in this state, the feces collection system starts the last action in the cycle; after the sewage pumping action is finished, a high-pressure air source and a third air valve are opened under the condition that all valves are kept closed, high-pressure air generated by the high-pressure air source enters a transfer box, a steering engine and a second pneumatic ball valve are opened after the air pressure in the transfer box rises for a certain time, and sewage enters a excrement collecting box from the high-pressure air in the transfer box; and stopping after a certain time, closing the high-pressure air source and closing all the valves.
As an improvement of the excrement collecting method of the invention:
when the liquid level monitoring instrument in the excrement collection tank monitors a rated value, the second water valve is opened and the water pump is started under the condition that all valves are closed, and water is extracted from the water tank; after a certain delay time, the water pressure in the water pipeline rises, a third water valve is opened, and a steering engine and a second pneumatic ball valve are opened at the same time; and (3) the high-pressure water forms a circulation flow of water in the transfer box to clean the transfer box, residual dirt in the transfer box is flushed into the excrement collecting box, the action is finished after a certain time delay, the water pump is closed, and meanwhile all valve closing systems enter a closed state.
The wheelchair with the vacuum excrement collecting device has the technical advantages that:
1) the design effectively combines the closestool, the self-protection bed and the wheelchair together. The full-automatic pedestal pan can be realized by one key, and the separation of the self-nursing bed and the wheelchair can also be realized by one key.
2) The embedded wheelchair is added on the basis of the self-nursing bed, so that the separation of the bed and the wheelchair can be realized by one key. Is convenient for the old and the patient with inconvenient movement. Simplifying the complex process of moving a patient from a bed to a wheelchair.
3) The vacuum excrement collector greatly reduces the use of water in the flushing process.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto.
Embodiment 1, a wheelchair with a vacuum toilet stool collection device, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, includes a wheelchair backrest 507, a wheelchair armrest 503, a wheelchair seat 502, a wheelchair support 501, a first wheelchair leg 5041, a second wheelchair leg 5042, a wheelchair foot 505, a wheelchair front wheel 5062, and a wheelchair rear wheel 5061.
The first wheelchair leg member 5041, the second wheelchair leg member 5042 and the wheelchair foot member 505 collectively comprise a wheelchair leg.
The wheelchair support 501 is of a frame structure, the head end of the wheelchair support 501 is hinged to the bottom of the wheelchair backrest 507, the left side and the right side of the wheelchair support 501 are hinged to the bottoms of the wheelchair armrests 503, and the excrement collecting system 130 is further arranged in the wheelchair support 501.
The wheelchair backrest 507 is provided with a backrest detachable fixing part 5072 near the bottom, the head end of the top of the wheelchair armrest 503 is provided with an armrest detachable fixing part 5032, and the wheelchair backrest 507 is detachably connected with the wheelchair armrest 503 through the backrest detachable fixing part 5072 and the armrest detachable fixing part 5032.
The wheelchair front wheel 5062 is mounted at the tail end of the bottom of the wheelchair support 501, the wheelchair rear wheel 5061 is mounted at the head end of the bottom of the wheelchair support 501, and the diameter of the wheelchair rear wheel 5061 is larger than that of the wheelchair front wheel 5062, so that the stability of the wheelchair structure can be guaranteed as much as possible, and the subsequent wheelchair and bed can be conveniently combined.
A first fixing frame 5051 of the wheelchair foot component is fixedly arranged at the top of the head end of the wheelchair foot component 505, and a second fixing frame 5052 of the wheelchair foot component is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the head end of the wheelchair foot component 505. The length of the first wheelchair foot member mount 5051 is less than the length of the second wheelchair foot member mount 5052, ensuring that the wheelchair foot member 505 remains level at all times.
The trailing end of the wheelchair support 501 is hinged to the leading end of a first wheelchair leg 5041, and the trailing end of the first wheelchair leg 5041 is hinged to a first wheelchair foot 5051.
A wheelchair support fixing frame 5021 extending vertically and downwards is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the wheelchair support 501, and the wheelchair support fixing frame 5021 is hinged with the head end of a second wheelchair foot component fixing frame 5052.
The fecal collection system 130 includes a water pump 1301, a water tank 1302, a vacuum generator 1303, a high pressure air source 1304, a urinal 1305, a transfer tank 1306, and a dirt tank 1307.
The urinal 1305 is embedded in the wheelchair cushion 502, and the top of the urinal 1305 is provided with a valve which can be opened and closed.
The urinal 1305 is communicated with the transit box 1306 through a pipeline provided with a first pneumatic ball valve 1401, the transit box 1306 is communicated with a sewage tank 1307 through a pipeline provided with a second pneumatic ball valve 1402 and a steering engine 1601, and the steering engine 1601 is positioned in the sewage tank 1307;
the water tank 1302 is communicated with the water pump 1301 through a second water valve 1502, the outlet of the water pump 1301 is divided into two paths, one path is communicated with the position, close to the top, of the side wall of the urinal 1305 through the first water valve 1501, and the other path is communicated with the transit box 1306 through a third water valve 1503;
the transfer box 1306 is communicated with a vacuum generator 1303 through a first air valve 1201, the vacuum generator 1303 is communicated with a high-pressure air source 1304 through a second air valve 1202, and the high-pressure air source 1304 is communicated with the transfer box 1306 through a third air valve 1203.
The first and second water valves 1501, 1502 are vacuum valves and the third air valve 1203 is a one-way air valve.
A liquid level monitoring instrument is arranged in the excrement collecting box 1307, and a negative pressure monitoring device is arranged in the transit box 1306.
The use process of the excrement collecting system 130 comprises three steps of vacuumizing the transfer box, and pumping dirt and discharging the dirt into the excrement collecting box through the transfer box.
1) And vacuumizing a transfer box:
in this state, the entire fecal collecting system 130 is in a standby state. The first water valve 1501 and the second water valve 1502 are first opened with all valves closed, while the high pressure gas source 1304 keeps continuously outputting steady high pressure gas. The high-pressure gas generates negative pressure by the vacuum generator 1303, and starts to draw air into the tundish 1306, and the pressure in the tundish 1306 decreases. When the negative pressure monitoring device monitors a rated pressure value, the first water valve 1501 and the second water valve 150 are closed, the high-pressure air source 1304 is closed, and the transit box 1306 is in a negative pressure state at the moment.
2) And the transfer box extracts dirt:
in this state, the entire excrement collecting system 130 is in the first working state. The transfer chamber 1306 has been previously maintained in a negative pressure ready state by operation of the vacuum generator 1303 and the pressurized air source 1304. After the waste is accumulated in the urinal 1305 and all the valves are kept closed, the second water valve 1502 is opened and the water pump 1301 is started, and water is drawn out from the water tank 1302. After a certain delay time the water pressure in the water line rises, opening the first water valve 1501 and simultaneously opening the first pneumatic ball valve 1401, the high pressure water is poured from the top of the bowl 1305 to break up the dirt in the bowl 1305 and flush it towards the centre tank 1306. Meanwhile, the middle rotating box 1306 in a negative pressure state sucks dirt into the middle rotating box 1306 under the action of suction formed by the valve port after the first pneumatic ball valve 1401 is opened, and after a certain delay time, the water pump 1301, the first water valve 1501, the second water valve 1502, the first pneumatic ball valve 1401 and the water pump 1301 are closed. And finishing the dirt pumping action and finishing the dirt pumping state.
3) The sewage is discharged into the excrement collecting box by the transfer box:
in this state, the fecal collection system 130 begins the last action in the cycle. After the sewage pumping action is finished, the high-pressure air source 1304 and the third air valve 1203 are opened under the condition that all valves are kept closed, high-pressure air generated by the high-pressure air source 1304 enters the transit box 1306, the steering engine 1601 and the second pneumatic ball valve 1402 are opened after the air pressure in the transit box 1306 is increased for a certain time, and sewage is introduced into the excrement collecting box 1307 from the high-pressure air in the transit box 1306; after a certain time, the operation is stopped, the high-pressure air source 1304 is closed, and all valves are closed. And finishing the sewage draining action, finishing the excrement collecting process and starting to prepare for next excrement collecting.
In addition, there are additional steps:
when the level monitoring instrument in the feces collection tank 1307 monitors the rated value, and all valves are kept closed, the second water valve 1502 is opened and the water pump 1301 is started, and water is extracted from the water tank 1302. After a certain delay time, the water pressure in the water line rises, opening the third water valve 1503 and simultaneously opening the steering engine 1601 and the second pneumatic ball valve 1402. The high-pressure water forms a water circulation in the transit box 1306 to clean the transit box 1306, residual dirt in the transit box 1306 is flushed into the excrement collecting box 1307, the action is finished after a certain delay, the water pump 1301 is closed, and meanwhile all valve closing systems enter a closed state. The excrement collecting box 1307 is disassembled and cleaned and then is reassembled.

the urinal (1305) is embedded into the wheelchair cushion (502), and the top of the urinal (1305) is provided with a valve which can be opened and closed;
the urinal (1305) is communicated with the transit box (1306) through a pipeline provided with a first pneumatic ball valve (1401), the transit box (1306) is communicated with the sewage tank (1307) through a pipeline provided with a second pneumatic ball valve (1402) and a steering engine (1601), and the steering engine (1601) is positioned in the sewage tank (1307);
the water tank (1302) is communicated with the water pump (1301) through a second water valve (1502), the outlet of the water pump (1301) is divided into two paths, one path is communicated with the position, close to the top, of the side wall of the urinal (1305) through the first water valve (1501), and the other path is communicated with the transit box (1306) through the third water valve (1503);
the transfer box (1306) is communicated with a vacuum generator (1303) through a first air valve (1201), the vacuum generator (1303) is communicated with a high-pressure air source (1304) through a second air valve (1202), and the high-pressure air source (1304) is communicated with the transfer box (1306) through a third air valve (1203).
