It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, a "module" or "processor" may include hardware, software, or a combination of both. A module may comprise hardware circuitry, various suitable sensors, communication ports, memory, may comprise software components such as program code, or may be a combination of software and hardware. The processor may be a central processing unit, microprocessor, image processor, digital signal processor, or any other suitable processor. The processor has data and/or signal processing functionality. The processor may be implemented in software, hardware, or a combination thereof. Non-transitory computer readable storage media include any suitable medium that can store program code, such as magnetic disks, hard disks, optical disks, flash memory, read-only memory, random-access memory, and the like. The term "a and/or B" denotes all possible combinations of a and B, such as a alone, B alone or a and B. The term "at least one A or B" or "at least one of A and B" means similar to "A and/or B" and may include only A, only B, or both A and B. The singular forms "a", "an" and "the" may include the plural forms as well.
Aiming at the paper financial statements, the data in the financial statements are mainly corrected in a manual processing mode at present and are input into a computer software system such as a financial system, and because each financial statement contains a large number of accounting subjects and corresponding accounting data, if a manual processing method is still adopted to correct and input a large number of financial statements, the workload of manual processing can be greatly increased, and correction and/or input errors can easily occur. According to the financial statement processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the accounting subjects contained in the financial statement and the accounting data of each accounting subject can be automatically identified according to the image of the financial statement, corresponding accounting calculation can be carried out on the accounting data, and finally, the identified accounting subjects, the accounting data and the calculated accounting calculation result are filled into the electronic financial statement template to form the electronic financial statement. Based on the above embodiment, only the image information of the paper financial reports needs to be collected, and corresponding electronic financial reports can be automatically generated, and even for large batches of paper financial reports, each paper financial report can be quickly and accurately acquired through the above embodiment. Meanwhile, in practical application, the report forms of the paper financial reports can be diversified, the embodiment of the invention can uniformly convert the paper financial reports with different report forms into the electronic financial reports with the same report form through the electronic financial report form template, and is favorable for financial report analysts to quickly analyze and process the financial reports with different report forms in large batch.
In an example of an application scenario of the present invention, a financial statement processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed on a server of a certain bank and can be communicatively connected to a financial system preset on the server. When the bank needs to use the financial system to perform data analysis on all the paper financial statements collected in a month, the financial statement processing device can automatically output the electronic financial statements of each paper financial statement to the financial system only by inputting the images of the paper financial statements into the financial statement processing device, and then the bank can use the financial system to perform data analysis on the electronic financial statements.
Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating the main steps of a financial statement processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the financial statement processing method in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps S101 to S104.
Step S101: and performing text recognition on the image of the financial statement to acquire text information in the image.
In this embodiment, the image of the financial statement may be an image obtained by image-capturing the paper financial statement by using an image-capturing device, such as a camera or a scanner. The Image Format (Image Format) of the financial statement includes but is not limited to: JPEG and PDF formats. The text information refers to words, sentences, numbers, symbols, and the like contained in the image of the financial statement. It should be noted that, a person skilled in the art can flexibly select a text recognition method according to actual requirements to perform text recognition on the image of the financial statement. In one embodiment of the embodiment, the text recognition method can be used for performing text recognition on the image of the financial statement by adopting a method capable of performing text recognition and table recognition on the image simultaneously, and based on the embodiment, the table information (including but not limited to: the position of a cell in the table) of the financial statement and the text information recorded in the financial statement (including but not limited to: the text information recorded in the table, such as the text information recorded in the cell and the text information recorded outside the table) can be accurately recognized.
Step S102: and performing semantic analysis on the text information, and determining the accounting subjects contained in the financial statement and the electronic financial statement template matched with the financial statement.
In this embodiment, the electronic financial statement template refers to a template file generated according to a fixed format of a preset electronic financial statement. In this embodiment, the electronic financial statement templates corresponding to the financial statements of each type can be respectively generated according to the types of the financial statements. For example: if the electronic financial statement templates are classified according to the contents contained in the financial statements, the types of the financial statements can comprise an asset liability statement, a profit and loss statement and a cash flow statement, fixed versions corresponding to the asset liability statement, the profit and loss statement and the cash flow statement can be preset when the electronic financial statement templates are generated, and then corresponding electronic financial statement templates, namely the asset liability statement template, the profit and loss statement template and the cash flow statement template, are respectively generated according to each fixed version. In addition, in this embodiment, the financial statements may be further classified according to the industry types of the enterprises to which the financial statements belong, that is, the types of the financial statements may include not only the content types of the financial statements (the balance sheet, the profit and loss sheet, the cash flow sheet, and the like), but also the industry types of the enterprises to which the financial statements belong. For example: if a certain industry type is the financial industry, fixed versions corresponding to an asset liability statement, a profit and loss statement and a cash flow statement of the financial industry can be preset when the electronic financial statement template is generated, and then corresponding electronic financial statement templates, namely the asset liability statement template of the financial industry, the profit and loss statement template of the financial industry and the cash flow statement template of the financial industry, are generated according to each fixed version.
In this embodiment, Natural Language Processing (NLP) may be adopted to perform semantic analysis on the text information, and determine semantic information included in the text information, so as to determine which accounting subjects and information related to the type of the financial statement are included according to the semantic information, and further determine the accounting subjects included in the financial statement and an electronic financial statement template matched with the financial statement. Further, in one embodiment of the present embodiment, the accounting subjects contained in the financial statement and the electronic financial statement template matched with the financial statement may be determined through the following steps 11 to 14.
Step 11: and performing semantic analysis on the text information, and respectively acquiring the external text semantics of the text information positioned outside the table in the financial statement and the internal text semantics of the text information positioned inside the table in the financial statement.
The text information outside the table refers to text information recorded outside the table of the financial report, wherein the text information outside the table may include header information of the financial report such as a report name. The text information inside the table refers to the text information recorded inside the table of the financial statement, such as in a cell.
Step 12: and performing semantic matching on the external text semantics and the template name of each preset electronic financial statement template respectively, and determining the electronic financial statement template matched with the financial statement.
In this embodiment, the template name may be determined according to the type of the financial statement, for example, the template name may be a balance sheet template, or a balance sheet template in the financial industry. Further, in one embodiment, in order to improve the success rate of semantic matching, a plurality of different template names may be set for each electronic financial statement template, as long as the template names can refer to the same electronic financial statement template. When the external text semantics are semantically matched with the template name of a certain electronic financial statement template, if the external text semantics can be matched with at least one template name, the electronic financial statement template can be judged to be the electronic financial statement template matched with the current financial statement.
In the embodiment, the semantic matching degree between the external text semantic and the template name can be obtained, and whether the external text semantic is matched with the template name or not is judged according to the comparison result between the semantic matching degree and the preset first matching degree threshold. If the semantic matching degree is greater than or equal to a preset first matching degree threshold value, the external text semantic and the template name can be judged to be matched with each other, and if the semantic matching degree is smaller than the preset first matching degree threshold value, the external text semantic and the template name can be judged to be not matched with each other. The preset first matching degree threshold value represents the credibility of the mutual matching of the external text semantics and the template name.
In order to reduce the error rate of semantic matching, after the electronic financial statement template matched with the financial statement is determined through semantic matching, the matched electronic financial statement template can be displayed through a visual interface, so that a user can confirm whether the current financial statement and the electronic financial statement template are matched with each other or not. When the confirmation does not match, the electronic financial statement template can be adjusted. Specifically, in an embodiment of the present embodiment, the step 12 may further include the following steps 121 to 124, in addition to the above step of "semantically matching the external text semantics with the template name of each preset electronic financial reporting form template, and determining the electronic financial reporting form template matching the financial report".
Step 121: and displaying the matched electronic financial statement template through a visual interface. Step 122: and judging whether a report template adjusting instruction is received. If the report template adjustment instruction is received, go to step 123; if the report template adjustment instruction is not received, go to step 124. The report template adjusting instruction may be an instruction received through a preset human-computer interaction device, which includes but is not limited to: information entry devices such as keyboards, mice, and the like. Step 123: and acquiring the template name in the report template adjusting instruction, adjusting the matched electronic financial report template into the electronic financial report template corresponding to the template name, and then turning to the step 13. Step 124: step 13 is performed directly.
Step 13: and acquiring the subject name of the accounting subject associated with the electronic financial statement template matched in the step 12. Wherein the accounting subjects associated with the electronic financial statements template may be associated when the electronic financial statements template is generated.
Step 14: and (4) performing semantic matching on the internal text semantics and the subject name of each accounting subject obtained in the step (13) respectively to determine the accounting subjects contained in the financial statement.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the success rate of semantic matching, a plurality of different subject names may be set for each accounting subject, as long as the subject names can refer to the same accounting subject. When the internal text semantics are semantically matched with the subject names of a certain accounting subject, if the internal text semantics can be matched with at least one subject name, the fact that the accounting subject is contained in the current financial statement can be judged.
In the embodiment, the semantic matching degree between the internal text semantic and the subject name can be obtained, and whether the internal text semantic is matched with the template name or not is judged according to the comparison result between the semantic matching degree and the preset second matching degree threshold. If the semantic matching degree is greater than or equal to a preset second matching degree threshold value, the internal text semantic and the subject name can be judged to be matched with each other, and if the semantic matching degree is smaller than the preset second matching degree threshold value, the internal text semantic and the subject name can be judged to be not matched with each other. And the preset second matching degree threshold value represents the credibility of mutual matching of the internal text semantics and the subject names. Specifically, in one embodiment, the accounting subject contained in the financial statement may be determined as follows from steps 141-142.
Step 141: and respectively acquiring the semantic matching degree of the internal text semantics and the subject name of each accounting subject. Step 142: and acquiring the subject name with the semantic matching degree larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold, and determining the accounting subjects contained in the financial statement according to the subject name. The preset matching degree threshold may be the preset second matching degree threshold.
Step S103: and accounting calculation is carried out on accounting data related to the accounting subjects in the text information by adopting an accounting algorithm corresponding to the preset accounting subjects.
Accounting algorithms can be set for corresponding accounting subjects according to accounting calculation requirements in the embodiment. For example: if the accounting calculation requirements comprise trial balance calculation requirements, accounting subjects relevant to the trial balance calculation requirements can be determined firstly, and then trial balance algorithms are set for the accounting subjects, so that the trial balance algorithms can be called to perform trial balance calculation on the accounting data of the accounting subjects.
Further, can set up one or more accounting algorithm for accounting subject according to accounting calculation demand in this embodiment, can set up the execution order of every accounting algorithm when the quantity of the accounting algorithm that preset accounting subject corresponds is a plurality of to can use every accounting algorithm to carry out accounting calculation according to execution order in proper order when carrying out accounting calculation. Specifically, in an embodiment of the present embodiment, when it is determined that the number of accounting algorithms corresponding to the preset accounting subject is multiple, the accounting calculation may be performed on the related accounting data by sequentially adopting each accounting algorithm according to the execution sequence corresponding to each accounting algorithm. In this embodiment, the accounting algorithm corresponding to the preset accounting subject may include a negative value conversion algorithm and/or a trial balance algorithm and/or a data size comparison algorithm and/or a credit algorithm. An example is as follows: if the accounting algorithm corresponding to the preset accounting subject is determined to comprise a negative value conversion algorithm, a credit algorithm and a trial balance algorithm with the execution sequence from first to last, the accounting data related to each algorithm can be subjected to accounting calculation by adopting the negative value conversion algorithm, the credit algorithm and the trial balance algorithm in sequence during accounting calculation. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, accounting calculations may be performed through the following steps S301 to S305.
Step S301: and acquiring the accounting subjects in the electronic financial statement template. Step S302: and determining an accounting algorithm corresponding to the accounting subject, wherein the accounting algorithm comprises a negative value conversion algorithm, a credit algorithm and a trial balance algorithm. Step S303: and accounting calculation is carried out on the related accounting data by adopting a negative value conversion algorithm. Step S304: accounting calculation is carried out on the related accounting data by adopting a credit algorithm. Step S305: and accounting calculation is carried out on the related accounting data by adopting a trial balance algorithm.
It should be noted that the accounting algorithms in this embodiment are conventional algorithms in the art, and for brevity of description, a specific algorithm principle of the accounting algorithm in this embodiment will not be described here.
