when the button is in a loose state, the inner end of the push rod rebounds outwards, the water valve ejector rod returns, the water valve assembly is reset and closed under the action of the spring force, and the water outlet is closed.
Through the above scheme of the invention, in a specific application, as shown in fig. 11, the electric steamer is powered on, the inner side of the handle of the water tank is provided with the water filling port which is communicated to the inside of the water tank, a proper amount of clean water is added into the water filling port, the button is pressed according to the food material to be steamed actually, at the moment, the water in the water tank flows to the heating component through the flow passage according to the set water quantity, then the mechanical timer is started, the heating component starts to heat to quickly generate steam, and in the working process of the electric steamer, the button can be pressed as required to adjust the blocking state of the water valve component on the water outlet at any time, the water quantity flowing into the heating component from the water tank can be intelligently adjusted and controlled, correspondingly generating appropriate steam quantity, the steam passes through the steam channel arranged in the middle part to steam and heat the food material, through setting up water valve assembly, it is long when effectively reducing steam preheating, reduce because of the too big influence of producing of the inside humidity of electric steamer to eating the material taste to steaming.

Claims (12)

1. An instant heating type electric steamer comprises a base provided with a heating assembly for generating steam, a water tank, a steaming lattice layer and a control device, and is characterized in that the water tank is arranged at the upper part of the base, the steaming lattice layer is arranged at the upper part of the water tank, and the instant heating type electric steamer further comprises a steam channel which sequentially passes through the water tank and the steaming lattice layer from the inside to the top of the base;
the base is fixedly connected with the heating assembly, and an opening is formed in the upward direction of the base to form an initial section of the steam channel;
the water tank is arranged on the base, a through passage is arranged on the water tank to form the middle section of the steam channel, and a water outlet and a water valve assembly arranged at the water outlet are arranged on the lower end surface of the water tank;
the steam grid layer comprises a bottom plate with a plurality of small holes, the bottom plate covers the upper part of the water tank, and steam which continuously rises enters the steam grid layer through the small holes to form a rear section of the steam channel;
the control device is arranged on the base, controls the heating time of the heating component corresponding to the heating component and controls the opening/closing of the water valve component corresponding to the water tank so as to control water outlet.

The instant heating type electric steamer of claim 1, characterized in that the through passage is arranged inside the water tank and runs through the water tank in the up-down direction, and the rising steam passes through the through passage inside the water tank after being generated by the heating assembly and then continues rising;
or the through passage is arranged between the periphery of the water tank and the side wall of the base, and the rising steam passes through the through passage on the periphery of the water tank to continuously rise after being generated by the heating component.

The instant heating type electric steamer of claim 1, characterized in that the water outlet of the water tank is directed downwards or sideways; the water valve component arranged at the water outlet comprises a valve core, a sealing ring and a spring, wherein the sealing ring is arranged at one end of the valve core and used for plugging the water outlet along the vertical direction or the lateral direction, and the spring is sleeved on the valve core and provides spring force to enable the sealing ring on the valve core to be pressed at the water outlet to form plugging.

The instant heating type electric steamer as claimed in claim 1 or 3, characterized in that when the water outlet is directed downwards, the control device comprises a cam, a water valve mandril and a knob, the peripheral edge of the cam is abutted against the lower end of the water valve mandril, by rotating the cam, the lower end of the water valve mandril slides along the side edge of the cam, and the height change of the cam surface drives the water valve mandril to move up and down; the knob is connected with the cam and drives the cam to rotate by rotating the knob;
the control device also comprises a mechanical timer for controlling the heating time of the heating component.

The instant heating type electric steamer as claimed in claim 1 or 3, characterized in that when the water outlet is directed downwards, the control device comprises a pressure lever, an electromagnet and a switch, wherein the outer end of the pressure lever extends out of the base, the inner end of the pressure lever extends to the water valve assembly, and the electromagnet is arranged at the lower side of the pressure lever and is electrically connected with the switch;
the control device also comprises an electronic timer for controlling the heating time of the heating component;
when the press rod is pressed down to electrify the switch, the electromagnet is electrified and is attracted with the magnetic suction sheet arranged on the press rod to keep the press rod at the position of pressing down, and the press rod drives the water valve component to reach the opening position;
when the set time set by the electronic timer is reached, a signal is provided for the control circuit, the power supply of the electromagnet is cut off, the electromagnet and the magnetic attraction sheet cannot be attracted at the moment, the pressure lever is reset upwards, the switch is also powered off at the moment, and the heating assembly is in an out-of-operation state;
meanwhile, the water valve assembly is reset to the closed position under the action of the spring force.
6. The tankless electric steamer of claim 1, wherein when the water outlet is directed downwardly, the control means comprises a solenoid valve which opens when energized and water in the water tank flows through the solenoid valve into the water outlet;
the control device also comprises a timer, the electromagnetic valve is connected with the timer in series, when the set heating time is reached, the timer control circuit reaches a power-off state, at the moment, after the electromagnetic valve is powered off, a valve port of the electromagnetic valve is in a closed state, and water in the water tank cannot flow out.

The tankless electric steamer of claim 1 or claim 3, wherein the control means comprises a push rod and a button when the water outlet is sideways facing, an inner end of the push rod being associated with the water valve assembly and an outer end of the push rod extending beyond the base to form a button.

The instant heating type electric steamer of claim 1, further comprising a steaming tray disposed between the water tank and the steaming tray layer, wherein the steaming tray comprises a bottom tray and a side wall circumferentially disposed along the bottom tray, the upper end of the side wall is in butt joint with the lower end of the steaming tray layer in a matching manner, and a cavity is formed between the bottom tray of the steaming tray and the bottom surface of the steaming tray layer; the steaming lattice base chassis is provided with a notch corresponding to the passage, and steam rises from the passage, passes through the notch, enters the cavity, continues to rise, and enters the steaming lattice layer through a plurality of small holes.
9. The instant heating type electric steamer of claim 8, characterized in that a water filtration cover is provided in the cavity to cover the gap, and a plurality of laterally outward water filtration steam outlets are provided on the side of the water filtration cover.

The instant heating type electric steamer as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the plurality of small hole bottom plates of the steaming grid layer are replaced equally by a detachable grid-shaped steaming rack, a stewing cup fixing rack or a steaming tray, and steam rises from a gap between the stewing cup fixing rack or the steaming tray and the side wall of the steaming grid layer.
11. The tankless electric steamer of claim 1, characterized in that the side walls of the tank are transparent.
12. The instant heating type electric steamer of claim 1, characterized in that a handle is arranged on the periphery of the water tank; the handle is in a shape of a spout protruding outwards, a water filling port is arranged on the inner side of the handle and communicated to the inside of the water tank.
