In the embodiment of the present invention, the circulation pump 22 and the tub 1 are drained through the drain lines communicating with the respective drain ports.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water outlet of the water tub 1 is communicated with the first water drainage structure 4, the water outlet of the circulating pump 22 is communicated with the second water drainage structure 3, water drained through the water outlet of the water tub 1 is drained to the outside through the first water drainage structure 4, water drained through the water outlet of the circulating pump 22 is drained to the outside through the second water drainage structure 3, and the water drainage structures of the two are independent from each other and drain water simultaneously.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the circulation pump 22 and the tub 1 communicate with the same drain line through respective drain ports to drain water.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second drainage structure 3 can be connected in series with the first drainage structure 4, so that the drainage structure is shared by the drainage port of the circulating pump 22 and the drainage port of the water tub 1, the drainage of the circulating pump 22 can be unified by the drainage of the water tub 1, the drainage is convenient to control, and the structure of the washing machine is simplified; the water discharged through the water discharge port of the water tub 1 is discharged to the outside through the first water discharge pipe, and the water discharged through the water discharge port of the circulation pump 22 is discharged to the outside through the first water discharge pipe and the second water discharge pipe 31.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the washing machine performs the draining process, the circulating pump 22 is operated, a part of the washing water in the water tub 1 is pumped to the drain outlet of the circulating pump 22 through the circulating pump 22 and is drained to the outside through the drain outlet of the water tub 1, and the circulating pump 22 stops operating until the washing water in the water tub 1 is drained to the empty water level.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the washing machine performs the draining process, the circulating pump 22 is in an operating state, a part of the washing water in the water tub 1 is drained from the drain opening of the water tub 1, and the other part of the washing water is drained from the drain opening of the circulating pump 22, when the circulating pump 22 drains the washing water in the water tub 1, the residual water remained in the circulating pump 22 is carried and drained, after the washing water in the water tub 1 is drained to an empty level, it is considered that no water exists in the water tub 1 and the circulating pump 22, and no water exists in the circulating pump 22 and the circulating pipe 21, so that the residual water remained in the circulating pump 22 can be prevented from freezing in the circulating pump 22 and the circulating pipe 21 when the temperature is low in winter, and the damage of the circulating pipe 21 and the circulating pump 22 can be eliminated.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the circulation pump 22 is operated in an intermittent on mode, and the circulation pump 22 is intermittently operated/stopped, so that on one hand, the probability of poor drainage of the washing machine due to air in the circulation pump 22 can be effectively reduced, and the drainage performance of the washing machine can be ensured; on the other hand, it is possible to prevent the circulation pump 22 from idling, reduce damage to the circulation pump 22, and prevent the circulation heating process of the washing machine from being disabled due to damage to the circulation pump 22.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the washing machine performs the draining process, the circulation pump 22 is turned on again after the water level in the water tub 1 is lower than the set water level, and the circulation pump 22 stops working until the water level of the washing water in the water tub 1 reaches the empty water level.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the washing machine drains water, when the water level of the washing water in the water tub 1 is higher, the flow rate of the water is higher, the water outlet of the water tub 1 and the water outlet of the circulation pump 22 can drain the washing water in the water tub 1 faster, the circulation pump 22 does not need to be turned on, the number of times of turning on the circulation pump 22 is reduced, the service life of the circulation pump 22 is increased, and the waste of resources is reduced, as the water level is reduced continuously along with the drainage process, the water in the water tub 1 is more difficult to drain by the water outlet of the water tub 1 and the water outlet of the circulation pump 22, therefore, when the water level in the water tub 1 is lower than the set water level, the circulation pump 22 is controlled to be turned on, and the water drainage can be accelerated;
the opening of the circulating pump 22 in the washing machine drainage program is only executed below the set water level, so that the drainage program is more reasonable, the user experience is improved, and the opening times of the circulating pump 22 are reduced;
judge whether the washing water level reaches empty water level in the steel ladle 1, if reach empty water level, circulating pump 22 stop work, if not reach empty water level, circulating pump 22 continues work until the washing water level reaches empty water level in the steel ladle 1 after circulating pump 22 stop work.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the washing water in the tub 1 is drained to the empty water level, the circulation pump 22 continues to operate for a certain period of time, and the drain port of the circulation pump 22 is closed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the washing water in the tub 1 is drained to the empty water level, since the washing water remains on the inner wall of the tub 1, the washing water remains on the circulation pump 22 and the circulation pipe 21, the washing water remains in the drainage structure, and so on, in order to enable a small amount of residual water remaining in the washing machine to be drained, the residual water in the tub 1, the circulation pump 22 and the circulation pipe 21 is further reduced, it is necessary to operate the circulation pump 22 for a certain period of time, and after the circulation pump 22 is operated for a certain period of time, the drain port of the circulation pump 22 and the drain port of the tub 1 are closed.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the washing water in the tub 1 is drained to an empty water level, the circulation pump 22 is operated for a period of time in an intermittent manner, and then the drain port of the circulation pump 22 is closed, and after the washing water in the tub 1 is drained to an empty water level, the residual water in the washing machine is relatively small, so that the circulation pump 22 is prevented from idling on the basis of ensuring that the residual water can be drained, the damage of the circulation pump 22 is reduced, and the circulation heating program of the washing machine cannot be executed due to the damage of the circulation pump 22.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the water level of the washing water in the tub 1 reaches the empty water level, the drain port of the circulation pump 22 and the drain port of the tub 1 are continuously kept in the open state for a certain period of time and then closed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, although the level of the washing water in the tub 1 reaches the empty level, a small amount of washing water remains in the washing machine, and in order to continuously drain the remaining washing water, the drain port of the circulation pump 22 and the drain port of the tub 1 are continuously opened for a certain period of time, so that the remaining washing water can be drained to the maximum.
