for acquiring schedulable service resource information corresponding to the target service type;
the query information receiving module is used for forwarding the target service request to a service provider to perform service information query and receiving query information returned by the service provider when the schedulable service resource information is not matched with the target service resource information; wherein the service provider is a service platform associated with the shared administrative platform;
and the service scheduling module is used for generating target scheduling information according to the query information and scheduling the service for the user according to the target scheduling information.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing a method of service scheduling as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of service scheduling according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
